Was told my bucket truck was too heavy to drive on their parking lot. Don't you have semis coming in to deliver vehicles? Or all those other vehicles sitting there collectively adding weight. I'm not coming here for servicing again.

Had them change diff fluid front/rear did not tighten bolts on front leaked out then refused that ''his'' employees would never do that.
