Very positive, straight forward truck buying experience today. Sales price of the truck was what it was advertised to be. No bait and switch. "Coach" spent some extra time after our initial test drive to look up a couple technical specs on the vehicle I was uneasy about to make sure it would work for what I needed it to. I feel like Manager Mitch really stepped up to the plate on my trade-in and made the dealership buying process as painless as it could be.No high-pressure tactics, no mandatory overpriced "dealer care packages," no overpriced locking lug-nuts or door etching for "theft protection," - nothing of the sort.I would highly recommend.

Wish I could choose a 0. Worst ever!Had an agreement on a vehicle made with the Internet Sales person at 10:00 this morning. Offered money down to hold vehicle if needed, offer denied. At a bit after 5:00 tonight, received an email that now the vehicle was sold to someone else. No courtesy call with an explanation. Can only assume that the someone else paid more money. No way to run a business!Update... next day, noon, still have not heard from anyone at the dealership.

Came in looking for a used F150. Was greeted by Kyle Johnson who had a great attitude and worked with him on the truck. They had a great selection of used and new F150s, Escapes, Edges, etc. Also had quite a few used cars and vans as well. I ended up purchasing a F150 that met my needs, mileage, price etc. I had searched the vehicle out on Blue Book and NADA before hand their price was extremely fair. Everyone I worked with was kind and I never felt pressured. I met Jason, Randy the sales managers and Patrick in finance. I ve since used them for service and everyone has been very kind and I ve been satisfied by their prices and their service. Highly recommend them for any new or used vehicles.

After I got home. I found the driver side window didn't work properly. Went back the next day and was told on the sheet they give me that it wasn't fixed. I looked on the sheet and it stated customer declined. I did not decline because I didn't know about it. I remember the sales person during the test drive state they fixed a lot of things and the worst thing is to put money into a new purchase. Apparently they forgot about the window. Now after spending $$ on the vehicle I have to put more into it

This dealership is hands down the best place in the QC to get a truck. They have the lowest prices around and they will do everything they can to make sure your getting the best deal you can get on your purchase. The staff is courteous and friendly and always helpful. Service is top notch. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

Wouldn t even give it a 1, my significant others car had been taken to the shop told him what was wrong told him it would be a week. come a week later oh the wrong part was ordered be another 2-3 days , 3 days later give them a call yeah it s fixed but the other part we have to replace that was ordered isn t right either it will be another 2-3 days! No rental car just nothing been 2 weeks! Making sure take our car issues elsewhere since no one can order properly.

I worked with an awesome guy named Travis. He was very straight forward, which I love. All the other staff was very friendly and helpful when needed! They do very fast and friendly business, best experience I've had buying a car!!

I was approved over the phone, because I lived 3 hours away. They had a hard to find vehicle just in on trade, but no pics online . Contacted them they sent 5 pics .... I drove the 3 hours already having my credit ran, test drive was hurried, the truck had totally dry-rotted tires that they told me nothing about. Would not negotiate about them ...I bought the truck and before I even returned home I had a "service air bag" light on (hence the hurried test drive..) so no air bag now for my b passenger then the first warm day u find out that the AC doesn't work... some service and inspection dept....turn and burn kind of place.very disappointed. Response was" I'm sure we tried the ac on the original test drive.?"

Awesome dealership! I d been researching Ford F-150 s for several weeks and found what I was looking for on the internet website for Courtesy Ford. I had a few questions that the internet manager, Brandon Luloff, answered very quickly. He then set up a time (no pressure on me) to meet with Travis Troxell. You can t go wrong with any of the sales guys as they re all very friendly and laid back. However, I d recommend Travis as he s very down-to-earth and very customer focused. While they were very busy, Travis made sure that I was not made to feel as just a number. Brent Seibel, the General Sales Manager, was just as friendly and personable as Travis. I can t say enough about the Finance Manager, Pat Lynch. Everybody has heard horror stories about the Finance Office when buying a vehicle. Pat didn t try to use any high pressure sales tactics to sell a bunch of add-ons. He was very professional and explained the financing in a very easy to understand style. I truly had a good day at a car dealership (I can t believe it actually happened). I highly recommend Courtesy Ford if you re in the market for a new truck. I ll definitely be going back when it s time to trade...

Tim is the man! Guy quoted me two set's of tires and I ended up going with the more expensive set with his recommendations and couldn't be happier with the choice. Honest, helpful and up front. 10/10 would recommend

Purchased a truck last June. Since purchased truck has been towed twice back to shop leaving me stranded on the road. Then had to replace brakes and rotors. And now battery is dead needing to get a jump. Must say that their 5 point inspection is not working. Will not recommend this dealership.

Don't stand behind There product. 2017 Ford F 150. Cant repair before next week. Service electrical light on control panel can't provide a loaner vehical.

Told us we could get rebate 5k if we get a loan. They fast talked us into paying more then we agreed to get rebate. So, we end up giving them the rebate! Unethical!!

Very courteous and helpful. Had to have the dash air fixed in the MH. Not a Ford warranty part so I had to pay for the repairs.

Had tire pressure indicator show that I had a low tire. They took my car in,found a nail,fixed it and had me on the road in an hour.Very courteous!

They got our car in before our appointment. But we sat there until I went to the bathroom and noticed my car outside. Our papers were stuck under other papers and they didnt see it.
