The repair was of the greatest quality. That would be a 10 on a rating scale 1-10. Customer service would be a 10. Pleasant staff and helpful. Timely repairs 10. Staff did their utmost to get the repair completed. Communication 10 timely phone calls were completed. Cleanliness 10 my car was well cared for inside and out. Shop rating was a 10 and would gladly recommend it. No return visit was needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision on Merle Hay. They were so friendly and communicated with me every step of the way. The work was done promptly and done well. My car was literally sparkling when I picked it up, I was extremely impressed! Not a situation I wanted to be in, but I'm definitely glad I went with them to fix it!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the repairs and the quick turn-around. My Honda Accord suffered a collision that damaged the fender, ground metal off of the alloy wheel, and destroyed the side mirror.I received frequent updates throughout the repair process, and I felt like I always knew what was going on. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely perfect. I was especially impressed with the wheel repairs; It's like a brand new wheel! They unquestionably exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely use their services again should the need arise. Thank you!

Took in my car for a touch-up on the rear bumper. Front office was very easy to work with and worked out any issues with the insurance company. When there was a small issue after the repair the manager took care of it quickly and professionally. RecommendedService: PaintingService: Painting

I highly recommend Caliber if you re in need of repairs to your vehicle. They updated me twice a week on the progress of the repairs, and what parts they were still waiting on. Stevie the office manager, was very personable and professional, as was the rest of the Caliber employees. When I picked my vehicle up, it had been washed, and cleaned, inside and out, which I did not expect. They not only met my expectations, but they exceeded them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here after an accident and they were so great! They called with updates multiple times a week to keep me informed. At the end they found an issue with my taillights and told me there was a recall on one of the parts. They went over to the Nissan dealership themselves and got the part for me and fixed it. Not to mention they went out of their way and cleaned my floor mats and wiped the dust of my entire dash for me as well. They really went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much! Thank you guys!

Had my car stolen. Caliber took care of everything. My keys needed replaced and the locks changed. The computer system was cut out. It came back like new! I left it clean but it came back in even better shape. Very happy about the work. They also communicated on everything happening and were very friendly. I highly recommend!!

Nicole and Alan were a massive help. Communication was top tier and extremely timely process to get my car fixed up. By far the best car service place I've ever worked with.Everyone was so friendly and had a great attitude. 5/5 all day.

A series of back to back unfortunate events has led us to Caliber twice this year. After our first experience there was no question about returning again after the second incident. The first repair parts were delayed through no fault of theirs and while inconvenient, they kept us informed every step of the process. The car was returned honestly more clean than I left it. Highly recommend! Very responsive, excellent communication throughout the process to keep me informed, everyone was polite & professional, the office/reception area was neat and clean and they made my Mother's vehicle look brand new! They were also prompt in getting the job done. Five stars!

The customer service here was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend using this collision shop, they were extremely knowledgeable and even went above and beyond to make sure I left very happy even though they didn t have to. Let me first say hands down, best experience despite my lack of patience due to having one vehicle and no rental! The staff is and was very professional at all times!!! Lastly I didn t recognize my car cause it was so clean and shiny, I kid you not I felt like I was in a new car! I would recommend anyone to Caliber Collision for body work and paint job! I started recommending this place before I even got my car back from them! They kept me updated every step of the way and were so easy to work with. We were very happy with Caliber Collision on Merle Hay Rd. They did a great job repairing our car and provided excellent communication about what needed to be done, as well as keeping us informed of progress. The car was even ready a few days before the original estimate. I got rear ended and my back windshield was smashed. Their insurance (State Farm) suggested Caliber Collision as they were nearby and highly rated. I made an appointment to have an estimate written up. They got me in for the estimate right away and set me up with an appointment two weeks out. They even put a wrap over my back window so I didn't have to patch it up with bags for two weeks.The day I got my car fixed, I dropped it off and got a ride to Enterprise for my rental in the morning and they had it all done and fixed by the end of the day. They had ordered everything and had it ready that morning. It was the best interaction I've had from start to finish with a car claim.The staff were friendly and communicative. The work looks great! They said they mostly do repairs for insurance claims, but I'd recommend them for insurance or just if you need some hail damage fixed or glass repair in general.5/5 easy to work with, quick and friendly. I had such a positive experience after I hit a deer and totaled my car. Alen was awesome and extremely helpful. He ensured that I was comfortable in my experience and made an unfortunate situation much more bearable and easy for me. He was knowledgable and thorough in his explanation of what my expectations should be. I felt like I walked away very confident in this business and would absolutely recommend them and use them again, myself.

The last several months Caliber Collision in Des Moines has worked on my cars, once for hail damage and once for paint damage due to a minor accident. I highly recommend this company and this location. They did excellent work at a reasonable price. Alen Alagic and the entire Caliber team were outstanding. I was rear-ended on June 1st, and was able to get an estimate done on June 2nd, on my schedule. Alen advised that it might be up to 2 months to get parts in. It took about 6 weeks, and he kept me informed throughout. Dropped off my car on July 27th, and they had my rental waiting there. Was expecting to pick up August 7th or so, but they got it done by July 29th. And did I mention that they submitted estimates and worked with my insurance company for me?I will seriously never use anyone but Caliber and Alen. Thank you!
