The People here were very friendly. Kyle Johnson helped us see the Bronco we came here to look at. The process was smooth and quick and we were glad we didn t have to spend a whole day at a dealership. I recommend this place if you're in the market for another vehicle.

Great experience! Tucker was great to work with as we live 1,000 miles away from the dealership. We did everything over the phone and through the mail to purchase our Jeep. Tucker sent videos as we requested them and was prompt with answers to our questions.Purchasing went smoothly and would purchase from them again.

The dealership was really helpful in determining vehicle options and choices. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tucker, the salesperson. He was not overbearing, pushy, or hurried, making the car-buying experience enjoyable.

Service Department did an outstanding, professional job on my 2010 Town & Country Van with 175,000 miles. I scheduled it for a Creek in front and a fluid leak. They say honesty is gone in the auto service world, not True! I was Greeted by Jenn,Written up and advised of the Estimated cost to diagnose my concerns ( great start). They were very busy yet in no time my Van was being looked at by Harry Hitchcock The Manager.Harry drove my van first to verify my concerns, Then he absolutely and accurately found the truth of my vans condition. I m proud of Harry s Honesty, the diligence of the Parts Department in sourcing the needed parts, and the calm Command Presence Harry exhibited ( I m a USMC Vet)In closing Teamwork needs Leadership to be successful. I m proud of his team. I ll be back to finish needed repairs at a Fair Price. Then I came back to have Service Replace my rear Axle assembly. Amazing again!!!Best,Brandon Kelly

Purchased a 2017 used Honda Accord from Kyle after my older car had been involved in an accident and was totaled while parked on a side street. When telling this to Kyle he immediately asked if everyone was okay. Luckily it was unoccupied at the time, but the immediate concern shows exceptionally personable customer service. Kyle was in constant contact with us after we had inquired about the vehicle and answered any questions we had pertaining to the car prior to even meeting him in person and physically seeing and inspecting the car. Once we arrived, he greeted us before we even closed our car doors after arriving at the dealership. Before taking it out on a test drive and getting a copy of my driver s license, he offered us complimentary beverages (coffee/water). During the test drive he was very cordial and gave us details of the car and was upfront and honest about its condition. Before the purchase Kyle and the Kimberly Car City group generously let us do a PPI with our mechanic and a day later it came back as in good condition. During the closing of sale, Kyle worked with us and let us know about all the paperwork, financing, and services available. Once finalized, the Kimberly Car City group provided a complimentary car wash and detailing before we drove it off the lot the very same day the deal was finalized. All around, great and caring service by Kyle and the Kimberly Car City group. 5 out of 5 would do business with Kyle again, but would prefer not having my car being totaled on a side street to work with him again.

Kyle Johnson was my sales person and is phenomenal. The process of ordering a vehicle to taking delivery was seamless. This was my second vehicle with Kyle and it won t be my last. Kyle is a 10 in my book!!!

Steve was great to communicate with during the purchase. This was one of the easiest, no nonsense auto buys I've made. Every step was quick and to the point. From manager, to salesman, to finance, then out the door in a short time. A well organized process. If only every auto buy could be like this.Oh, and thanks for not being a dealer that forces customers to buy packages such as added nitrogen air, interior protection, and window tint or any other type pkg forced on the customer as an add on. If a customer wants those things on their new vehicle, I feel like they will ask for it to be added when offered. Nothing gets under my skin more than someone trying to force me to pay for something I don't want.Thanks for a pleasant experience!!!

If u could rate zero I would. My girlfriend was looking to purchase a new car. We arrived here after a couple of other places 15 minutes before closing to check out some cars she wanted. He came out asking the typical but obviously in a rush. He rushed us to our questions and made jokes about he rather be home drinking beers rather than helping us. Great job at pushing sales for other dealerships!

Second vehicle purchased from here within 2 years. Both times it was a pleasure to work with Randy. Randy is outgoing, nice personality and a no pressure salesman. That alone made both experiences comfortable for us when purchasing. I was able to call and drive away with a new vehicle in just a couple hours. They were accommodating and expeditious, I was helped by a salesman named Tucker who was very transparent and level headed, I didn t feel dog walked into a purchase I didn t feel comfortable with.

Kyle did a great job helping us find our new vehicle! After having a not so great experience with another salesman at a different dealership, it was a breath of fresh air meeting Kyle. He listened to what we wanted and what our expectations were. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and provided excellent customer service. Bought a New Ram 2500 Tradesman with the black front end to match the Grill Guard and nerf bars I installed. Tucker and Caleb were east to work with to get the truck ordered and delivered. Very happy with final look of the truck. Thanks Kimberly Car City.

Tucker has a great knowledge base of the Ram line up, easy to talk to, no fluff, easy to trust. Finance team made paperwork easy and painless. Would recommend and be a repeat customer based on these 2 things alone.

Have never had a better car buying experience than Kimberly! Kyle Johnson was extremely helpful, low pressure and made it obvious it was important to him that I found the exact car that I wanted.I rarely post reviews but would highly recommend Kimberly and Kyle is one of the best and if I could give more stars I would. I'll absolutely be shopping here again in the future.
