I came here for a low pressure in the manifold.A service, small oil leak ,Driver door opening issues .They went through my truck from one end to the other end.found 14 recalls ( they took care of ) a few issues I did not know about .The truck runs like it's new !!! Great job . I recommend this facility to everyone.P.s great communication.

I spent 8 days down for repairs that were tricky to find fuel systems, and electrical guys worked with warranty people at navistar to find a solution. Thanks for the help. The truck is running awesome now

Took truck in on 06/30. Got it back on 07/11Did a PM drain and flush coolant. Changed bad radiator hoses and thermostat. Checked a/c. Truck went in with no tire issues. Steers only had around 8,000 miles on them. While they had the truck somehow it picked up a bolt in a new steer. Over 1,000 dollars for a new one that was not flat when they got the truck. The service was great. Everything works great now. Happy with the service, not happy with buying a new steer tire that was not flat when they got it. Not happy with the length of time it took to get the truck back.

They have had the truck for a week exaxtly and have not fixed the problem. It was apparently all 8 batteries that needed replaced. It took them about 24 hours to diagnose that. No contact, we had to call them. Then they had to order them for next day delivery. Didn't come as expected. No call from them. Next day they were delivered, without a necessary piece. No call from them. Next day delivery expected. The piece came missing 1 nut. They still made no effort to contact us. We have had to call every day, sometimes 3 times a day. Just to find out any information on the situation. We will never take our truck there again. We will drive the extra miles to try Sterling. Just imagine all the money that an owner/ operator loses in a weeks time. Plus having to pay over $5ooo to have the work done.

I called, got all info in a minute. They moved the truck in shop in 20 minutes, started working on it and replace everything in couple of hours. I never experienced better team. Best regards!

Their customer service is amazing they go above and beyond and Josh not sure exactly his position there but I know he works in the service department he is great he doesn't b******* you he keeps it honest

Went there for parts and had a brake warning light on in my truck. Asked them if they could run diagnostics on it for me since I was there. Two hours later they want to charge me $200 for that favor. There was no talk about a charge beforehand. Autozone would have done for free. I lost time and money there.

I brought my International truck because of transmission problem. It took them a week to come up with an estimate. The estimate included 1 year parts, but no labor warranty. I asked why replacement transmission on an International truck by International dealer has no labor warranty. They said it's their policy. I took the truck to Interstate Detroit shop and got the transmission with 2 year warranty parts and labor for $1500 less than their estimate. Thompson charged me $677 for the estimate, which consisted of removing the oil pan and telling me that there are metal shavings in the fluid. What a rip off! I don't understand how these guys stay in business.

Excellent service. They got me in right away. Grandpa found my electric issue right away and went above and beyond to fix me up. Highly recommend.

Called and ask if they could do alternator on my lonestar. They said yes. Get there and spend over 4 hrs and they didn't even have one. Then tried to charge me 178$ for "diagnostic "! What a joke!!

Excessively helpful. Took care of our truck no issues. They work til midnight so our wait was drastically reduced. Good people!!

We, here at Lange Sign Group, needed a tire repair on one of our bucket trucks.i.e. it had a flat. When I called, their mobile tire service was here within 15 mins and fixed the tire We were back on the road . Thank Thompson Truck for being the fabulous Company that you are in knowing that our business depends on your business.

Terrible customer service. Got a quote for a service ended up being over double estimate $3000 more. If you need something fixed I would recommend finding someone else.

2015 prostar 450 cummins using oil 1 gal every 3000 miles they rebuilt the engine .truck was ready when they said it would be haven't had a problem senses the rebuild 30000 miles later time for oil change has used about 1 quart of oil Well Pleased with the Job these mechanics Did

On a Monday at 2 in the afternoon I asked them to tighten a bolt on my bumper they told me it would have to be 2nd shift only takes 10 minutes to freaking tighten a bolt not even that and they want second shift to do it

Nice people prompt thorough service. Days Inn is half the price of the Comfort Inn if you can get there.Uber and taxi available

Took my truck in Monday afternoon, not wanting to start was the main issue, they ran tests on it and tell me there's nothing wrong with it, well here I sit not even a full day after getting it back with the exact same issue.
