Rod was the mechanic assigned to my trk needs. He was very professional & explained everything in detail. Rod repaired & made adjustments per the computer specs & I was out in about an hour . Thank you Rod

I had some work done here on my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 truck in 2019. They replaced my brake lines after a failure and replaced an air conditioning compressor after it seized and they did good work on these repairs. The following spring the air conditioner in the truck was not blowing cold air so I took it back to have them look at it. They assessed the issue to be an actuator door behind the dash that would require the removal of the dash for repairs. I chose to wait on the repair at that time. Fast forward to 2022 and I wanted to get the air working so I got a second opinion from another shop. It turns out that the system just needed recharged and I was good to go. There is a actuator door behind the dash that is stuck but it is just the recirculation door and it is not worth $1500 to take out the dash just for that. I wish they would have been more clear on the diagnosis when I took the truck into the shop in 2020.

I scheduled an appointment to have my brakes replaced on my E450 Ford.They got me checked in on time and did the repair when they said it would be done.I feel it was a fair price for all the work they had to do.My truck stops better than it has since I ve owned it.I would definitely recommend this place!

Did a horrible job on my husband's semi. Had an oil change done and the engine blew up within a month, had a new airbag put on and it lasted just as long as the engine. Also had bearings put on the trailer and they have lasted less than 6 months. Charged us a bunch of money for doing nothing.

These guys are incredible. I called about a problem with our company truck's rear differential clutch pack and through a series of phone calls and a visit I have been impressed. The visit was an attempt to do a cheap fix for $40 before considering more costly repairs. Then, they went to the effort of researching the issue and calling the dealership that had performed previous maintenance, and presented me with information including a service bulletin they found that describes my issue and the solution perfectly. I made the remark to my colleague that I have never felt like a business had my best interest in mind like the guys at Bascom do (specifically Dick Bascom). We are practically looking for an excuse to give them our business in the future.

I just started as an owner operator truck driver and I hit a solid week of bad luck! I broke down 2014 Volvo 780 with DEF problems. After calling several shops I was referred to Bascom. Jon was the man that kept me up to speed from start to finish and my bill was even lower than the estimated cost. Dick Bascom the owner is a very good guy! If you have the unfortunate pleasure to have to meet these people I highly suggest using them speedy repairs done at a fair rate!

From the owner of the company Mr. Bacom to the service advisor and mechanics I have never experience a more honest, friendly, competent group of people in the Automotive Repair Industry. I have had some ongoing problems with one of my vehicles over the past two years and I finally found Bascom Truck and Auto. They have been so accommodating and truly care about my issues and they have done everything possible to resolve the problems. I would Highly recommend Bascom Truck and Auto to anyone looking for the best Truck and Auto repair shop to meet all of your repair needs.

Wonderful place to take your vehicle. Everybody was so nice and helpful. The mechanic let me know what he was finding with my Ford. will definately recommend them!

I wouldn t recommend this place to anybody. They were suppose to replace a fuel pump in the tank of my cummins. They took the initiative to run a bunch of diagnostics without my consent, racking up over 1,000 dollars in labor. On top of all that, I gave them the truck with half a tank of fuel and leave with the tack on fumes. When i told him I wasn t happy with the price, they didn t do anything about it. So if you don t want a hole in your bank account, don t come to bascom truck and auto

They were very polite they kept the schedule and they did a good job well I got put out of commission by loves on a annually inspection for my brakes Bascom I did not need brakes passed me on the annual inspection back on the road great job guys

I have never met a more honest group of mechanics. They could have taken me for a ride for $7000 like other shops had quoted me. Instead they did due diligence and found out it was an $8.00 part. They have a customer for life in me and my autos.

This place is fixing trucks and commercial vehicles. I especially appreciate and like to be at this place with the guys who put an effort to their job, to do all of the above for the customers and their commercial vehicles.
