I work for Fred's Towing in Davenport.I deliver customer vehicles (and my own occasionally) to the discount tire on kimberly.Time after time I am impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism.Caleb, the 5S manager, is always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Between he and the Manager Josh, they run a remarkably clean and efficient business. My customers are always satisfied and always adamant: Go to Discount Tire.

Your manager is snot nose,wet behind ears doesn't know how to be helpfully to customers especially when I've done the kind of work that he is supost to do keep customers happy.Mat should be manager being he is more appropriate for you as customerShould give him a raise and promotion.He wants to keep people as customerAt least he tries and do things appropriately and not just throw tires together and not check them to see if they leak like who ever put my tires on first and I came back to pick up day later and it was flat when I came to pick it upSo good job Matt everyone else there shame on you for not taking pride in your work for the public!!!!!!!!!

Today, I bought a set of Blizzaks at a really good rate: $136 per tire for 215/55R17s. Even though the shop was quite busy, the tires were installed very quickly. Every interaction I had with employees was pleasant, and they all seemed to enjoy their work and interact with customers.I've been driving around on these new tires, and it is mind-blowing how well they handle in the snow. I am very happy with the overall experience.No more ditches for me!

Scheduled an appointment online which was very convenient. Once I arrived, they immediately began diagnosing an issue with some vibration. Was in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone there was courteous and took time to explain everything in detail despite being very busy! This is my go to location for all things tires! Thank you!

They had the size tires I needed when I nobody else did. Purchased and booked an early appointment online, checked in and dropped it off. They had 4 new tires on there in under an hour. Excellent customer service, very professional.

Came in about an hour before close on a holiday weekend for a flat. Caleb was thoroughly helpful getting new tires on the car and explaining the options. Was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing quality tire work!

very impressed with my first experience here. employees were kind, friendly, and professional. they were pretty busy, but I had an appointment and they had my service done within 20 minutes of starting. WOW!! i couldn t believe it. i will definitely be returning when i need tires replaced again

Best customer service I've ever experienced in a very long time, Nick and Josh took care of me, after bringing my car in for a flat in -30 degree weather they fixed it and it was still under warranty, something else happened in getting it home and it was flat again, I called and Josh came to my house and replaced it so I could drive it the next morning to bring it back to be fixed then Nick gave me a great deal and replacing all 4 tires and did it that morning. I highly recommend discount tire on West Kimberly, thanks again Josh and Nick!

The staff is well educated on tires. Their sales pitch is the same-o, but having a father who owned used car lots, I've heard it all. Purchased rims and tires. So far so good. Love the free air and tire rotation.Update 6/30/23 front left tire changed, great service.

I am always amazed by the service I receive. The associate met me before I could get inside, checked my ID, and took my keys there. Another employee then opened the front door for me. During the tire change, there was some wear on my rims, to which, the associate that took my keys brought it in, explained what was going on, what they could do, at no additional charge, and what my next steps would need to be.I was never upsold, told I needed to have thousands of dollars of work done, or harassed by mechanics.I'm constantly blown away every time by the service I receive. I refer everyone here.Keep it up Discount Tire!

I have been a happy Discount Tire customer for many years in Chicagoland and had my first experience after I moved to Quad Cities at the Davenport Iowa (3324 W Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52806) with Anthony and Amy on a very busy day before Thanksgiving. After turning back from a Chicago with low tire pressure I called Anthony and he put me in the schedule with Amy who was knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and very patient with all of the issues and questions. Amy got me back on the road safely for the holidays! Much gratitude this season for my new Discount Tire location pros!

I got a flat tire last night at 6pm. I came home booked an appointment for 9:45am the next morning and bought my tires online through the website. We came in and the staff (Caleb) was very nice and explained everything answered all my questions. All the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. It was all very quick and easy.The tires look great, they put my spare back in the trunk and put it all back the way it was. Couldn't even tell we had ripped it apart the night before. We were out at 10:30am. 45min for 4 new tires putting everything back and making sure my tire light was off. Very impressed and would recommend. Infact we will be back for our other vehicle soon.

I've had multiple issues earlier this year and last year with my tires (road objects, potholes..smh). They were always able to get me in and out the same day. I'd call other places and there's a 4 hr+, 3 day wait, or they'd want me to leave my car..uh..no!Love the professionalism and relaxed setting. They are the best and reasonably priced! Thank you so much for always being able to help get me back on the road during a stressful time. This place will always have my business!

Stopped in to have them inspect a tire on my truck as I was losing air, they found a nail in the tread and they repaired it at no charge, everyone was very polite and I enjoyed our interaction. They about the tire, check for balance and installed a new valve stem.All with no charge, thankfully it was in the repairable tread area and the only mistake made was that they added a plastic black cap instead of my chrome cap to my valve stem, with which they put it back when I noticed and brought it to their attention.It's understandable though because the new valve stem had a black cap with it, and my chrome cap had a nitrogen indicator on it, which the new are in there was not nitrogen, so I could see the mistake being easily made.It wouldn't have been a mistake, but I'd rather have a matching chrome cap vs. black cap even if there's no nitrogen in the tire.

Very good counter service assistance and tire technician work.Professional staff.Clean environment.Up front and honest information for my vehicle.Worked on my vehicle in a very good timely manner.Like how they treat their employees and like they are closed Sundays for the employees too.Love the tire check service they offer too.Wish they had more specials or deals.

They are far from a discount! Not clear with you on what you just get charged for it!? I will always question the bill. I was changing my own tire and they're parking lot. They came out like they were helping me. And then charged me for it!

I met a friend here to go to lunch while the shop installed new tires for him. I took advantage of the free tire pressure check while I was there only to see once I returned home they forgot to put 3 valve stem caps back on. Free air but ya buy new caps? Good try, and I got what I paid for I guess.

The only recommendation I could possibly give to this location is to simply avoid it at all costs. I arrived at 11:00am for an appointment at 11:15am, was told I'd be on the road again at Noon, 12:15pm. Cool, no problem. 12:30pm rolls around, no word. I get up, check the lot and my car is still where I parked it, hasn't moved. About 12:45pm, I ask about it, get told they haven't even started it. I mention my appointment, get told "We have appointments, too, and so do other people." Yeah, like me! I also have things to do! No one ever even told me about the delay, or mentioned they were behind schedule when I arrived, they could've at least done that! My car was finally pulled into the shop shortly before 1:00pm, about an 1 and 45 minutes behind schedule, and I was finally able to wash my hands of that place at 1:30pm, with a singular, half-hearted apology. Could not recommend against this location enough.

Very good service. The manager on duty today actually this evening was very helpful. When I had my tires put on on Wednesday one of the attendants forgot to give me the rebate form. I had to go all the way back out there to get the form. But then they realized that when they submitted the online purchase that it was already too late for the rebate. So the manager gave me the money I would have got for the rebate off of my charge from wednesday. Very good customer service and making the situation right.

Great service, knowledgeable, honest..... I had a tire replaced and was told 45 minutes, but my car was ready in 20min. I would go back, and also recommend to my family and friends.

Car had a flat and is not repairable. Now my car is normally parked in the garage for the winter but needed to use it. Stopped at discount tire to buy 2 tires to have put on rear and rotate rears to front. Since my right rear tire was only 2/32 they wouldn't do the service until I purchased the remaining 2 tires. I dont need 4 tires for a set that is only on the car for winter storage. I've been a mechanic for over 25 yrs. And have never seen anything like that. Definitely won't go to any of their stores or buy online.

Great experience start to finish. I needed to get new tires and an associate helped me find the right tires for my vehicle over the phone. I drop my vehicle off before my scheduled appointment and the store manager Brad S. was extremely helpful in getting my new tires installed right away and it was even able to give me a savings off my new tires from my old tires warranty. Great service, highly recommended. A big thank you to Brad and his team!
