It would be nice if they would answer their phone so I didn't have to drive 45min to figure out they didn't have my tire size

Awesome place! I had a tire that Firestone wouldn t fix bc it was too close to side. Bs. A friend recommended Jose s. I went there and they said said they could fix it! $30! Saved me $222 from Firestone. Cool employees, professional, and clean. Highly recommend!

I stopped in yesterday to buy a used tire,,,,man came out said we only have brand new tire,,for 159 dollars,,,wait isn't this a USED tire shop,,,how are they allowed to sell NEW tires at a USED tire shop,,,

Business here has definitely gone downhill overall. They won't even let you inspect the used and or new tires you plan on purchasing due to the quality of the used tires. You would be sent to the waiting area while they complete the job. Ridiculous prices for tires with less than 30% thread left and will even replace your tire valve stems with used ones as well even though new ones are inexpensive. 1/10 quality and customer service is about 6/10 at the most.

I gave these people the highest respect until I bought a car from them. I trusted them, was patient with them, and respected them. What about the car there was a problem with the title, it needed to be cleaned. So I trusted them to send off the title in order to have that done in which I was told to take about a month . In the meantime, I took the car and had it inspected as well as flushed all the fluids and replaced things such as the windshield wipers. After a month due to my husband was having kidney surgery because he's in kidney failure and my health is not very well I told them that I wanted to bring the car back for a refund as well as $254 extra for having everything flush the rest I took a loss for. They gave me their word there would not be a problem with that until I got over there with the car. At that time they refused to pay the extra $254. I will be taking them to court for this due to they will not be able to sell the car for a lot more money because I fixed it up. But I got out of this it's never trust anybody and I certainly would never do business with them and I wouldn't advise anybody else

Great place to go when your son wears his tires down to the belts on his beat to hell Toyota and you don't want to pay full price for new tires. Service was excellent and prices are very fair. 5 stars!

Needed a new tire due to a nail in the sidewalk. They were quick to get me in. Quick to get me out. And I left with a like new tire on the car. Only set me back $50. I'm satisfied.

I wish i could dock them a fraction of a star, but overall experience was great. I brought a dismounted rim with no tire on it. They had a used tire in stock and had it on the rim and balanced almost before i could get done paying for it. The only thing I was unhappy with is that I got the tire back wet, presumably because they removed the mounting lube. This was somewhat inconvenient as I was carrying the tire in my car and so had to wait a bit for it to dry. Thankfully it was sunny out, so it was just a few minutes.

Courteous, clean, professional, affordable and reasonable! I need to replace a flat tire, and couldn't afford a new one. When they didn't have the correct size at their Davenport location, they drove to their Moline location, picked one up, returned and put it on. All in less than 45 minutes! I will be a lifetime customer!

Stopped to check out used tires. This was our first visit to Jose's Tire Service. We were given a great deal on 4 brand new tires as They were on clearance because they only had those four left. They were able to get our truck in right away and it only took about 35 minutes to replace all four tires. Highly recommended and we will be back again.

Jose's tire employees were very helpful in getting me a tire quickly. Although they didn't have any good used tires they found a new one which fit on my low rider. They e plained which 4 tires i should buy in the future to raise the truck up. The service was incredibly fast !

We were in Davenport visiting family this weekend and had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. Jose's Tire Service replaced our tire in about 10 minutes. They were very friendly and we didn't need an appointment or have to wait to order tires on a Saturday afternoon.

Company sold me a used tire which was obviously leaking air the next day. Company claims to have 7 day warranty and fix flat warranty. I contacted them and brought it down to assess the leak. There was no nail, only a small hole. They said it wasn't covered under their 7 day warranty and wanted $20 to repair it.I went to Discount Tire and they couldn't repair it because the damage was on the edge. We talked through some options a bit and they actually gave me a used tire to replace it because I was a prior customer.I found Jose's Tire Service through Google because I wanted a used tire and it looked to have good reviews so I'm disappointed to be leaving a negative review, but buyer beware. I'm pretty sure they sold me a used tire with a hole in it.

I usually get my tires a from here and they are good but this last time it s only been about 2 months and I ve had to stop and get air everyday smh

We called them and got a price on tires. It seemed reasonable so we made appointment and took car in. When we arrived , they were a little busy so we agreed to wait. After about one hour, the receptionist came outside to tell us that they were ready and asked my boyfriend to drive the car into the garage. When he got out of the car, she explained to him that they had mistakenly misquoted the price on the phone and now the tires were going to be more. They were more than the other places we had called to compare. Of course, we left. Totally a bait and switch game. I hope their competitors are aware of their pricing game. Absolutely one of the poorest exhibits of customer service I've seen in awhile.

Very good service in my opinion. The woman at the front counter speaks fluent English and acts as a translator for the mechanic which is fine. They rechecked a tire and noticed there qas a problem; immediately they called their other store and had a tire shipped to their store at no cost to me. Customer service was great.

I went to another tire store because my tires kept going flat. They said I needed to buy 4 new tires and would need to order them. So I called Discount Tires. First, they put me on hold for � hour. When they finally answered, they asked if they could call me back later and took my number. I drove to Jose s Tires in Davenport and they had the tires that I needed. The mechanic said that my tires were still good and he replaced the valves while I waited for a fraction of the cost. If I ever need tires, I ll return there.

We had a flat tire and are from out of town. Jose s fixed it quickly and prices were great. Highly recommend!
