Please please please listen people trust me look at my reviews I only leave them if they are important. I bought so many cars from this place way before they had this location. between my family and friends double digits is the amount of cars that we have bought or referred someone who did buy from them. they used to be so good trustworthy and truly helped me and my family. well I sent my wife there to get a vehicle and so much was wrong they were willing to make it right by taking it back and getting us into something different. now the Vehicle I have has so much wrong with it and has since we got it. They offered to pay our mechanic to fix it, however no longer take his calls- respond to getting this vehicle fixed. But they sure do want that payment right away. They re not reporting to credit like they re supposed to. I'm accepting the fact that I got ripped off by this place I'm trying to save all of you from doing the same Please please please do not consider buying a vehicle from this place. Claiming things are rebuilt when in reality they smack a bandaid on and call it good.

Lee is the the absolute best! We got a truck from them a couple years Ago never missed a payment t even when truck was down still made our payments they worked with us on what we could work in our budget bi weekly recently our truck was totaled out and we went back for something new was a lil more expensive down paymuwas more and monthly cost more but they worked with us and helped us through the whole process I don t trust dealerships! But Americauto is one I trust and so t go anywhere else need help go see lee at American Auto! Thanks again we love our new car!

I have dealt with Lee and Kevin for many many years. I will NEVER go to another dealership. They ve always been phenomenal people and friends. Hands down the best ever.

Great people and a great place! Lee at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and does everything in her power to help the customers! They make sure they are 100% transparent in the car buying process and have lots of options for everyone! We just bought our second car from them and will definitely be back if ever need be. Go to Americ Auto if you want to be treated like a member of the family!

The staff at AmericAuto are very friendly nice wonderful experience I've ever had at any car dealership very professional. They work hard to get others approved and really are for the people. I highly recommend AmericaAuto!

I would highly recommend not going here. Lee makes you feel like she has your back then out of thin air no communication of any kind she stops automatic payments. And doesn't tell you. Then won't except payments so you go default. This has been a very frustrating situation with them we will be taking her to court luckily we have recorded everything. She is a liar and a back stabbing person

After looking all over. Finally came to Americauto. Boy am I glad! They have a nice selection, Good prices, and very nice to deal with.Merilee was very, very helpful. Her and Deb got me into just what I was looking for. I Will definitely be back again! I highly recommend Americauto!!

First off- what a professional kind environment. Detailed information on what is to be expected and received as a valued customer.Organized care for getting a service of a great vehicle that is reliable for a family. Last thing the community needs to know is how on point the company is on meeting expectations of acquiring safety and a healthy vehicle to shop with confidence .

Started out good for my daughter. Then went to hell. Lee was rude, defensive when didn't like what she heard. At one point hung up on us, very unprofessional. She did not try to work with my daughter about payments. Hardly answered her phone calls and then told my daughter she was a liar. Half the time, it seems, she did not document payments made. She even tried to tell me how to "handle" my daughter...... NOT OK! NOT HER BUSINESS!!!!!! I will NEVER suggest AmericAuto to anyone while she is there. Also suggest anyone with them now keep a record, including paper trail, of all payments/calls/receipts because Lee will accuse you of lying and will NOT show you any proof on your loan. She will tell you "No" with no explanation on why. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! So -10 stars.

I have had this car since 9/2016, never ever let a due date pass that I wasn't in communication with them as to when would be paid, if was a few days late. My mother paid off 2 cars prior to the one I purchased, and never had an issue until a woman named Lee started working the office, I was 10 days late on payment as thought payment had posted and Lee did not update my phone # I gave her, so she sends a repo man to my house, I call her and she berates me on the phone after paying off 8,000 of this car, I owe approximately 2k remaining, and still treats me like a criminal because she didn't update records. I've never felt more like a criminal than a valued customer, especially since Lee started, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. No matter how much you pay, how many cars you buy, how much you communicate with them, its never enough, and your business is simply not appreciated. Warning to any considering dealing with this lot.

Absolutely love these guys!!! They always treat me like I m family and have nothing but my best interest in mind! All of their vehicles are priced accordingly or even lower than book value! Great selection of newer used vehicles and custom motorcycles! Awesome place to get a vehicle from.
