Stevie was great to work with! I couldn t get the at fault party s claim rep to call me back to get a rental car and Stevie was able to get it all handled! She kept me updated on the whole process. I got my car back and it looks great AND they even did the inside! My car looks brand new!It was such a smooth process and Stevie is awesome to with with!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a body shop. They handled the insurance process expertly. They communicated with me every step of the way so I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle all the time. Every person I worked with went above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service - right down to driving me to the rental car office and waiting to make sure I had a car. They did careful and quality work on my old car to put it back the way it was before the accident. And they detailed it. I've never been so impressed with a shop before.

Great team here! I mostly worked with Alen, Bryan and David throughout my experience after my car accident. They are reliable, honest, very communicative and thoroughly explained everything throughout the process of my repair. I trusted they would take care of everything and sure enough they delivered! I ve already recommended Caliber to all my co workers, family, and friends! Thanks for turning what was a horrible experience for me from the car accident into a positive one with all of the handling of everything with the insurance company and even the car rental company and all of the repairs of my vehicle!

The Caliber team was knowledgeable, professional and concerned with my complete satisfaction. My repair didn t break the bank and my car was returned way earlier than I expected! And with the extra detail of a car wash, my vehicle was returned to me just like new! I ll certainly refer this kind of customer service and attention to detail to everyone I know! Thanks, Caliber! I recently had repair work done to my 2018 Toyota Tacoma due to a traffic accident. The repair work was excellent and Caliber Collision was able to return my vehicle to me in like new condition. Overall I am very happy with the quality of repair work that was performed.

My Jeep Wrangler was rear ended by an uninsured driver (hit and run) so I worked with my insurance to get it fixed. They sent me to Caliber for repairs. The team at Caliber got me in quick and determined the Jeep did not have hidden damage. The estimate was approved and they went to work. I even worked with the team there to change a part to a different bumper that was the same value. In the end, the Jeep came out great, and the staff was easy to work with. I would recommend Caliber Collision.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision - I went to NW Prairie Ln location and my service advisor was David Bunce. The team members were all very friendly and courteous. The repair was done promptly and with great attention and care and the communication including text msg was very effective and detailed throughout. Completely exceeded my expectations, I went in for a first time repair on my back passenger door and first time dealing with an insurance claim, they helped me through it all in a very easy to understand way. The text updates had me completely in the loop with what they were doing, and when it would be ready. When I came to pick up my car it was absolutely sparkling with the interior cleaned and vacuumed. I left the inside an absolute disaster as I was in the middle of moving and they bagged up any trash, folded all of my clothes into a box, and placed it nicely in the trunk! That was absolutely unexpected and was above and beyond service.Service: Body & Trim

Staff was amazing! We were updated with the progress. My vehicle was done before scheduled to be done. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out when returned. Would recommend for repairs! Amazing work! Thank you!!

I needed a new rear bumper after a minor collision and they were able to book my appointment fast, and returned my car to me quicker than I could have imagined. I had to get an estimate for a tail light lens that the new car wash pulled off somehow. My neighbor had use them so I thought I d try. They were super nice and very accommodating. And of course I got there about 30 minutes before they closeand they didn t seem to mind.They were very friendly and made me feel that when they do the repair to my car, it ll be perfect. I m glad I stopped in. And of course I m looking forward to my car getting fixed. I m sure they ll treat you in the same fashion they did me; give them a try!

Stopped by to have a scratch on my truck bed side looked at I talked with Stevie he wanted to take it back to see how bad it was a few moments later after waiting in their clean and comfortable waiting area he was able to remove scratch at a very decent price! Give these guy a chance they care not only about the big jobs but also make time for the small jobs too thanks guys!! Service: Body & Trim

Incredible experience, the customer service was amazing. They did a great job on my vehicle and had it done in a timely manner. When I picked it up they did a walk around my vehicle and made sure everything looked good. I am very happy with the outcome of my vehicle, this place is great!

Danny and crew were amazing! Texts every couple of days letting me know status and any challenges that could extend the repair time. They even called my insurance provider to get my rental car extended. Awesome experience at Caliber Collision!

I had called around multiple auto repair shops to get my car repaired after being in an accident and they all said they wouldn t be able to start repairs for another 3-4+ weeks. Being in a stressful situation, Caliber on NW Prairie was there for me and stood out because they could get me in quickly and started almost right away. The staff were very friendly and I could tell they were going to do everything they could to get my car repaired the right way. Not to mention they have a partnership with my insurance company which made the process easier. They were in contact with me the whole time about my car s progress. When the repairs were done I was amazed how my car looked like it was brand new off the lot. Amazing attention to detail and cleanliness. They made the whole process easy!

I had some work done at Caliber through an insurance company. The folks at Caliber were excellent. Being this is my first experience with them and another s insurance Caliber handled everything. The repairs were done quickly and my car looks great. The techs went above and beyond my expectations. The facility was clean and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend.

I am beyond happy with my experience at Caliber. My car was in ROUGH shape after extensive hail damage, and Caliber fixed it up like I just drove it off the sales lot. Additionally, the communication throughout this process was outstanding. They called at least one a week with updates and made sure I knew exactly where they were in the process. I had taken my vehicle in for an estimate scheduled by my insurance company Progressive. After receiving my estimate, I had contacted them back and advised them I would like to get my vehicles body work done by them. My appointment was already set up, and was scheduled for 10/31. They gave me an estimated time frame of 9 working days, meaning my vehicle would not be done before 11/9. They contacted me on Thursday morning, and my car was ready for pick up! I was very pleased with the quick turnaround, and I picked up my car Friday morning. Very easy checkout process, everything is explained well. On top of all that, they vacuumed my floor mats! If I ever need any future body work, I will definitely bring my car back to caliber!Service: Body & Trim

We had an accident with our neighbor - both of us backing up into each other. The drivers side back end was pretty beat up. The repair looks so nice - just like new - and we got the benefit of getting some hail damage to the trunk done too. A added plus was that it was done quickly so I could get back in the road with my car. Caliber Northwest Prairie Lane is the best!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
