Excellent and professional service! They were able to get a windshield and start installation within and hour of showing up to the shop. They even went and personally picked up the windshield as we were on a time restraint. The new windshield looks great and they did not leave a mess on the inside of my vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and they had great prices. Will use them again if needed!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I brought a car that had a cracked windshield. It's a 1998 Cadillac Seville STS. Called them on a Tuesday at 3:00 pm, by Wednesday at 2:00 pm, my new windshield was installed and it looks like a million dollars. Top notch job. Friendly and they explained everything that needed to be done. And no one ever pushed me for an insurance claim. Cheap Guys Auto Glass will be the only place I'll go for my auto glass needs. They earned all of my future business, if you don't have much experience in car stuff this is your place. There was no up selling , no extra parts after my quoted price. What I was told is exactly what I received. If only we had more places in Des Moines like Cheap Guys. Thank you, you guys ROCK!

My husband took my sonic to get my passenger window fixed. It would no longer roll up. The guy not only fixed it, he was very honest about what was wrong. Showed him what it was that caused it. Thank you so much for your kindness and honesty.

Great service! I took in the car thinking it was the windshield that was leaking and it was the moonroof. He fixed the moonroof and the broken molding on windshield. Very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly as well. Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

Had my passenger side window of my SUV fixed after I cracked it. Was half the price the dealership wanted. Called around for other quotes and Cheap Guy Auto Glass had the best price. Nice and Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Nice and friendly people with great service, and they can replace any windshield in just 2 hours. I went there to make an appointment for another day, but they could start working on it right away. The price is cheap. However, they left minor scratches on my car's interior.

Outstanding. I showed up at 11am today and he told me that he had an opening at 1pm. I came back, they were busy, but after a short 1.5 hour wait my 95 Ranger got a new windshield. I am very impressed with both the service and great price. What I paid was roughly half what I was quoted from an auto glass chain.Friendly, fast, great work and awesome price.

Excellent service. Had a cracked driver door window. Contacted for repair and was able to get the window shipped and repaired the next day at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Had called my dealership first and would have had to wait 2 weeks to even get an estimate. Was put in touch with this place with my insurance and it was fixed in a week. I'd be waiting 5 more days just to get my estimate if I went to my dealership.

These folks were great. Super friendly and accommodating. Was passing through the area for work and needed a windshield replaced. They were able to squeeze me in next business day and had everything done in less than an hour and a half. And their price was almost half of what I had been quoted at other places! If you're anywhere near Des Moines and need glass work done, these are the folks to see!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK BY THIS BUSINESS! The owner and workers are honest and quick with their work. 10/10 would highly recommend them as I have had 2 vehicles windows replaced by them with no issues at all. I even had accidentally left my phone in my car and most shops I would be worried, not here. They were quick to get us in and out. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

Nick was AMAZING. Very sweet, informative and helpful. I couldn't drop my car off, I had to wait for it and they had no problem. His coworker showed me to coffee and donuts and they lit me sit in their waiting room. Didn't take very long at all and prices were very affordable. He also referred me to some other people for things I needed for my car as well. Will definitely go back to him in the future.

These guys rock! I went to them initially back in June of this year-because they had the best price! Last week I see that there s a crack in the new windshield. As I looked closer I could tell it originated from under the seal, and there were no chips. When I called they immediately said to bring it in and they will see if they can fix it, or need to replace it (over 3 months later). When I pulled up the owner came out with an associate and said they would replace it, at no cost, due to their warranty. When taking it off, they let me know it was a factory issue. They replaced it very quickly, made me a priority, and allowed me to use their WiFi to work! Highly recommend giving them you business. Support small business!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I priced a few places to get my back windshield replace and these guys had the cheapest price. Originally took my car in last week for the replacement, but they ran into a couple problems and things didn't go so smoothly. However, they kept in contact with us and promised they would get the windshield ordered and installed for us because they knew we really needed it. They called us today to let us know they got the rear windshield & to bring the car back in. we weren't able to get our car in til late afternoon. They still completed the job today! I was impressed. If I ever need a job like this done again, I will definitely use these guys. They truly appreciate the opportunity to help all their potential customers.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Super knowledgeable, friendly and a great price. I have a hectic schedule and he got me right in with great work. He fixed my driver side window and replaced the mirror for me on my 2017 pick up. My older brother recommended this place to me, and they gave me the cheapest quote I could find! I came in and they got me in quickly, had EXCELLENT customer service skills, and my new (used) windshield is perfect. They even vacuumed up the broken glass from inside of my car. I ll recommend them to everyone in the future.

Had an amazing experience! They were fast and took care of me, even on such short notice. I showed up early ok with waiting for my later appointment, and they started it right there. Super fast and super kind. Lorenzo is very personable and very easy going. He was very kind to me and I felt like a friend talking to him. I will DEFINITELY come back in the future

They were sweet and have a bunch of candy in the office and were not mad that me and my pregnant friend ate half of it. We appreciate you guys. They also have a tire shop in the back of this building that we pulled around to get our tire patched after we got Auto Glass. Amazing experience thanks.

My passenger side front window was shattered when it was parked outside a friends house. The window stayed in place but was shattered, it was winter so it made my car so cold. I know how to put in the window myself but I needed the glass. They got the glass for me pretty cheap and it was the solar tinted and everything from Lincoln. They were shipped the wrong one and called when they opened it to let me know and ordered a new one. They offered to put it in for me but due to my schedule when I picked it up I declined, they were super professional and understanding about it all and they gave me a great price for it.I got into an accident recently and I'm looking for have my windshield and mirrors replaced, I'm waiting for their response but I have no doubts it'll be timely and professional.Service: Auto side window replacement

Came in for a windshield replacement in November. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind. I waited in the lobby for only an hour before they finished, very quick. They even put my rear view mirror on and my parking sticker from my broken windshield. All the staff was extremely kind and helpful and they did an amazing job on replacing the windshield. It's been a few months and there has not been one issue. It was also alot cheaper than the other places I called and I had no wait time as they started working on it within 20 mins of me calling to ask for a price.
