The service department here is horrible. Dropped my car off and they told me it'd be 30 minutes to adjust my headlights. I also asked if they'd wash it (they're complimentary service) and check the alignment and tires. I waited an hour and a half before they came and said it'd be hundreds of dollars to fix so I politely said no thank you. Well it took the. 1.5 hours just to tell mw that an dis NOTHING else. Took my car home and the front headlight was out completely. Opened the hood and the headlight was smoking. Come to find out they didn't even put the headlights back in and it was burning the rubber around the headlight. Left the service manager two messages and couldn't call me back. When I buy my new Lexus this spring I wont be giving them my business.

I'm selling my Lexus. I'm sure going to miss working with Harry. Harry's helped us during the whole time we've owned our vehicle. I try to make every appointment with him. He's very easy to talk to and always gives us honesty advice and opinions. He always welcomes us with such welcoming smiles. I always appreciate the little things when we take our car in to get serviced. Such as washing our mats. Really going to miss working with us a wonderful and caring person.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance
