They are so knowledgable, friendly and professional. They are so honest and you can trust their work. I have been taking my car to them for work for over 3 years and their prices are very reasonable.

Mark and his team were great. Needed new tires quickly and they were able to get the job done fast and efficiently. Very reasonable prices for tires, and the service is top notch. Highly recommend Bills Whitewall Tire Center.

Called in the morning, was able to get me in that afternoon. Found a nail in my tire & got patched on the road in less than 30 minutes. The day before I had been told there was nothing in my tire. Customer service was excellent as well!Service: TiresService: Tires

We have used Bill's Whitewall on a number of occasions and the service is consistently excellent. They recently replaced a set of tires on a company vehicle and had us in and out in 45 minutes, keeping our schedule intact. The staff is well informed, the location is convenient, and the prices are very competitive. Thanks for the great service!

An up to date throwback to a bygone Era in car service. These folks are the only ones I'll let do tire and wheel swaps for our family's 5 cars!Bill's has been around for??? years but their staff is up to date and as sharp as they come.They do my tires and wheels for my Tesla so very up to date on car tech.My wife and grown kids go there and are always well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

One of the best auto shops I've ever been to. At my last oil change, completed by my dealer (Willis Volvo), I was shown abnormal tire wear on my year old tires. They needed replacing already. Willis mentioned that my control arms would need to be replaced. I knew they were just taking shots in the dark with that diagnosis, so I took the car to Bill's to see if I had to replace just control arms, or shocks/struts, or tie rods, etc. They saw me promptly, and determined that all my suspension components were fine. Saved me a ton of money, and didn't charge me for the visit. They also recommended that I get my alignment checked at Merrill, down the street. I did this, and found that my alignment was true, and my tires were actually the issue, as I had suspected. Turns out Michelin run flats just don't work well with my car. But either way, I emailed Bill's and they got me in within two days, and also gave me advice about the tire sets that I had been looking at. The people who work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and most important of all, they're honest. If it weren't for Bill's, I'd be a couple grand deep in suspension parts and locked in my garage for days on end trying to get it done. Thanks to them, I'm riding smooth on a new set of tires. I'll be taking my car here for any suspension/wheel needs.

Absolutely great. Appointment at 10 AM to have some tires mounted that I bought on Tire Rack. Not that easy a task to mount tires on a Corvette, but they took my car in right away and were done within an hour. No high-pressure to sell me something else, very courteous and friendly service. Will definitely keep Bill's in mind the next time I need anything that they do, and I will tell my friends.

These guys are great! I have taken multiple vehicles to these guys and they always do a great job. Multiple sets of tires and extensive brake work done on different vehicles. Had one bad caliper new out-of-the-box, and they took care of it right away under warranty with no problems.

I trust the advice of Russ, Mark and the entire staff. They take care of me like I am family. They store my tires so I can drive safely on snow tires all winter. If you need tires, brakes, oil change or have vehicle questions, you must call Bills.

$773.00 for a set of tires plus mounting balance and alignment. That's a good deal right? Maybe. Steering wheel vibrates at 60mph. Steering wheel was left with a good scratch too. First time I didn't go to the dealership and this is what I got.

Great service and honest staff. Was told by my dealership I needed new 2 new tires because they had nails and could not be sealed. Bills White Wall removed the nails and told me my tires were actually self sealing. Dealership price $750 vs Bills White Wall $16. Won't ever go anywhere else.

I love this place. They're honest and their prices are very reasonable. They're busy- but for good reason. I've never felt ripped off or 'sold' something I didn't need, which I appreciate very much. I recommend them to everyone I know!

To start of they where quick to answer all my question even gave me about 5 quotes and gave me his recommendation on getting good quality for the price. I liked how quickly they got me in and completed my tires was done in about 30 mins. Great customer experience.

Car broke down nearby and was in sort of an emergency. I know nothing about tires or cars in general- Bill could've charged me $100+ (and maybe he should've) and I wouldn't have batted an eye, but it was less then $50. Good guy, great service.

Not a big place so I always call 1st and schedule an appointment and they're ready for me when I get there. Timely, quality service, polite and the most honest people you'll find in the business. Not just tires, I take my car and truck there for whatever they need.

Spent $600 on four new tires. Less than two weeks later vehicle started making knocking sound while coasting.Turns out four of the five lug nuts on the rear driver's side were so lose you could turn them with your fingers and the knocking sound was the entire rear wheel about to fall off of the vehicle.Called the business to let them know and they said I m not sure what s happened to it the last two weeks since we ve seen it but sorry I guess .Nothing has happened in two weeks other than normal daily driving and a trip to the car wash.They took no responsibility and acted mildly put out by the call.

Great experience at Bill's Whitewall Tire. After two bad experiences buying or trying to buy tires, I just did a Google Search and read all the reviews of the top rates tire shops. Chose Bill's Whitewall because they had all positive Google Reviews. Even the lone 4 star review was very positive. I bought snow tires and will be back in the spring to buy tires for the other three seasons.

These guys are a little rough around the edges, but they have treated me right every time I've gone there for service. You leave feeling like a friend. No complaints at all. In contrast I've had terrible experiences at a couple other tire places in town before finding Bill's.
