I wish there was a way to make it negative because they don't even deserve one star. Ordered tires on line made an appointment to be put on. Day comes they cancel my appointment.said to reschedule which we did. We call on the rescheduled day to find out they had no such appointment for us and then Andrea answered the phone yelled at my old man and hung up. I called back and asked for a manager and she put me on hold for a long time which I wound up hanging up and driving the 30 minutes there to pick up my tires so I could find another person to put them on. Get there and it takes them over an hour to figure out that two of the four tires are not the right size.ugh. anyways they tell me I have to wait 24 hours and cancel my appointment and it takes 5-10 days for a refund. This is unacceptable to waste customers time, and off no compensation. I will never go to Walmart again. Unprofessional and legit morons working for them.

Had an issue with an over tightened and stripped oil pan caused by one of their technicians. They wouldn t stand behind their own work and it cost me a lot to get repaired by a better auto shop. Answering the phones seems to be a tough job as no one does it.

Worst experience from a business I've ever experienced. Ordered tires and scheduled appointment. Appointment was cancelled two hours before appointment time. That's ok stuff happens, so we rescheduled for the next day and by two hours before scheduled appointment noticed I haven't got no updates so I spent forever chatting with help center to find out they did get delivered but they said I didnt have an appointment. I tried to see if they could fit me in since it was their mess up and Andrea said there was already two appointments for that time, and I said I have an appointment and you can't fit me in, only attitude and refusal, so I asked for a manager and she hung up on me. I had a job scheduled for today and called to say I would be late because I'm trying to put tires ony work truck and got fired from a 750 dollar job. From that we went to Walmart to get the tires and take them elsewhere and after they walked around an hour to find them, two of them were the wrong size. On top of that, they couldn't even figure out how to refund them. Almost two hours in Walmart just trying to get the tires, then get a refund I still had to go online to fight to get a refund in 10 business days! Not one of them cared from at the physical store or online. All this headache, gas to get to Walmart, time and losing out on work(750 dollars) and only a sorry to show for it!

Three hours to get an oil change is ridiculous. Not even busy. And I wanted my tpms sensors changed but was told by the "mechanic" that it was probably just a flat tire. TPMS light is for sensors not flat tires fiy. 3 hours later it's finally done and I get told it was sensors as I had told them, and they didn't even change the sensors like I had asked . I thought that since it took three hours they were fixing what I asked but nope, three hours for just a oil change and be told I didn't know what I was talking about by a "mechanic" that obviously didn't know what he was talking about or doing.

So so.Car battery purchase:Spoke to auto center help center before attempting to make a purchase. Help center told me one thing, auto center told me another when I arrived to make a purchase. It top it off, they dont even carry the correct battery for my vehicle. Needless to say, wasted an hour of my time as well as gas for the back and forth.Worst if all, I took the battery to replace it myself because they told me there would be 4 hour wait before my vehicle could be seen by their techs.Good luck all.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Called to make an appointment; they wouldn t take an appointment and told me to come it. Went in and waited for 43 mins before someone came to the counter (still eating his lunch, btw). No apology for anything. By this time there were 7 people also waiting. When I told him what I needed, he pointed to the shop and told me to go find someone out there. I told him the I had already been waiting over a half hour. He looked at his watch and said, well I ve only been gone for 10 minutes, so DO NOT GIVE WALMART MORE OF YOUR MONEY!!! Go local to QC Auto Service. Waaaaaayyyy better experience

The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because the nice gentleman who helped me check out after the oil change. Alone, I would give him 5 stars since he was so friendly and described the services rendered. Sadly I cannot and I forget his name unfortunately. Driving up to the parking spots at the auto center, one of the attendants swiftly, without looking, pulled out of a parking space in reverse as if no one would ever come back there with reckless abandon. We told her to proceed as we were parking in the spot near when she just was. She wouldn't move. We waved her over to move again and she yelled at us that she could not get around us but all she had to do was pull up a little further and take a wider turn to bring the truck into the garage area. Needless to say, this started our trip to the auto center poorly. I went into the garage area for customers and after waiting for a bit to be seen, the attendant took my information and my keys and then she realized that I was in the car that she "could not get around." She made a comment first that I could've just driven up to the door.. how would I know that? No signage... And another comment that I shouldn't drive so fast to the auto center parking lot.. First, I was not driving and second we weren't going fast she just didn't look before pulling someone elses truck out of a spot while also almost hitting a delivery truck...irresponsible. After I gave her the keys and she went outside to my car, my boyfriend was there and he thanked her for what she was doing and she just gave him a blank stare. She probably shouldn't be working in customer service, but I'm sure glad the gentleman at checkout was, what a bright end to a sassy and unprofessional beginning! Good thing I'm just passing through Iowa on a road trip, I will never HAVE to go back there and use her sage advice.Service: Oil change

Went there at 7:30am, they open at 7.There were 3 cars ahead of me and I was told it would be 6hrs for an oil change because it was first come and they don't take appointments... they had 5 people working. The guy ahead only needing a battery... so you're saying they take 3hrs a car to do anything with 8 bays! AND they can only do 1 car at a time... not to mention she seemed angry I had even asked. "What do you want? It's 6hrs for that!" and walked away... so did I, never to return again...

Arrived at 7:00 A.M., per the opening time listed on their website; not a soul in sight. Waited until 7:30 A.M. for naught. Went into the store, did my shopping, and checked back at the auto center at 8:00 A.M. Door still locked; still no one around. I got up early on a Sunday morning to beat the rush, so as to not waste time waiting. Instead, I wasted time waiting and didn't even accomplish that for which I came. Seriously, Walmart Auto? Update your website. You're supposed to be a convenience facility. Prices may be low, but figure in the cost of wasted time and not so much. Reliability has value too.

Took over 2 and a half hours to just put on 2 tires after they told me there was no one else in front of me. Also didnt reprogram tpms when that was supposed to be included in the cost. it seems like they stop taking customers about 3 hours before closing and just stretch out the remaining ones til then.Service: TiresService: Tires

It s a Sunday morning , so I checked the website it says they open at 7am perfect, I arrive at 640 am . I wanted to get there in time be get in and out ! Well it is now almost 9 am and I am still. They website said they open at 7 am but when you get here they tell you don t open til a technician gets here . I asked the manager why they don t update their website hours or even post a sign on the glass on the door with their hours. Very poor experience and excuses from the people all I needed was an oils change and a new tire mounted that I purchased online from their website. Had I know it would be taking this long I would have went elsewhere!!! I never even got an I am sorry from the manager . Walmart store opens at 6 so I even called before I drove over here just for them not to even answer the callServices: Tires, Oil change

Poor customer service and lack of mechanical knowledge. I went to this autocare center after getting a flat. AAA came and easily put on the donut. We went to the walmart to buy a new tire and were informed we needee 4 tires because the vehicle is 4 wheel drive. This is a real thing so we gave them a go ahead to change all 4 tires. After about an hour Walmart called to inform us they could not remove the locking lug nuts. Andrea, the mechanic, was baffled by the crack in the key and asked us, the customers, for advice. Although she was in a automotive shop with 7 other able mechanics she asked us for advice. So we gave it to her. Either apply enough horizonal force so the key doesnt slip, as AAA had done, or force a large socket over the nut. She went back to the car and we went back to waiting. 2 hours later we went to check on the progress. The car had been left unlocked in the parking lot. They had given up and neglected to inform us. The lug nut key was significantly damaged further. Firestone was able to change all the tires with no issues for cheaper.

Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire and it couldn't be repaired, my car is only a few weeks old. Went there to get a new tire. They put huge gouges in my brand new rim. Horrible!!!

Terrible. Took my jeep in for a simple blinker light (which they couldn't find). Employees yelling at eachother, Randy in particular was rude, disrespectful and down right mean. I will not be returning, and do not recommend the Walmart Autocenter.

Extremely rude and not professional customer asked a simple question about tire size and wait time and got nothing back but anger will never know how their actual work is because I left immediately after the unnecessary attitudes just go to Discount Tire literally a second away (drive time) and avoid them completely Service: TiresService: Tires

Because of the corporate control over Walmart, the mechanics were unable to do the job they told me they would be capable of doing. I will never return to a Walmart Tire and Auto location because of their lack of customer service and desire to get your vehicle back on the road.

They patched my tire in a way that completely ruined it, then then stripped my wheel lock key. When I brought the car back (with a newly-ordered replacement wheel lock key) they stripped/ruined the second key. Do not let these people touch your vehicle. If you need your tire patched, take it across the street to Discount Tire, and they will do it for free.

The manager, Kendall, is VERY rude, and so are most of the other employees!! Rasaunn is the only one that tried to make our situation better. I commend him for smiling while he has to work with so many negative and rude people. We will NEVER do business at the service center again!

If you need work done im in mon tues thurs fri sat. Come see me for tires and other work in limitations of course we are not a full service shop. So no brakes alighnments or any major repairs. Come see us for a great deal on oil change prices.

The service manager, Raeshaun (sp?), really went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was taken care of quickly. Service was courteous and Raeshawn was very knowledgeable. I recommend this Service Center to all my family and friends.

They took good care of me when a different Walmart Auto Center could not. The employees were very nice and accommodating. I will bring my vehicle here from now on.

For starters stop lifting cars and trucks by the pinch welds . They are designed for emergency use only ! Example you get a flat and have to change a tire on the side of the road . They are not for supporting the entire weight of ANY car or truck ! Use the FRAME RAILS . Pinch welds ( lower rocker panels ) are the first area to rust . Educate your " Tech's " before they really screw up someones car or truck .

They've done a pretty good job getting tires on and balanced and oil changes. They might be lacking in kindness just a tad.

Went in for an oil change. Came out with mud/greased tracked floor mats. I went in to complain a couple days later and the manager came out with cleaner & a rag and cleaned it himself in the parking lot! I'll go back again.
