So I had a EGR cooler leaking on my truck, it s a 2022 Cascadia & I decided to bring it to the Truck Country dealer ship in Davenport, IA. I was told when I came in exactly what the problem was. It was a leaking gasket. They now have non serviceable EGR cooler which eliminates the gasket leaks. I was told I would be put in the shop between 3or4pm & be all finished by 10pm. I ended up getting a call around 3:40 saying my truck was finished. Everything was covered under warranty as well which was a plus. Everyone was nice & the foreman was really cool & laid back. I would recommend these guys to anyone that breaks down in the area.

Andy is a Genius mechanic. quick in and out. Very reasonable price. Service is great. Also service manager Jake knows his stuff. These guys are better then the book. In other words common sense exists in this shop with willing workers.

So my Freightliner started having Def issues and slowed down to 55mph. My Road Assist dept called the Freightliner store in Davenport, IA. They stated that they have the necessary part tgat I needed to fix it. After about close to 4hrs, I was told that the DEF system was changed but the didn't have the necessary sensor. I was upset .They told me that they called the store in Dubuque, IA which ensured them that they have the necessary part. They were close to closing at 5p. They advised the Davenport store that the part would be on the counter waiting fir pickup first thing in the am.I get up and talked to Brady that was on duty today. He told me that the tech left around 630 to grab the part. The tech gets there around 0730 just not to see the part or find it anywhere . I called Brady to see if the tech found the part. I was told it was not left out and the store was closed on Sundays. At this point I'm heated cause I'm told it wouldn't be until tomorrow 10/2 until they can retrieve that part.After all was said and done, they got my truck fixed and I was able to leave 10/1.*One great thing was I wanted to do laundry while waiting and was provided a loaner car to do so. Thank you Brady**I want to thank Jim the technician for all he that he did yo ensure I got back rolling. Like he said , he hadn't let me down. And Brady did all that he could as well to make sure we got the necessary part. Thanks to them I didn't have to get this load repowered and lose money*I appreciate you guys thank you very very much!

My ac decided to die took it in here got in after 2 hrs they diagnosed it as needing a compressor had it fixed a couple hrs later and back on road. Happy with the service here and would not hesitate to bring my truck back for service

Checked in 345pm on 5/23. Couldn't get to me til 5/24 0700 as they are short techs on 2nd shift. I was checked in by Cissy. She is a very polite person to deal with. Service writer Brandon is very courteous and was very informative about my issue. Technician Dustin even took a few moments to speak with me and assure me they would expedite my repair as quickly as possible. Turns out I had a bad NOX sensor and flow chart calls for 2 3 hour regens otherwise I'd be out of here in about 4 hours. Thanks Truck Country I'll definitely try to get back for future repairs.

Well I can tell you any breakdown is difficult to take but I was treated very well. They do offer a courtesy ride to the nearest hotel in case you have to stay a bit. The Truck Country service team is amazing and were able to fix my issue within days. I got updated often on the status of my truck and Brandon even checked on my overall satisfaction. Thank you Truck Country & Brandon for helping me through this very upsetting time.

Hello everyone I hope this review helps out all of my Owner Operators when it comes to looking for a great shop with great mechanics and service team members. I broke down for last night near this Truck and Country dealership and repair shop. Mr Bradey signed me in took my pre diagnostic paperwork from a loves and explained to me what needed to be repaired, no bs about needing more diagnosis before they could fix my issue like many repair shops do you all know what I mean. He assigned mechanic Mr Collins to do my repair which was a DEF pump issue and Mr Collins got started on my truck straight away and completed the work in less time than originally planned which all owner operators wish more repair shops would do be considered of our time. After I paid my bill I left to get fuel from the loves while fueling I notice my tracker brake chamber was hanging. Asked love truck care what was the wait on a brake chamber they said 6 hrs I was like o no I m not about to do this called Mr Bradey back up with 3 hrs left to closing they got me back in the shop had mechanic James Brown and yes his name really was James Brown get on my truck and repaired /replaced my brake chamber in one hr. Thank God for these employees work ethic I recommend any of you to come here if you need your truck repaired for any reason in a timely manner. thank you to everyone one At TRUCK COUNTRY for getting me back on the road to deliver my load on time.

Let me just say that these guy s did a great job today, Hunter was my technician I ve been to 4 other Freightliner dealerships trying to get this issue figured out and it was simple but those other people at the other dealership s overlooked something so simple but means the world to me. So my truck was set to 80mph right but I couldn t ever get it to go more than 70mph. I had them set it to 75 mph and take the idle timer off which all the other dealerships missed on the computer those two simple things mean so much to us OTR drivers.

I like to give thanks to Mr. Carl and Mr. Brandon (in the Service Dept.) for being kind and helping me get my tractor fixed. The service was fast and efficient. They do have a driver's Lounge/ restroom for the truckers.

They work very slowly, and the prices are insanely high, I will never come back here. A regular computer check is $600, replacing a nox sensor is $3,000

Dropped my truck at the shop in Davenport Ia on Friday afternoon for my bunk heater not working and to have a power inverter installed made periodically check status on truck over the weekend shop couldn t tell me nothing, so I pick my truck up on Sunday afternoon still no working bunk heart and no inverter install and was charged $569.45. This was the last time this truck will ever go there. Highway robbery at its finest. 10/24/33 Recant to this post , I spoke with Adam Roth pertaining to my past experience with Truck Country in Davenport Ia. Enjoyed speaking with him to resolve the issue I had about the excessive charge pertaining to the invoice. Thank you sir for hearing me out

Thank you to everyone that helped me at Truck Country! I came in for an oil pan seal leak and a injector pass through seal leak, I came in right before closing on a Friday night and staying in my truck until 7am to check in. I dealt with Jacob who was super nice and helpful, they gave me a ride to the hotel and kept me updated on my truck. I would say this was one of the most pleasant dealer service I ve had so far!

Wow, great experience. Called from 90 miles away and limped in around 930pm . Eric said he'd be able to get me in and done with 2 brakecans by midnight. He and his team came thru and got me on the way. Thanks again!Jit motors

Please be advised!!!!!Carl is a horrible guy.I don t know why he is there workingYou charged me 3 hours for $546And never fixed anything at allJust by pulling my truck into the bay and checked if the heat is working,unfortunately, wasn t working and needed entire heater box to be replaced.They said it would take 35 hours to get fixed.I said I don t have that time to wait so just let me take my truck out.And they charged me $546.What a horrible robbery!!!

These guys helped me out with a small problem with my blinker not blinking and quickly resolved it with no issues or charge!Definitely recommend them for not being greedy and charging me for a hour of labor for a 15 minute fix!Thanks much appreciated!

Checked in on Sunday at 1pm for a bad DEF pump. Was told they can t get to it until Monday morning at 7am. We even had the pump brought up ourselves to make things go faster. Pumpwas delivered Sunday night and given to service at 7am Monday morning. They took 28 hours from checkin on Sunday to put it in a bay for diagnostics. Then told me it would be done overnight and ready to go by midnight Tuesday morning. I got here Tuesday morning at 7:30 to pick truck up and was told they still had to road test it. I informed them I had to be in Lincoln for my delivery that was rescheduled for 2pm on Tuesday. They took another 45 minutes to get to my truck and do a road test. Had to reschedule my delivery again because of the lack of urgency and speed of this place. Don t tell us our truck is done if it s not done.

My truck got there 7am and left 12am. All day and they where guessing did not know what was wrong with it, but second shift guess it was abs module which told me it would be $4500 for part and labor , I said no I was going take my truck out, he was trying to charge me $1500 just for the diagnostic, after talking to him he gave me a discount for $1300, smh I took my truck somewhere else and the problem was Sam chassis module not what you people where guessing or trying to charge me

AVOID THIS FLITHY TRUCK COUNTRY DAVENPORT WITH ALL COST!!!Loves truck stop wanted to charge $270 out the door for tire swap!I thought I had truck country is better, but I was slapped with $329 bill at truck country!Not coming back here anymore!I will try to avoid WITH ALL COST!

I needed to get some work done on 1/17/2023.Jacob was very helpful and informative, professional and straight up. I didn t have any surprises during checkout.The Technician who worked on my truck was very informative and courteous. Wish I could remember his name.The staff I dealt with were very professional.

The staff at this location are consummate professionals. I have received services here multiple times and every time I have had nothing less than the best experience. Bradey, Brandon, Carl, and Eric always do their best to manage prices while in no way compromising the quality of service. Their technicians are profoundly knowledgeable and they do their best to provide you with insight on preventive maintenance habits you can develop to improve longevity to the overall quality of your tractor. Without a question this is easily the best Freightliner dealership I have dealt with throughout the country.
