They screwed up the wiring and wouldn't fix it nor replace the faulty stereo or my 7 Band Equalizer. I had to keep going back every trying to get the correct job I band several hundreds of dollars to do. They had grounded a wire into my alternator and it is causing my car to die nor could they get my rear speakers to work properly I had to uninstall and reinstall and fix the problem myself except for this draining the battery.

Place is an absolute joke. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rude and unprofessional staff. My car somehow left worse off than when I came in and they refused to fix what they broke. I have never posted a review before, but felt the need to after this complete hack job. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Hey everyone. I just had my subs and amp installed this morning by mobile wiring. The two gentleman that installed it were super fast efficient and know what they are doing. They had every wire tucked so well u would of never know it was installed. Perfect install. System sounds pretty damn good after tweaking it a little bit. For what I had to work with the install and sound quality is to my liking. Shout out to mobile wiring for the great install. By the way team this is for the edge with the two kickers on the Memphis amp. Great job guys. U made me very happy.

This place is a joke both the owner and guy behind the desk are very rude I called in and had them order me a open faced double din install kit for a 01 civic they ordered the wrong part and told me to cut a new part to make it work they said that was the only way to do it I went to solar vision the had what I wanted in stock and better price safe to say I ll never go back 1st picture is the wrong one they ordered 2nd one is the right one i found on my own i guess im just better then your professional

These guys were so nice on the phone. I talked to them many times explained what I needed de-installed and re-installed. But when I got there it was one contradiction after another. They quoted me 65 an hour then later that changed for the re-install that became 95 an hour then 155 for the sub all sorts of charges that were not explained. They overcharged me 166 bucks AND messed up my drivers side window. So I had to go back for that. I talk to them on the phone I sent them emails I never got one apology from the owner I get that everybody makes mistakes I m a business owner myself but this was handled so badly. Have they just handle the situation properly and actually felt bad and apologized for what they had done and the inconvenience they cost me I would not be writing this review. I m not even clear who actually works on the stereo is there there s so many young kids running around and nobody ever comes and talk to you about what they re doing. I should ve waited for Best Buy to open back up because the technician there is amazing. If you are going to go here get your quote in writing.

Fantastic customer service with a very friendly and well educated staff. Answered all questions I had about the install and went out of their way to fix my amp placement. Had the opportunity to actually meet the guy doing the installation on my subs and he was one of the most easy going and educated guys i ve met. highly recommend for any speaker work you may need. the finish was professional and clean.

Had the alarm put in a little over a month ago after the one I bought from Best Buy bailed after only a year. Sure, it took some time for them to do but the service and customer service was top-notch. They asked me to drop by when my door locks were misbehaving- just to be sure things were done the right the first time on their end of things. Absolutely satisfied and definitely recommend!

100% do not recommend. My family and I went here a couple times for the remote start, and it did not work at all. It only worked for a few weeks, and then it stopped working. I went back to get it fixed, and they "fixed" it, but it didn't work. Don't waste your money.

This place is under new ownership, they were able to help me with my failed alarm installed by the previous owners. My remote start and car alarm completely failed after two years. No parts were reusable, so I was told I had to install a entirely new system, they did offer me a $100 discount off the full package rate. I was unaware when I bought my initial system that if it failed in two years it was tough luck. I did have them install the new system at the discounted rate, I did pay more to upgrade it a little bit, I hope this two way system lasts longer. This is a locally owned company definitely a mom and pop shop. Shop locally owned places! Help local families!

I went to mobile wiring because it was the cheapest cost. I told them i wanted my windows tinted 20%. I made an appointment and they said it takes one whole day to get done. The day came and they couldn't even tint all my windows. They said ups damaged the package so i would have to wait for them to ship some new ones for my car. I got the just the back three windows tinted that day but not the ones for my back seat. When i went to get my suv i could see right through all three windows even at night. Their 20% looks like 55%. They did not clean the windows good at all before putting on the film. They did a horrible job. Just because its cheap doesn't mean they'll do a good job. The guy that did my tinted windows was rude and didn't want to fix the windows that had dirt underneath. He said no film installation is 100% perfect. i got a refund for the other two windows they didn't do and i had solar vision finish the job and they did excellent and it saved me money!! mobile wiring cost $75 for two windows and solar vision cost $60! Also mobile wiring makes u pay a deposit before they do any work! DO NOT GO TO MOBILE WIRING FOR TINTED WINDOWS!!

I had my windshield and windows tinted 20%. I've had a few vehicles done locally - These guys were the best, by a long shot. The windshield was especially done well. Haven't found a flaw on it yet. Slightly more expensive than the other guys I've shopped in town, but worth it in my book.

Very unprofessional group of people came in and asked a question about my speaker and they pretty much blew me off and said there not doing anything! Don t recommend coming here at all. Your better off going to a different audio store

in April of 2015 I went to this establishment called "mobile wiring" in Davenport to have my factory stereo /cd player/tuner replaced . The salesperson told me that the unit I wanted was from Clarion , a model CZ305. so based on his recommendation that is what I chose . I was told the install would take 1 1/2 to 2 hrs . Being it is a 45 minute drive to their shop I scheduled the entire morning off from work for the install. 4 hours later they still were not done and I was already late for my afternoon appointments . When I questioned them about this they said "Well this just happens we have no control over our schedule "NOT a good response . They finally "finished" the install (or so I thought) I paid and left but I was so far behind at this point and making phone calls to reschedule and apologize for missed appointments that I did not even have a chance to really check out their work or the installation . HOWEVER ... The next day I left on a 2000 mile trip to the southwest and discovered that :1. the FM receiver was only working at about 50 to 60 % capacity2. the installation was done in such a way that I could not fully read the display screen with out hunching down and bending over sideways to see it . (this takes your eyes way off the road and is a major potential safety issue)3. they failed to complete the wiring hookup. the dimmer function was not operational , This meant at night the fricking thing / new stereo was lit up like a Christmas tree and was so bright it messed with your ability to safely drive at night , my only option was to drive at night with the stereo turned off and blacke out so no music of any kind ..... or hold my hand over the thing to cover up the bright lights and drive with my one other hand. (major safety issue)I called the shop and told them about the defects in the installation and was told they would call me right back with some answers. two days went by with no response from them so I called again .They finally admitted that the only option was that I would have to bring it back to their shop . That was just PERFECT as I would not have the vehicle back in the the Midwest for several months . Which meant now I would be dealing with this sub standard workmanship for the whole trip and the next few months . I resigned myself to this exact fate and when I got the vehicle back to the Midwest I scheduled an appointment for them to correct the problems . I was told to arrive at 0930 which I did. The two installers finally showed up 45 minutes later (HELLO)They did correct the screen view/ angle installation problem (although I had to some of the work myself AND I had to provide some tools they lacked) and they told me the FM radio problem was most likely a loose connection they had overlooked and that they had addressed that and also now the dimmer was now hooked up. They Charged me MORE money to correct these problems which did not sound right to me , but at this point I was just happy to get the flark out of there. I paid and left AND discovered that the dimmer function was still not acceptable AND the radio reception was still pitiful compared to the factory unit . I immediately drove back to report this and have it corrected and was told they would look into it but I would have to come back another day . I kept my temper but decided right then I made a major mistake choosing/using this shop. Based on this experience I would strongly suggest you find another shop to do business with regarding all your automotive stereo / music needs .

We had a alarm system installed on a car and they did a great job. They were very helpful in explaining how it works. Looking forward to getting one installed on my truck.

Was quoted one price for a basic stereo install four times. When I get there, they changed their price to be 100 dollars more. They are POS. Do not trust them with your vehicle or stereo.

Very friendly and courteous. Went out of their way for me. I live close and didn't have a way home. They gave me a ride home and picked me up afterwards. I plan on having them do more work for me.

I was told the one I paid for was suppose to reach 1 mile. When I went to pick it up. I said, so this one reaches a mile. The lady said 3,000 feet almost a mile. A mile it just over 5, 200 feet. $452.00 seem high.

Most of the reviews are fabricated. Attention to detail is terrible. Haphazard job and the equipment is faulty. You'll need to be in the shop multiple times after the installation to resolve the issue.

I will never go any where else for my tinting or radio needs !!! I have had several vehicles taken care of here and they never leave you hopeless or without feeling they can help you !!! If you work hard for your money and don't want to just throw it away you will come here!!!!

I spoke with a lady on the phone about some 6 1/2 car speakers when I got too the store too buy them this red haired kid came in and asked me if I need help and he was dumb as a box of rocks so I said I will just go too Best Buy thanks

If you have a newer ford vehicle dont get a amp installed dosnt work with sync 3 &auto start stop paid $270 only got refunded $116
