Austin did a great job taking care of me! He was definitely on it every time I came in and sold me my tires within 10 minutes flat. Very happy with the service here. The workers in the shop were jamming out to music and you can tell it was helping them work harder and faster. I loved it!

Very impressed with Adam & the team. My tires were replaced in probably 30 minutes yesterday. Drove home, and noticed one of my new tires was losing air rapidly. Called Discount Tire back, they took care of everything, including getting my car back, replacing the low tire for peace of mind (even though they determined it wasn't technically damaged, just a defect in the valve), and making it right with me. Everyone was very professional & courteous. I'll be going back to this location for my next set of tires or any repairs.

We were traveling through the area and had a tire get destroyed by some road debris. I had never used Discount Tire before, but chose this location out of convenience. I was super impressed with the customer service, speed of work completion and the price/value. We are not from the area and likely would not have occasion to come back to this location, but absolutely would recommend to others and will look to try Discount Tire back at home. Well done and thank you to the team here!!

Great experience at the Elmore location. I scheduled an appointment online for a tire rotation, and everything went smoothly from check-in to finish. Alyssa took care of me as soon as I arrived. She was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend this location for all your tire needs!

They were great putting on set of new tires. However, they left white grease all over the tires and rims. They also scratched up my passenger front rim which needs replaced. In addition, they did not put valve caps on, of which they didn't put back on my chrome steel valve extensions and caps, which cost me another $23.68 to replace them.Overall, they have no respect for customer's assets and make a mess, which they need to clean up.

The people that work here are angels! My family and I needed a couple of trailer tires so I could make a trip across the country to be with family as I found out that I have cancer. I was getting my post grad and money was extremely tight. They wanted to make sure I got there safely so they replaced all of the tires on my trailer and charged me less than I could buy a tire anywhere else. The employees here are kind and care about their customers and their safety! They impacted my life more than they will ever know! I was extremely stressed about how I was going to be able to find tires and try and get them on and pay for what I needed and they did it all! I am extremely grateful to these wonderful people!

Got new tires a few weeks ago. Fairly good price but the install took about 2.5 hours. However they couldn t figure out how to get my wheel covers back on even though they took them off. I m almost certain they just forgot before they put the tires back on the car and didn t want to take the tires back off to do it correctly. So they bent and chipped parts of it to try to install more easily. I had to go home, watch a 2 minute online video, and install them myself in 20 minutes by taking the tires off and putting them on. They were quick to offer to order new covers for me I m sure for purchase even though it was their fault they wouldn t put the covers back on and chipped my covers. Disappointed by the laziness but happy with the tire install.

New to QC but I always use discount tire no matter what area we re in. Service was quick. They told us what time to expect our vehicle to be done and met that expectation. Staff is friendly and if course prices are always fair.

Had a blow out traveling. The spare was good to get me off the side of the road but the valve stem was leaking. Pulled in they got right on it and back on the road. Excellent service!!?

I went in to buy four tires and was advised I needed only two right now, so that's how I went. I got a nail in one of the new ones that night, went back in and they patched it no questions asked, no charge, with no appointment, and they did it within 45 minutes.

Very friendly service. Quick and painless tire installation. Very busy on a Saturday morning, but still only took an hour for install. Would recommend.

They have an inefficient system, they cannot schedule time for customers, it s first come first served. This means you can t leave a wheel with them and come back after work to have it put back on without going back into the cattle call line. The employees aren t able to communicate any of this effectively, and it turns into a big waste of time.

I ve been going to Discount Tire for many years. I had a great experience for my first time at this location. Alyssa was very helpful and kind. I was in a desperate need for new and affordable tires to start a long journey back to Miami. They were able to get my car in and finished within an hour. Would definitely recommend this location!

Stoped in Tuesday morning to get a tire fixed. I just brought the wheel there for them to service. First time I've been to Discount tire, I was very impressed great customer service. Tire just needed a plug they didn't charge anything to fix it. I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs!

I had the front and rear driver side tires that kept having small slow leaks so I finally took it to discount they fixed the both of them there was a nail in the back one the front one it was just something on the rim some rust they fixed them I did not buy the tires there and they did not charge me the guys are awesome out there

Ordered rims and tires for my Ford effing Ranger and they came in 2 days. Ask for Nick. Great service. They literally run here. Super fast.

They were prompt at my appointment time. Had a screw in a tire. They patched and rebranded. Was in and out in 1/2 hour. Great Job!!! All of the people were very courteous and helpful. Have bought tires for 2 of my vehicles at Discount tire and will buying another set from them for my truck shortly.

Can't thank these guys enough - just had a piece of glass in my tire and needed the spare put on because I needed to get somewhere within about an hour. Even though they were backlogged, they squeezed me in and got the spare put on in ten mins, and didn't even charge for it. Service like this keeps having me go back to discount tire. Highly recommended working with people like this who look out for the needs of thier customers.

Fast, convenient, reasonable prices! Staff was very friendly, helpful, polite, and willing to help as much as they are able to. Had a blow out, took the blown tire and rim in without any heads up and they were able to get me right in, found me a similar tire to the tire I had previously and it was reasonably priced. The staff was able to then get right to work on it, I left while waiting and soon as I did I received a text with a link to their site which had a real time schedule of the job and soon as it said job done I returned to pick up and the staff was nice enough to even bring the wheel with sweet new tire installed, balanced, ect with a full warranty, to my truck in the parking lot and loaded it for me! The whole process only took about 30-40 min total! Overall a great experience! Thank you staff of discount tire!

In January 2023 We Needed tires bad on my wifes 2014 jeep overland as one blew a belt, there was a nasty little ice/snow storm coming in one evening. I live 50minutes from the store on elmore and they said bring it down we will get them done asap. So i showed up at 5:40pm (they closed at 6pm) and to my surprise they got them mounted balanced and all done in less than a half hour. I drove home as the storm was hitting and it felt so good having the snow rated tires on it! It was awesome they got me in like that and their shop was super busy

Very good service. Very friendly staff. Have to say it's rare I'm leaving a good review so if you need your tires done. Come here they will make sure you leave satisfied. Definitely hard workers. Enjoy their personalities and will refer anyone who needs a tire to this location. Thanks to all you have done for me.

They seemed really busy but they helped me quickly and professionally. I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone who wants a quick and knowledgeable tire change or even if you just need a tire or rim. Great place to go for all of that. I will be going there again, for my sake hopefully not soon

They were extremely helpful!!They handled all my needs patiently. I wasn't a typical tire purchase and they went over and above to get me safe and make it affordable. Dustin was FANTASTIC!! And Anthony was great too!@
