10/10 service across the board!My wife and I originally came in just to get some options laid out for us. After Arman went above and beyond to help take care of us and our needs, we ended up leaving in a vehicle that checked every single one of our boxes and then some! Extremely satisfied with our visit today!For anyone that is on the fence of whether or not it would work out for them, I would highly recommend stopping in chatting with Arman!

Arman was a great sales person. Very friendly, great to talk to. I would gladly go through Arman again for another purchase. Highly recommend Arman as a sales representative. Great vehicle purchase overall. My trade was valued at very near what I wanted it to be. My wife does not care for high pressure sales tactics, she was very happy with the buying experience and Arman. This is a dealership that I would recommend.

Staff was friendly. Not very good at working with your budget. Need to work on customer service skills. Came off as shady when asking for pricing and CARFAX. Why ask what a customer's budget is if you're not going to abide by it?! Please stop telling people that a couple thousand more dollars won't affect your car payment(NOT trustworthy). Another dealership told me otherwise. Thank you for the experience. You helped me to determine what kind of car I wanted. I was able to find one elsewhere with lower mileage and within my budget. No hard feelings.

Had my car totaled unexpectedly and had been looking for a replacement ever since. After checking a few cars at a few lots, I set up an appointment at Davenport Used Car Superstore. Adam Moody was great to work with! He was friendly, not pressuring, and very informative! So far a 5 star experience!

I would like to say thank you for all your help on March 11, 2024 Riley Larson. First, you returned my call right away and made sure the Buick Envision was transported to the Davenport location so I was able to test drive. Second, you spent time with my brother and I to go over the process in getting a loan. Third, you are a very nice young man explaining the process of buying a car. I think you will do just fine!

Just went in today to look at cars and Mr Adam Moody made the whole process extremely easy. He was very attentive to our needs and was very knowledgeable to any questions we had through the test drive to walking out with a car. Would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

This was single handled the best experience I have ever had with Zeb wright, long story short he went out of his way after I found out I was actually shot to take me all the way to the hospital, because I had a card before from stopping by and I called him a few months later he called me to check on me and see how I was doing I was now back in the market for a vehicle, and he went over the top and made a difference in me and my family s life to aid me in physical therapy and a New Car I love the car, but Zeb is the best salesman I have ever worked with and truly cares! I will recommend all to him and this dealership because he will go above and beyond!

Huge thank you to Adam Moody and the entire McGrath family. When I got stuck in a rough situation Moody eased the mood with outstanding customer service. He was in constant communication to make things easier and not only that but went well out of his way to assist me. Above and beyond here!! The entire team made an unfortunate situation into the car of my dreams. They were honest, FUN, and great humored. Explained everything down to a T. This has been by far the greatest shopping experience of my life. And I've had a few cars in my day.. Adam I commend you and your team on the extraordinary experience. About a year ago, I was driving and got a flat tire on my way to a funeral. I was having difficulties changing the tire, when a nice man pulled over to help me out. It was Adam Moody. He was so nice and informed me that he sold cars at Davenport Used Car Superstore. I told him because he helped me out when he didn t have to, I d one day come to him for a vehicle. Here I am now! He was amazing and helped me get a vehicle that I am really happy with. If you want someone who cares about you both in and outside of the dealership, this is your guy!

I have been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for the past six years. Berto has been my sales representative throughout this time, and I have consistently found him to be an excellent resource. Being young I was having a hard time getting something new & on my own, honestly my car was about to give out and I was going to give up, but one message to Arman and he found me everything I wanted and more!He really listened to ever detail of what I wanted & my situation, did his homework and came back to me with the perfect option.10/10 recommend if you re looking for a vehicle go visit Arman !

My wife and I have been interested in getting a Jeep for awhile, we've been casually browsing for months just seeing what was out there, kind of window shopping if you will. That is, until someone ran a red light and totaled our vehicle. Which forced us into needing to purchase a vehicle. We had been looking for weeks, and for one reason or another it just wasn't working out. We couldn't find something we liked in our price range, we didn't like the attitudes of the sales reps and dealerships we were talking to, normal car shopping issues. Until my wife made a post on Facebook, and Adam Moody reached out to us. And let me just say, we are so happy he did. He was, hands down, the best person I've ever dealt with in making a big purchase. Absolutely zero pressure, he was more focused on getting us what we needed and wanted, rather than just trying to make a sale. Real, genuine, down to earth, and overall just more concerned that we ended up with what we were looking for over just trying to make a sale. I would, and will...100% be sending any and everyone I know that's looking for a vehicle to see Adam. He totally took the stress out of the equation.

I was not sure of what car I wanted. Adam Moody (Sales Rep) was quick to bring in cars from other McGrath locations. He was patient with my indecision and listened to my wants and preferences. Ethan Hartman (Sales Manager) worked with us to get a fair price. I appreciate the team and their efforts to work with me for over a week to get a car I was happy with.

Shoutout to Arman Khan At the davenport store for taking good care of me & gettin me everything I wanted in a vehicle! He was respectful the whole time. Another shoutout to their detailer Jeanna Stanley. When I test drove my vehicle it wasnt in the best condition, let her keep it for a day & it came back like a brand new whip! She did her thang in the shop Very clean, no stains, no mistakes, fresh mats the whole nine yards & I appreciate her for that Overall I would recommend others to go to them, they take very good care of you!

We had a wonderful time surprising our sister-in-law with a car for Christmas this year. She was in need for a newer vehicle and my husband, myself, and along with a super salesman, Jeb Wright we pulled it off. She was totally surprised and speechless.
