Decorah Auto Center gets 5 stars. They were great to deal with. I told my Sales Rep, Dan Smith, that I didn't want to spend a day at the dealership taking care of paperwork. Once I decided to pull the trigger, Dan had everything ready to rock. I was in and out in an hour. New Bronco Sport secured and it was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Decorah Auto Center!

Decorah Auto Center has been the only place I have even thought about buying a vehicle for several years ! My go to guy is Devry whom knows me well enough after all these years to know what I would enjoy driving as well as keeping in mind how long I will keep it before trading .It is the only place I will even consider having any service done on either of my vehicles ! Their customer service department is not only friendly but honest along with fair pricing . They have a great area to sit in if you chose to wait for your vehicle to be serviced which is an added bonus !

We have been purchasing vehicles from Decorah Auto for more years than I can remember. Devry Kerns is our go to salesman. He worked for us when he was just a kid in high school. He has a great work ethic, is honest and goes above and beyond that of a normal sales person. We usually do most of our shopping on line or after hours and when we decide on a vehicle we call Devry up and we trust his experience and knowledge. If you need a vehicle trust Devry to get you a great deal.

Honestly the nicest dealers I ve experienced! I ve tried other dealerships and they called me once and never got back to me once. Zach was awesome and super helpful! I didn t feel pressured or obligated to buy from Decorah Ford, but their personable touch and willingness to help you was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be or is in the market for a car!

Great folks to work with. Jay and Martin really know their product. Far better pricing than I would have received in colorado. Nice inventory of super duties nicely equipped which doesn t exist in Denver.

The service team at Decorah Auto Center are great! Very organized, extremely helpful, and accommodating. My plans changed at last minute, so asked if they had a car I might use. Had me set up with a car quickly.

Hit a deer on our way to a warm vacation over the holidays. They were able to get me in on a Saturday morning (without an appointment and far from home) to check over the vehicle to assess the damage. Very friendly staff! Had me on my way in no time. Thanks again!!!

Last minute had to buy a new vehicle. Went in worked with Zach. Who did great trying to find something that worked with my credit and finding something reliable that my bf and I both ended up loving. Joel finished the deal up super quickly and it was so much fun working with him. Definitely will be back and buying another car from them in the future. 10/10 recommended

Where do I start? Had my vehicle that I purchased through these guys during Covid. I haven't bought a used vehicle since my highschool days a lot of years ago and there wasn't a lot to choose from as there were shortages on everything. Anyway 2 years later I went in for my regular oil change and they noticed a leak on the front oil pan cover. Home of the "Forever Warranty " when I purchased the vehicle I thought this sounds too good to be true. I was wrong almost 1500.00 dollars to repair and it was fully covered no money out of pocket! Will never buy from anyone else this place is LEGIT! They treat you like family and are honest which is why they get such high reviews. Keep up the good work guys! Customer for Life right here!

The seal on the driver s side door of our truck is torn. I brought in our truck to see if the tear was covered under warranty. The tear is about two inches long on the inside of the door. You just have to look down. Literally nothing has to be taken apart to look at it. Very easy, shouldn t take more than a minute. I was told that it probably wouldn t be covered under warranty and then charged $32 for the technician to take a glance at it. I called to ask if the bill was a mistake and the guy I talked to told me that he would ve charged me $67 dollars to take a look at it. What?! I thought he was joking. I just brought it in to see if it was covered under warranty, they didn t even try to see if it was covered, and then charged $32 for maybe one minute of work. Wowsers. I d be careful to bring anything there to get fixed. You ll probably walk out with a couple hundred dollar bill just to have them inspect something under the hood without even fixing it.

I should mention that I have enjoyed driving my new Ford Escape these past few months. It has a lot of "get up and go." Really lots of energy with nice handling. The first oil change and vehicle check were free. Thank you for that! There was plenty of room in the waiting area which was good since not all customers wore masks. Thank you for the prompt service and friendly staff.

They did a very good job of diagnosing my vehicles problem, which was a torque convertor.The Ford Escape,had to be left there for 18 days. As it was my only vehicle , they knew I was concerned so they gave me another one to use in the mean time. I was pleased they would do that as I commute to work.They got me taken care of and my Ford Escape has been working great ever since.

Terrible customer service! I called several times to set up an appointment to which nobody returned my calls. Ford in general sucks.

Super ImpressedHad an issue with our vehicle a year and half after purchase, took it in and was covered under the WARRANTY FOREVER.No surprise costs when I went to pick it up, and they provided a curtesy car the days we had out of town doctor appointments.

Wonderful treatment by service advisor Ashley & Service Manager Tom! They really went overboard to get our 2020 Ranger fixed up for us. Two of the most helpful & courteous people we've ever dealt with in a garage. They make the Ford dealership in Decorah a wonderful place to do business! Had trouble with my RV that has a gas Ford V10 engine. I was fortunate to get an appointment scheduled within just a few days. The issue (thank you mice!) was found right away and the part was ordered ASAP. They offered me a loaner car for one day while the part was being brought to the dealership. The next day the unit was finished by 3:30 which included waiting for the part to arrive by UPS. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service , problem was fixed as quickly as it could have been, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Mechanic even helped resolve a problem with my windshield wiper that was never mentioned in the bill. Parts and service rate seemed very reasonable to me. To add to all this - my RV did not fit in the service bay and had to be worked on outside on a hot and then rainy day! Very grateful for the willingness to go the extra step. I will definitely be using Decorah Auto again when needed.

Traded .. third time buying trucks with Decorah auto. Big reason I always go back. Zack ,best salesman ever and he will find you what you want !! They always get me the lowest financing! And a payment that fits my budget. And the vehicles lifetime warranty good solid vehicles. Couldn t be happier. Thanks again Zack and Decorah auto

Great customer service, efficient, friendly & professional. I really appreciate the use of a loaner vehicle & the car wash is a nice bonus! I will continue doing business with you. Thanks. I received a letter stating it was time for my 70 thousand mile check up & it came in time to get my Lincoln in before winter. They always do a great job & explain everything that was done toy car. Dustin was very helpful in looking up new tires for my car, his recommendation for the kind I should get & also advised that the new tires should be put on before winter. Really appreciate their great service, help & efficiency!

This was my 1st time bringing my vehicle in for service. With experiences I have had with other dealerships in the past, my expectations were not very high. I was very impressed with the whole experience. From being greeted at the service desk, loaner car, a call when service was completed and washed and detailed vehicle waiting. Very impressed, will definitely be back.Thanks to all!

My truck broke down during a visit to Decorah, immediately in front of this dealership. On a Friday late afternoon, without an appointment, Decorah Ford gave me a loaner and promised to work on the truck early the following week. Tuesday morning they phoned to inform me work had completed, and Ford warranty covered the cost.Amazing service, professionalism, and response. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place!! Service department have some amazing employees over there, always very nice and understanding of anything I need. Need to buy a car go to Greg Malone he is awesome, never once will you feel pressured into ANYTHING! Always took his time to listen to exactly what you wanted or was looking for. They all make you feel like family there! All my servicing and buy will be done here.

This is a great place. It was a bit of a drive for purchasing my new used vehicle but they had great customer service and the service after the sale was great too. Before I had even made my 1st payment, my vehicle started leaking coolant, I called around and decided that it was probably best to get it checked out where I bought it. They had a great courtesy car avaible for me to use until they could fix my vehicle and with their "Forever Warranty" my heater hose leak was fixed for 1/8th the normal cost of the repair in the form of a deductible. I would recommend checking them out for all your vehicle needs.

Fair prices. First time I selected and bought a vehicle myself and they were great! Easy to work with, not pushy, gave me a good deal on my old car and helped me find great financing. Will continue to get my car maintenance there plus will be sure to check out in a few years when I need another. Thanks for the good experience!

We have nothing bad to say! These folks were more than accommodating after a harrowing afternoon. We had triple AAA and after three and half hours of them saying they couldn t find a tow truck we called the Ford dealership in Decorah (and they had Dons Towing to us in 30 min! They knew we were from out of town and even though they had guys on vacation , made sure we were on the road again by noon the following day! Great customer service!!!

My car was brought in with only the water pump needing replaced; during the diagnostics it was left running for so long without antifreeze that a whole mess of other things ended up needing repaired. There were crumbs from food on the seats that was not there when we dropped it off. I called to speak with the owner, spoke with him and he said he s call back Monday when the mechanic who did the diagnostics was in so he could to the bottom of it and as of today no call back. We were not able to get the repairs done there due to warranty issues so had to have it towed 2 hrs away. With only one repair needing done we could have had it back fairly quickly now due to their mess up we now will be without our only form of transportation for much longer. Jobs are at risk for us due to transportation issues. We will never do business here again nor will we be recommending them to anyone we know!

I work out of Lacrosse WI and have been less than satified with the dealer there. I made a phone call to Decorah Ford explaining what was happening with my truck. They listened to me and asked several questions, then told me they would put together a quote for me. They had the project quoted for me less than a day later. They provided me with a loaner vehicle as mine was down for 3 days. They called with updates each day and informed me of a few other things that needed attention. All the work was finished on time and under what was quoted as there were parts and labor not required once they got into the project. Very impressed with the quality of service and the efficiency of the techs. I cannot say enough good things about the guys there. Mel, Dustin, and Jake were all very easy to work with and to me really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I found my new Ford dealership.

I would recommend Decorah Ford to anyone looking in state or out of of state like I was. The sales, finance and everyone in between was awesome to work with and went way beyond to help find the right truck. There is no here s your vehicle and this what you get mentality here. They all worked extra hard to find my deal and get me the truck I needed without compromising. I will make the drive many times and remain a customer for life.

Took awhile for an oil change I m talking over an hour but they checked all the other fluids etc and they are great otherwise, the lounge was comfortable. But it would have been nice to have been updated on the status of my oil change because it took so long.
