We had a great experience at Big Barn HD. It took several visits and sitting on multiple models to find the right motorcycle. They had a great selection of used bikes. Ultimately we bought here because enjoyed the family atmosphere. A big thank you to J.J. who helped us purchase our used Road Glide.

My personal experience at Big Barn was great! I found the motorcycle I wanted online and drove two hours to see it in person. Was treated very well by JJ and the rest of the staff. I brought a motorcycle in to trade and even though I would have liked to get more for my trade, I feel I was offered a fair price for what it was. After a little negotiating we settled on a deal and I am very happy with the entire experience. Thanks Big Barn! I ll have to make it to one of your bike nights this summer. And when I am in the market for another motorcycle, you ll be on the top of my list to check.

Unfortunately it wasn't the right time for me to purchase but I am extremely impressed with the transparency of this dealership. Most dealerships try to get you in the door and then surprise you with all of their fees. Right off the bat the dealership sent me over the out the door price and had a list of all their fees. They were very courteous to me and respected, my decision to hold off for now. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a shot.

I have bought three new bikes from these guys in ten years but this last one nothing but lies from the get go. Promised this and this and then told offer only good for that day then the next day they came out with the year end sale then told no payment till January that was also a lie do your self a favor and go by from a dealership that s not affiliated with them. Taking my bike back and going and buying from a different dealership

I walked in without an appointment, they found me a bike and even gave me a winter storage package as I won't be able to ride until next spring. Very friendly good people.

Very awesome experience doing business with these fine people. Absolutely no pushing me to buy something I didn't want or even try to up-sale me. Went through the bike thourorly to make sure I knew how to use everything and made a point to even talk with my wife even though the bike wasn't for her.. then they bent over backwards to make the pmt and purchase price something we were comfortable with. I would definitely recommend them if you are interested he market for a bike!

Full disclosure: I've never bought a bike here, just stopped in on my way through, looked around and bought a couple shirts. It's a nice place, very pretty construction, and is easy to see from the highway. The parking lot isn't great of you're pulling a trailer. The place wasn't very busy at the weird hour I got there so I just blocked a bunch of spaces bit if they'd been hopping there wouldn't've been anywhere to park. Otherwise, nice stuff as usual and the girl that checked us out was very pleasant.

Awesome selection of riding gear and cloths.The staff are excited and eager to assist you with your selections and if you have questions they will figure it out.Theres So many things from bikes to all the Parts you need to a repair shop.Definitaly look forward to going back soon.

This place is huge for a Midwest Harley Davidson dealerships! A very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy staff! They make you feel like family and at home at this Harley Dealership! There is so much selection there for men and women! Especially for the women which is great for my wife! She was like a kid in a candy store in there cuz of this! Have a very nice clearance section for both men and women! Lots of kids attire and baby clothes as well!!! Tons of bikes in there too! Along with bike accessories, parts and all other things for bikes! We just loved it here and spent a hour or so looking! We weren't pressured to buy anything or had a sales person hovering over us which we get from our local dealership! Would occasionally ask how we were doing or ask if we wanted to try stuff on!!! We will be back for sure!!!

Ive been buying all my bikes here for the last 4 years and I just bought my first 131 CVO limited.Awesome bike gorgeous color but it ran a little rough.I called Sam at the service department and he talked to Brad and got me right in. Brad got it tuned and Im telling ya, the guy knows his stuff.Absolutely perfect at acceleration and torque. Air fuel mixture has a dead nuts even.Wow.

Here I sit in Big Barn s parking lot ordering parts online. They should hire some parts guys that know something or are willing to help when a customer walks in the door. I guess it s just as easy not to get off your chair and actually help the customer. A stock clutch cable for a 2010 ultra classic shouldn t be that hard to figure out the length. I ll never come back.

Just got a very low mile 2016 Ultra Limited with Forever Warrantylast week and could not be happier. Already have 600 miles with it and both I and my wife just love it. The Big Barn staff has been nothing short of amazing, and I immediately felt like one of the family there. The sales, parts, financial, and service departments have all been very patient with my newbie questions and helping me to get to know my new ride. Hats off to Big Barn HD!

Huge shout out to Big Barn Harley-Davidson! Ben and I left for Kansas last week and had some issues with his bike along with the heat which delayed us a little bit in Des Moines. We decided to head back a few days early instead of finishing the trip, as soon as we got onto the interstate and I hit 40mph my bike decided to death wobble and I m not sure how I kept it up but by the grace of god I did. Harley was literally 5 minutes up the road and I rode the median to get there. While having my bike broke down wasn t bad enough, Ben s stator decided it s had enough and we couldn t even get his bike to turn over with a battery box or jumper cables so we had to push his in also.I can t even begin to tell you how every single employee at Big Barn harley made us feel like family. JJ, Clint, Dave, Ron, Don and everyone else that we had the pleasure of dealing with I can t thank you guys enough. We were just two rough looking and sun burnt dudes who came in shortly before close on Saturday, they ended up staying an hour and a half after closing time to make sure we were both taken care of and had everything we needed. The owner came out of his office and shook our hands and said if there is anything he can do for us while we are in town not to hesitate to call him and gave us his personal cell phone number.Lastly thanks to momma (the front desk lady at the hotel) for picking us up at Harley so we didn t have to Uber and waste even more money that we don t have left after this

I ve had a great time with this place! They have helped me with every step, worked with me and have made a dream of mine come true. Definitely go see Mikey, he will get you on your dream bike! And the shop has stayed in touch with me on every step of my bike repair. All in all great guys there and just a great environment!!

I was traveling through with my Harley on a trailer, when I noticed it was shifting. I stopped by this dealership, hating to ask for help, but the 3 people (I m sorry I don t have their names) in the service department immediately, and without hesitation came out to help me reconfigure the bike, and redo the straps on the trailer. Within minutes I was back in the road I couldn t be more appreciative of the help and the professional, customer service oriented staff that assisted me. People should hear more about the good people do for others, and I think this is one of those times!!! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!

Teriable they call me "your parts are in" I have 2 other part numbers "yep we got it 38.12" I'm their 10 minutes later and counter man says these numbers are for something else"While explaining what hes looking at "I know"It's let me check. Nope we may have had that stuff but.I say how about giving your customers some credibility. When they hand you 2 part numbers look them up. They just may have the full set of service manuals recommended.

Incompetence is the only word you can use to describe this place. 2 Months and still can't fix a bike. Never ONE time have they called me to tell me that they messed up and ordered the wrong parts, never once did they ever try to make things right. Donny from Sales tried to work with me for a week on why the Apex system is garbage and doesn't work but then CRICKETS! I have no idea how a place that has ZERO customer service skills is able to operate. Try calling and talking to the General Manager or owner and they are never there. I would highly recommend that you never step foot in this place unless you like throwing money away.

Warranty for life is not what you think it is .. incompetent service department did not record an oil change during a covered oil pump replacement .. now they have voided my lifetime warranty on the bike .. 17K on the clock since I bought it and now they wont do anything .. joke dealership along with Route 65 in Indianola as well.. Service writer told me literally i was SOL.

This was the best dealership I have ever had in my 60 years of riding experience.They are an excellent place to do business,. They treat you with respect and dignity,. They bend over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied with everything from purchase to parts to service even to clothing and boots.
