Jack s Brake and Alignment is amazing. I ll never go anywhere else for car repairs and I told my kids and friends about this place. They are courteous and very knowledgeable. They updated me along the way and made sure that was happy with everything. Great bunch of guys over there!

Fast, efficient service. Took it in for alignment which was performed. The tech and manager then pointed out some non-critical items that I could manage on my own at no charge. Very professional in every way. Thanks Jack's!

2 days after bringing my car in for them to check it, on my way home from work had to pull over and check my back tires to notice they didn t put my lug nuts on fully and let s say if I didn t pull over I d probably have a totaled car because of them. I went for them to just check to see if I needed more than my rotors and brake pads fixed, tried to make me pay $2100 to fix it, No wayyy!! Paid 140 and sum change just to get it back, and ended up spending $120 to fix my car, it isn t fully fixed and perfect but runs as good as it did before dealing with Jacks. Thanks for trying to kill me I d say. Also would like to just say it definitely was a lazy employee not paying attention and jacks has more positives then negatives, just unfortunate I had to deal with a negative

I needed some work done on my car and a friend told me about Jack's. It was a part that could only be ordered from a dealer and they kept in contact with me the entire time. The staff is absolutely courteous and professional. Will be going back to Jack's for any auto issues I have.

Terrible experience they lost my business for sure, I took my vehicle in to get a brake job and got a lot more than I asked, plus they didn't even remove old dangling brake lines and lacked replacing some alll together!!! Probably going to post on bbb as well js...

Every place I ever try to take my car to says it s a 3 week wait. Jack s gets me right in the following day. My car is running great now. Extremely grateful that I found them. Lmk

Went today and had my front brake pads and rotors done. They got my car right in and was in and out within an hour. My brakes feel like new and I ll never take my car anywhere else again. The guy working the front desk was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. Will def be back!

Needed a flat tire changed. It was close to 10 pm when we called for service. Tyler arrived at his predicted ETA. He was pleasant, polite and efficient. Couldn t ask for better service.

I had an issue with my brakes last month. Being the handy guy I am, I set to replacing my brakes and pads. Turned out I messed something up with my rear brakes.I called Jack's up, and they had someone come and pick up my car. Replaced my rear rotors and pads, bled the lines properly. All said and done, they gave me a good price and excellent service.Would I use them again? Hell, I'm calling them about tires now. Thanks, guys.

Good shop. Good mechanics. Shop rate seems a little high for an independent, but such is the world we're living in. I'd recommend it and I'll probably be going back myself.

Took my van there last weekend was told i needed inner tie rods and the camber bolts replace, they did not do anything for my van and charged me half the alignment cost. I had my mechanic rip apart my car for him to tell me nothing was wrong with my tie rods and or camber bolts. Needless to say i was not impressed and will not ever go back

Our vehicle was towed to their shop. Told them it was a broken axle, so they decided to charge 150$ to tell us the axle was broken. Cool, your diag was worth more than mine. Proceeded to say 5 more parts needed replaced. Fine whatever let s get it done. Go to pick up and car needs more parts . Get it home and the drivability was not great with new squeaks and vibrations that were not present before taken in. Get it inspected elsewhere and it s missing parts!!! Call them, they can t produce old parts to verify their story to why those parts are missing, say there is nothing they are going to do. They did a poor job and don t have the integrity to back up their workmanship. Think twice about taking a vehicle to JBA.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Horrible experience at both locations! Unbelievable that the Jeep was aligned under the wrong model specs as 4x4 alignment not only that they didn't test drive it despite this being a return alignment because the davenport location was unable to properly align the vehicle too. Both times leaving the wheel off center when driving straight which was easily noticed in the parking lot. Asking to speak to the owner or management was told it could be hours longer wait to speak with them and initially the shop counter attendant informed me despite being a correction alignment follow up would have to charge me again for the alignment before releasing the vehicle otherwise waiting a few hours to get the override from management being he only other option. Leaving upset made an appointment with the original store to correct the now worse alignment ( rear front of tires pointing out on both sides) and additionally informed the manager that it was shocking that the leaking struts that were on the Jeep had not been documented or clearly diagnosed at all was hopeful that the business would redeem themselves until the appointment came with even more non sense. The girlfriend attempted to take the vehicle to be aligned but without even visual inspection turned her away stating the tires must be replaced as they would prevent proper alignment. Additionally made it a point to state that I must contact the other store or go back there to get my refund paying that second time and said to my girlfriend the struts also needed replaced because of what I stated. I've done much of the work myself though not professional wrenching I can positively state the tires will not prevent this alignment and the "professional" at Jacks is clearly uneducated and does not and should not be near anyone's vehicle. Don't trust these crooks they are a scam. Clarity in the picture post should help figure it out. maybe... not likely considering the track record. Shame on these businesses and alleged professional techs...

They did a oil change on my car. Now I use to use a different place, but now I will stick with Jack's Brake and Alignment. They found my cabin air filter just shoved in the compartment. It is supposed to be a square, well when they pulled it out it was in a V shape. I was so happy that they checked it. The place that originally did it charged me 25.00 for that. I got it for 12.00. Now where would you go????The people who work there are very nice and helpful! They now have a new customer for life!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my SUV in for engine issues. After being told what the issue was, and the cost, I decided to trade in my SUV. They had my vehicle for 7 days, during this time my SUV was sitting OUTSIDE during multiple snow and ice storms WITH THE WINDOW DOWN. The manager tried to tell me the window was broke and they are not able to fix it. It came to their place working! The manager was very rude when talking to him about fixing this issue, even saying that 'someone' there should have told me about this problem. Once my SUV was towed from their lot to the auto dealership to be traded in, the auto dealership finds that parts of my engine is missing and that instead of repairing the problem it would now have to have a new engine replaced. Who does not put parts back in a car knowing it is leaving its lot? Why would you put a car in your lot with the window down at any time? I will never use this place again. I spent over $300 for no repair and rude service.

Do not use jacks break and alignment , I hired them in November 2022 to fix my AC, after receiving my car back from jacks my car would not start, 6 months later and 6 visits later my car still will not start, I spoke with the owner at their river drive branch and he told me to take it to another shop and to have them fix the car, after having the vehicle towed and fixed at Dales service center ( go there instead!) Terry, the person who told me to take it somewhere else , has been dodging my calls and won t answer me despite hearing from dales service center that Terry had called down there and requested information related to the repairs and diagnostics, Dales was able to fix it during the diagnostic which amazes me since jacks couldn t fix it throughout several visits lasting more than a week over the past six months, it s been such a headache and hassle dealing with Jacks that I m not even going to deal with them anymore since Terry wants to ignore me now, and I m just going to pay Dales myself. Whatever you do don t let Jacks break and alignment touch your car.Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair

I've had multiple bad experiences here. My most recent (a few days ago)was for a brake control to be installed. Was told to bring truck in would be easy couple hours. Didn't even get a call back that day. Was told roughly $1050 to install a controller that costs $80. (I paid another company $280 got it done yesterday and took 15 minutes). Jack's told me I needed a part that I didn't need. I have absolutely no idea how they charged so much. I've had a controller installed here before for around the normal price. I was not told I'd be charged for the estimate that I finally ended up getting the next day. Manager refused to waive charge. ATTENTION this was grossly over priced. I've had multiple controlers installed and I just had another company instal it yesterday for $280 without charging for unnecessary work. Very disappointed with this company!

Brought the car in for driver door cable, fog lights, brake squeal and SRS air bag light. They found $4435 worth of other needed repairs. $1500 oil pan gasket repair. etc. They kept the car an extra week. Thankfully, my daughter was able to drive my wife's car. I drove wife around. Picked up the car. Door, fog airbags not fixed. Terry the owner said I denied the safety repairs I brought the car for. Stupid me. Daughter still couldn't get out of car. I bought the cable on Ebay, watched a Youtube video and fixed it myself. Asked for any discount because it was a lot of money. They said no coupons. After I paid, they mailed me a 20% coupon for denied services. Terry wouldn't give me the discount. Said I already paid. Discount only for denied services. $880 loss. Terry said they did discount $100 to arrive at the $4435 bill and only one discount per customer so no Veterans discount either. You have to deny all services then they will send you a coupon then bring it back if you want the work done. It's not necessarily a bad way to treat customers. It s just a way to treat customers. Monday, I will bring the car to North Brady Imports to fix the airbag, fog lights and brakes.Terry reminded me below that I denied the safety repairs I initially brought in the car for not that the manager forgot and my daughter was upset to drive the still unsafe car. Still going to North Brady Imports tomorrow. My friends, family, coworkers, church friends agree with me. Deny all services with Terry wait for 20% coupon in the mail. Or go to anyone else fair and reasonable.
