Rich saved the day. Me and my best friend were calling people all day and couldn't find anybody to successfully help us change a flat tire but thanks to Rich he arrived to us as soon as possible and helped changed the tire. Rich is highly recommended for car service!!

We had a tire blow early morning and ended up with a couple lug nuts stripped and not able to get off......called this company, they were amazing with customer service over the phone. Guy showed up was able to remove one and tried for an hour ( which ran past business hours) and could not get the second one removed.....even damaged some of his own tools in the process. Gave us in detail what we needed to have it removed....simply put a cutting torch. The most ethics I've seen in a small private business is when he would not accept payment.....because the job wasn't completed. Have total respect for any mechanic that carries and follows a motto of " if unable to complete the job, no payment. You guys are amazing and I hope your business continues with success this is one business I will support and promote to anyone needing work done thank you for honesty and respectful attitude

I heard some really good things about this business. My experience was anything but good. If I could of gave 0 stars I would have. I had an appointment for 10am today. I did for to add my address so when I called to add it they pushed back the time by 30minutes. 11am no one still had showed. It is more 12:45pm and still no one. I called twice,no answer then they send me a text saying to call cause they were under a car. I text NO RESPONSE STILL. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULDN'T RECCOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

We had our window fall off the track at 8am. Rich was here by 9am and and quickly was able to get the window up and secured. He was quick, friendly and professional! He saved our day because it is our daughter's birthday party and the vehicle is much needed for today.

Guys were super friendly. Came out to my house, quoted me a number, then had a pin seized which added a couple hours of labor which they didn t charge me for. Meanwhile I m kicked back in my house watching tv so no big deal. I ll use them again and tell my friends to as well.

Was stranded with dead battery. Rich saved the day by picking me up a new battery and installing it for me. Good guys.. these guys are awesome not only did they help me with my battery when the problem happened again they gave me great advise to troubleshoot the problem. Very good people

My Mobile Mechanic did a great job on the brake pad replacement for my automobile. The wrong parts were on hand, without hesitation, he offered to get in his car and go retrieve the correct items. Rich performed beyond needed customer service, patience, and due deligence getting my repair finished. I will be using the services of My Mobike Mechanic again. It's a great business model and Rich is a great asset to keeping this venture successful.

Rich came and fixed my leaking tire while I was working. Absolutely amazing to work with and did research on my Offroad tires to know how to correctly fix them! A life saver! Rich is great! He came out and diagnosed an issue with our car, we got the part and he replaced the failed AC compressor the next day. A few days later, he also helped investigate and troubleshoot a wild goose chase of mystery error codes and warning lights that turned out to just be a loose hose clamp. We stuck with it and figured it out though, really appreciate his dedication.

Great experience available for next day. Service was wonderful. fix my control arm on my front tire.. Communication was wonderful. I thought I needed a swaybar Link because that s what the dealership told me come to find out when rich looked at my car. All I needed was shocks. he definitely saved me a lot of money from spending on a part that I didn t need.. Definitely recommend

Took my son s car here to get the intake manifold fixed and replace the oil sensor. The car is in worse shape after it was fixed and he didn t replace the oil sensor he kept the new one we paid for. There is gas in the oil, the coolant leaks and it doesn t accelerate like it should. Now we have to have the car towed and pay someone else to fix what the mechanic broke.Revise: the car broke before we could get its oil changed. There was absolutely nothing wrong with his coolant until you touched the car. It leaks fuel and would not run. You had the car for 2 weeks and some odd days and didn t touch it. If you don t know how to fix vehicles then you shouldn t tell people that you can do it. Obviously you are not a reliable mechanic and lie to people to get business. You had an excuse every time we called and or texted. And at one point you said you were taking your kids to the trampoline park and out to eat. In the middle of a work day. I am very transparent and you can make all the excuses you want but you stole $391 and a $40 sensor from us. His tire was completely flat on its rim and you were stepping on the flat tire didn t even air it up he had to do it. Tell me you didn t notice it flat. What kind of mechanic doesn t notice a flat tire you probably drove on it flat. Now we have it a reliable mechanic who will have to fix the supposed work you did. I can t wait to let you know what he had to fix.

After searching the internet for an automotive mechanic near me, I decided to call My Mobile Mechanic based on their overwhelmingly positive reviews posted by previous customers. It s tough to get close to 300 people commenting on how good your services are. I called and Rich answered the phone and he told me he could be at my house in about 3 hours. That was fine considering my car refused to start. He arrived and came well equipped to troubleshoot and repair my car. He diagnosed my problem to be an exhausted battery and recommended a replacement. I went to O Reilly s to get a new battery while Rich waited in my driveway. He installed the battery when I returned and my problem was solved. He probed my onboard computer to make sure there were no other problems and call it good. He only charged me his minimum diagnostic fee and he was on his way back to his shop. I think it s rare to find as knowledgeable and honest as I feel rich is. That is why I absolute recommend Rich to meet any of your automotive needs. Thanks again Rich, you certainly have my future loyalty.

I cannot express the depth of my gratitude and admiration for the incredible service I received from Rich at Mobil Mechanic. I ll try to keep a long story short: it was final exams week at my college, and the universe decided to add another layer of stress by causing my 2007 Saturn Ion to abruptly stop starting. I was already on edge, having spent a considerable amount of money on repairs leading up to this. The condition of my car and the money I had invested made me skeptical about finding a competent mechanic who would truly understand my predicament.But then, I stumbled upon My Mobil Mechanic online. I gave them a call, and that's when Rich came by. From the moment he arrived, it was evident that he was cut from a different cloth. He braved the freezing cold for hours on end without a single damn complaint. I watched as he thoroughly examined every inch of my vehicle, explaining his thought process and the steps he planned to take to ensure I would never face this issue again.But it wasn't just his technical expertise that had me first impressed it was his unwavering dedication to ensuring my peace of mind. Rich went above and beyond, giving me a ride to the store and taking the time to personally educate me on the necessary parts and their significance. Rich's dedication, expertise, and genuine care for people transcend what can be captured by this review. I may not possess great wealth, but I am certain that Rich deserves far more than I could ever repay today. His character radiates goodness, and our conversations revealed a man who is driven not by monetary gain but by an unabashed love for cars and a genuine desire to help those in need.To Rich, I offer my heartfelt thanks. My mobile mechanic service was fast and friendly and very effective they pulled my car out of snow and Ice safely and I am so thankful for them ! I Definitely recommend them and suggest you give them a call before you call anyone else , their prices are very reasonable! :)
