They advertise that they will replace the battery for you if you buy one. Went in today to have a battery replaced and they told me that they won t do it.

Ordered wrong part cost me not only 3 extra days but cost me my last race for the season of dirt track racing had they ordered the correct part the first time i would have made the race only thing that was good about situation i didn't have to pay for the part until they gave me the right part just cost me a race the last race of the season so i got screwed on points

I needed steering wheel fluid and I am a novice at this but thought it would be easy. They told me the step I didn't know about turning the wheel to get the bubbles out and they even came out to help me. Great service here.

I needed a brake light for my Dodge. Allister was the employee who assisted me with the proper bulbs, loaned me the tools and even helped me get it done quickly. Excellent service young man. Thanks again!

Although they didn't have what I needed (a 7" motorcycle headlight), the person waiting on me discussed ways to chase down an electrical problem using a multimeter. It turns out, my LED headlight was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great service. Helped me get everything I needed and didn't show their frustration when I came back in twice for stuff I had forgotten. Highly recommended. 5 stars isn't enough at least 10 stars.

The people who worked the day we stopped we're more than helpful. We had a coil go out the helped diagnose the issue and they had the part. We made it home and I'm an O'Reilly's customer for life.

I was having battery problems. Kaleb was friendly, helpful and informative. I decided to buy a Power Pack and he wasn't even trying to "sell" me! Thank you, Kaleb and O'Reilly. Problem solved.

I called the store and asked for a part to my truck.The girl on the phone,said they had it.She said she can put the part on for me.When i got to the store 3 minutes later.The girl act like she didn't know what I was talking about.Then had me to purchase an item that she had me to believe that's what i needed ..she ask her co-worker,a much older lady to put the part on for me after i paid for it.The older lady looked at me and said she don't put things on cars.They went and got the manager.The manager came out from the back, snatched the item went outside in anger..then snatched the original item off my car and broke it.Then he open the new item,and broke that also.While this guy is snatching,and breaking things.I was trying to tell him that's not the right part.But he completely ignored me.I couldn't believe this guy was the manager..When i asked him to replace the original part on my truck..that he broke.He said i can get my money back for the one i just bought.Then i can leave the store.The older lady employee snatched my receipt so hard..and scratched a little skin off my finger.Then the manager went in the back, to get two big body guards.To try to put me out.After i complain my finger been scratched.The employees where obnoxious, mean,lazy and very unprofessional.The whole staff needs to be replace!

Worst store in the quad cities the manager thinks hes a bad ass and knows everything I will never shop there or oriellys ever again. Detroit axle on ebay has better parts warrantys and way cheaper that's the way ill go from now on.

I love auto parts stores and the folks here are nice but everything is getting crazy expensive anymore $200 for a car battery wow that's a little high

Worst place I ever been to for parts. 1. Ordered a thermostat for my car. Drove home to put it in and it s the wrong one. Drove 5 miles back to get another they gave me the right one this time. Went to put it in and they forgot to give me the gasket for it Drove back finally got the right one It worked. 2. Got a power steering pump and pulley. Got it and the surpertine belt. Installed both. Put in power steering fluid and it leaked like a sive It leaked from the bolts. Had to redo the work all over. Go back and get a new pump and reinstall everything. Will never go to Oreillys again. Had to do twice the work and took twice the time. No thanks

Good chain store the counter help is hit and miss like most of this type of store , but then you find the counter person who cares and go the extra, it makes up for he ones that are there for a paycheck and that's it

I wish you could do a half a star whole front end parts 4 months later replacing the same parts and then try to get me to pay more when they didn't have ports I thought they were better than AutoZone but I think I'm going back to AutoZone to get all my parts..

We where on our way from Nebraska to Ohio both our cars was miss firing so I found o reilly on google thank god we made there and both the gentlemen Kasey & Craig at the store immediately hooked up their scanner and found the problem and practically helped us to fix the problem and we were happy and back on our way to Ohio

No one greets anyone they dont know nothing about any questions you ask, they always have mixups with my orders this place just has bad service and energy stay away
