I ve brought my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor into Gravert s a couple times and they ve done extremely good work, everytime getting my car back to me earlier than expected. Took vehicle in for broken spring and shocks .. said 2 days .. then somehow the couldn't get it to run .. replaced tons of parts and tried to charge over 4 k .. ..got it back and it broke down the next day ! They don't have any experience and will rob you blind !

10/10 Recommend Graverts Auto Service! I have always had the best experience, and the employees always give me their honest feedback and recommendations. I was in and out in a timely manner with everything I needed done. All the employees are very knowledgable in what they do - I will be back in the future, next time my car needs maintenance or has a problem!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Had my car 7 months finally thinking they had me fixed after I picked up my truck 4 days later same problem i just paid near 2,000 to be repaired. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting and being told if I don't want to wait until they get back to the truck take my keys and go somewhere else was the clerks reply.

I believe I have found my new mechanic . I had a problem with my front of my car took it in and they found the problem my sway bar had disconnect and was rubbing got it fixed and have no problems since Thank you for your honesty and explaining to me the process. You made me feel comfortable with your work.

Gravert's changed the tires and fixed my alignment on my car. They were honest about the issue that my car had and gave me a great price on my services and they kept me updated every step of the way. It was my first time there and I will be using them for all my car needs from now on!

I have not used them myself yet, but my mother has a couple of cars she takes there and i pick her up. She is very satisfied with there serves. They seem to be a straight shooter and the prices are really descent, if they weren't my mother would not be going there she is a penny pincher.

I'm fairly sure I've spent enough money at this shop to put one of the guys' kids through college. Every vehicle I own has been worked on my these guys. If I cant do it myself..they do it. Rich, Jason, and broc are stellar dudes.

Took my car here because Maxwell's recommended me to. They kept my car for almost two full days and finally told me that they need to start with a transmission flush which would cost $441. I said no and still paid a $108 diagnostic fee. My boyfriend called back again and asked what the cost would be for the real problem. They said $850 for my PCM (Power Control Module), $441 for the flush, and $95 for labor.I ended up taking my car to D&D Fiat in Mount Joy where I was told a transmission flush would only hurt my transmission since it has never had a flush and my PCM is working fine! It's the sensor that needs replaced for a total cost of about $500. The repair was completed at Snider's West. Yes, I went to 5 different places, over a 3 week period to get my car fixed. My car is working good as new now and I'm so happy I saved nearly $1000 by getting a correct diagnostic that I DIDN'T have to pay for.I would not recommend going to Gravert's. They are obviously not diagnosing serious problems correctly and looking for an income.I gave three stars because the mechanic did give me a ride to work and overall they were friendly and the place was clean but their professional advice on repair was just completely wrong.

Had the best experience here with not 1 but both of our vehicles. Gravert's fixed my vehicle for way less than originally estimated from a different place. Great customer service and will continue to take my vehicles here to be serviced in the future.

They do all our fleet vehicles and always are responsive to the companies' time frame needs. They also do a lot of the repair work for employees too. Rates are about the same as any other shop, but they don't try to over sell you and most importantly perform any work that isn't necessary. I'll be a life long customer.

When I was told I was looking at an $800+ repair by another auto shop, I decided I needed to shop around before biting the bullet. Thankfully, I happened to stumble across Graverts. I told Adam what the other shop had told me and estimated. Within a few hours, Adam called to tell me that the issue was simply a missing o-ring. The guys at Graverts could have just rolled with what I was told. I would have believed them and gone with the costly but unnecessary repair. Instead, they took the time to actually look around and figure out the problem.More recently, I took in my car because my exhaust was falling off. Adam walked me through how it happened and pulled out a book to show me the part I needed. My car was fixed and better than ever in less than 24 hours.I have never had such positive experiences with car repair. The guys at Graverts do quality, prompt work. I truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to talk through the process. You can't beat this level of customer service and skill.

I know very little about cars. I know how to drive them, fuel them and abuse them, but I am at the mercy of others when it comes to fixing them. I am very familiar with this situation as I own a Computer Company and have many customers that feel that they are at my mercy.Rich and his staff at Graverts have always taken the time to explain things to me so even I can understand. Recently when we ran into an unforeseen problem, I was called and asked to come take a look before they proceeded further. This is also the way I do business. I do not like the SURPRISE situations. "It's fixed, that will be $4,000."I will continue to go to Graverts and I recommend that you look into doing business with them too.

They charge me 101.00 for a diagnose fee & turns out I needed a new clockspring & they was gonna charge me around 600 bucks just to have that replacr & I said nope! & end up doing it myself & saved$$$ & I would not recommend anyone going to Gravert's their prices are way to high!

Great family owned auto shop. Jason and staff do a stand up job and are upfront and honest with diagnosing your vehicle problem. Wont trust anyone else with my cars.

Hands down the best mechanic I have ever talked to. He was honest and very helpful. I wish I lived in the area so I could use Gravert's on a regular basis. I would highly recommend Gravert's Auto.

They replaced my fuel pump when nobody else in town would. I made an appointment and they stood by that appointment time. Very friendly staff.
