I think his name was jeremy....sorry if im wrong, but he was great! He was there within a half hour and was very careful with my "baby". Took me and my jeep to the dealership then took me home. This company was amazing! They answered my questions they had a flat rate. Raven was amazing on the phone getting me booked, and my driver was there within 20 minutes of me calling! Jeremy the driver called me when he was 8 minutes out and was so friendly and easy to work with.He Got my van hooked up immediately and off within 15 minutes! I highly recommend these people to take care of any of your towing needs

Amazing service! They told me an hour and the guy got finished early and he got there in 20 minutes! Super helpful and knowledgeable, my car couldn t start to move the wheel off the curb but he still found a way to get that puppy on the truck. I unfortunately forgot his name but I was serviced yesterday by the older gentleman and my invoice was 49373 please give that man a raise super nice and very very helpful

Jeremy was EXCELLENT! He helped me jump start my car and went the extra mile to make sure I was good after my check engine light came on. He came quick and fast!!!!! I used this company before and I ll use it again. Thanks again Jeremy

I was in need of a tow right after Christmas. I was greeted with Quick response time from the staff. Jeremy showed up with the tow truck and demonstrated knowledge patience courtesy and respect from the time he showed up to the time he shook my hand and pulled away after a safe and flawless tow to the service garage. Thanks again Jeremy, you and the rest of the crew have a happy new year!

Man this dude Jeremy be on point!!!Both times last night and this morning he came in clutch. Pulled up on site at least 10 min before his arrival time and he also will get u on the road in no time I appreciate pple like this guy!! Keep up the good work ..

My Infiniti would not start this morning below 0 weather, I called at 10 Am ish knew they were going to be busy I had to be at work from 11-2 I asked the young lady that answered the phone if I could make a appointment for 3 pm ish she was very pleasant and professional granted my request without debating, so I go on to work get off go home I get a phone call from the gentleman at 3:02pm saying he is 10 min away he came whithin that 10 min and jump started my car he was just as professional as the lady on the phone!! Very well pleased and I am huge on customer service. I definitely recommend!!!

So, I ve had the worst week, and when I was ran off the road due to road construct causing me to hit the curb and blow out two tires, I felt so defeated my face must have said it all bc once I met Nevin The tow truck driver he was incredibly nice. He first called me and said he could be there at 10 instead of 1:30 He went out of his way after towing my car to even take the two tires off for me so I could take them to the tire shop. I m a military wife I had my share of vehicles towed all over the country and I have never come across a company whose employees are so helpful. Thanks Nevin I will highly recommend monson towing from here on out. Also myself my husband and two teenage drivers now carry your business card in our cars. And know who to call when and if they ever need a tow.Thanks for making my day better.Service: Local hauling

I know this week has been overly busy with tows following a snow storm and blizzard, and there doesn't seem like there is a break in sight with more snow coming. Yet despite this, you guys found a moment to come and jump me and give me advice about the battery and jump start me so I dont miss any of my very important doctor visits and surgery tomorrow morning. I origonally wrote a review based on my husband tellingme what ha ppened and I believe he confused me by being unclear about which company did what but regardless you always come through.

This was the best experience I have had with any tow truck company! The driver was so nice and helpful! They were actually early and I didn t have to wait for hours like other companies! Great price for towing from Davenport to Muscatine. I was so happy I did. It have to break my pockets from the distance! Recommend 10/10 more people should do business like this company!Service: Car towing

Monson is the best around and Jeremy proved it. We needed help towing my wife s car and contacted roadside assistance. Jeremy contacted us back right away, stayed in contact while he was on his way, and saved us a huge headache by being knowledgeable and efficient.When I need a tow I ll call Monson and 10/10 would definitely recommend.Services: Battery service, Car towing

JP was great. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I thought I was locked out of it and turns out the battery was dead. Thanks for the jump!!! This company was very fast, soon as I put the request in JP arrived less than 20 mins, not to mention it was 99 degrees outside. Not only was I able to schedule a tow for the very next day as I wanted, Jeremy was WAY ahead of schedule and was able to get my car from point A to point B much sooner than expected. Very professional & friendly!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Monson towing!The dispatcher, Michelle, was very kind and professional. The tow driver, Nevin, was incredibly friendly and easy-going. I received photo updates of my car along the way. I felt at ease the whole time-- 10/10 would recommend. Oh, and the price is great! (The 1st place I called wanted almost FIVE times the price Monson ended up quoting me. BARF!)

We had called in and were told that it would be 6:30 by the time they could get to us. We were ok with that, but then we received a call from Nevin saying he could be here in 11 minutes. Our car was jump-started before 4:00. Nevin was extremely nice and very professional. Being new to the Quad Cities, we were extremely happy in finding this business! We have worked with Monson for several years now. We recently contacted Monson with a request to move a shipping container. The catch was that it was up against our building. Monson sent Nev to move the shipping container. There was no question that Nev knew what he was doing. He was professional throughout the process and was patient while we located the owner of a car parked in the way of the delivery. Nev took the time to position the container perfectly when he could have just left it where it came off the truck. He did not leave the job site until he was sure that the shipping container was at the best position it could be. We would absolutely recommend Monson.

Within a half an hour of me first calling them, my car was being loaded on to Jacobs tow truck. I couldn t had asked for a better experience! The tow truck driver Jacob was awesome!
