Very knowledgeable and friendly mechanic. My reefer broke on Sunday, called in and technician was at shop in less than 30 minutes. Diagnostic were done in 15 and i was done in less than 2 hrs from start to finish.Had the part in stock, charged a decent price without any markup. Explained everything i asked.Recommend strongly.

The First Two Things that I noticed right away is...When I called them on the phone I didn't feel Rushed & when I first walked up to the Service counter & told them what vehicle I was dropping off They already knew my name & they are Super Friendly.And the Shop was Super Clean & Organized, a clean shop is a Happy Shop, Happy Mechanics Matter!

I had to add only oil to the compressor, but they said they had to replace a new compressor that cost $ 6600. I refused. In the end I chose a payment of $ 200 because I did not want to change the compressor and left without no results, $ 200 for nothing. I do not recommend!!!

In a world where everyone is under staffed, Interstate Power Systems is no different. From their Parts Department to Service Department, Branch Admin to Sales everyone does anything they can to help the customer. Interstate Power Systems has a great team of people to help with whatever you need.

We needed a TVal PM for our FedEx Custom Critical Straight truck. We just showed up at their door expecting to have to wait for service but much to our surprise they got us right in and went straight to work. It was a Great experience. High Quality service and work. Was very knowledgeable with some questions we had about our equipment. I highly recommend this Carrier Service Center. If your in the Davenport IA area and in need of good quality service at a fair price they are your go to

Great experience with this shop today. I had a broken belt on my APU so I stopped in for repairs. I was in and out and on my way in about 45 minutes. Great service, super friendly staff and easy truck access close to the freeway I-80 exit 292. Right around the corner from Flying J and Love's. So glad I chose this location to get the work done.

Great service. Our reefer went down on a Saturday and they were closed. Called their after hours and a tech was there in about 20 minutes. Opened a bay pulled in and he had the reefer repaired in under an hour.

Called to see if they had a part in stock that we were needing right away. Call was handled right away and Jon in parts had part ready for me when I got there. Great customer service.

On saturday our reefer not colling . We had load ice cream -20. We call after hours and thhey send a mechanic there . The quote was almost 7837.97$ to replace a compresor. After i gave them the aproval to replace it because i had no choice he asked me to pay via efs or comcheck only. I told hom i can pay over phone with credit or debit card because efs limit is 2000$ per day . I told them i can send copy of my license and i can fill up cc autorization form . He refused said card need to be on hand. He make us pay 608.40$ for looking at unit and left us with full trailer of ice cream with compresoor broken on a saturday morning. Avoid this place please. They are ripping off people .

I was worried since by truck engin have oil leaks so I need to bring to the shop while am searching I found Interstate the nearest with good reviews so I want there they diagnose and told me it's was oile separater cracks then they replaced within half an hour then go back to the road immediately. Tha k you so much i feel proud since I bring my truck the right place.

Robert and his crew in service have done an amazing job getting our truck in and the APU fixed! We have had it in several Carrier dealers and none could figure it out! They got us right in and took the time to fix it right! I would recommend them for any of your APU service needs! I would give 10 stars if Google would let me!

Fixed my apu that had been at multiple shops that no one could figure out what was wrong. Knowledgeable mechanics got the job done quickly and right. Recommend this place if you are having issues with your truck or apu.

An APU breakdown in 90+ degree heat can be crippling. Luckily, I had the good fortune to be close to Davenport, and one of their many ace mechanics, Cody, had my issues fixed in no time. I would also like to recognize their branch manager, Dave, and especially Tia for greeting me with top notch customer service and treating my issue as a priority problem.They are a credit to the Interstate Power Systems family, and will be my go to resource in the Davenport area.

My Cascadia broke down, towed it in and they told me they may be able to diagnose it same day. They squeeze me in and found a short in my NOX sensor. Had it completed same day and was rolling on!!! Great service!!!!

I was in the market for a APU on my truck after 20 years of being a O/O I needed a change..so I down load a app on my phone and started searching for a unit....these guys where in the place where I was unloading so I took a gamble and call them and spoke with David very polite gentlemen and Cory was the kid who put this in my truck in Two days..very professional and knowledgeable on these unit took there time and explain everything to me..thank you!!!

I had Interstate Power Systems replace the engine in my 2007 Freightliner Sport Chassis. I priced them against two Freightliner dealers and they were at least SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS less money, got the job done on a timely manner and guaranteed their work. I have now instructed my drivers to stay away from Freightliner and go to Interstate Power Systems.
