John and Dominic are super professional and easy to schedule appointments and talk about what the techs have done to your vehicle. All the techs are great, very professional and take care of your car while they are working on it like its their own !

Service Department Complaint. Based on their other reviews, it sounds like they provide better service to those that live nearby; however, I had a completely different experience while visiting the area. Weis gave me bogus info about my battery. It took them 3 hours to run tests, only to tell me there was nothing wrong...even though had to jump start my 2 year old Buick nearly every use to get it running. When I returned home, I took it to my local dealer who identified and fixed the problem immediately. Weis either did not have the expertise to properly identify the problem, or they were trying to save themselves from honoring a warranty claim.

Michelle and Jon from the parts department went out of their way to ensure that I was able to get into my vehicle after my keys had fallen out of my pocket and were locked in my vehicle. I had two spares made previously and couldn't find either of them and I just want to say thank you. Great group of people.
