100/100 I will HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone!!! The service was AWESOME, everyone in the building was nice and helpful and they actually listened to my concerns about my trailer!!! The technician that worked on my trailer was very informative and kept me updated on what was going on with my trailer. I couldn't believe how fast they got me in that morning, I know that depends on how many other jobs that they're working on at the moment but overall the check-in process was very smooth. The facility is clean and so are the restrooms (that's important to me).. This shop is in proximity to 3 truck stops (love's, pilot, Casey's) within a few blocks of the building, so there's plenty of parking if needed also Iowa 80 truck stop is only 8 miles from this shop as well. If I'm passing through Iowa in the near future and I need trailer work I will happily stop here again!!!!

Good people work there, got the trailer in and fixed fast ,released the driver even before paying the invoice so he can make it on time for pickup. Nick from service is the man

Can t give worse than 1 star.Parts doesn t open till 6.And they don t carry the parts for their trailers. They carry Grote and Trucklite parts for trailer lighting, but that isn t what Utility uses at the factory.

Logan in service was very helpful and knowledgeable of the issue with my trailer. I called and explained my issue to him and that I had a load to be picked up by 3 pm and he told me to bring trailer by and they would get me fixed up. They had me fixed in a timely manner and I was able to get my load on time. Definitely will use them again when in the area

Super impressed with these guys. Ordered some parts and Matt was friendly and professional even when I had to change the order (went to their shop instead). Then, Nick was outstanding on the shop side. I called early morning with a bad taillight issue. He got me in within 15 minutes and they got to work. I wish I got the name of the tech that did the work, but him and Nick did beautiful work bypassing my 21 year old light wiring and have it looking and working like new. Nick even jumped off the front desk and did a lot of work and shared their plan with me. And after all that the pricing was very fair, especially in these inflated, price-gouging times we live in. I want to thank Nick,Logan and David for going out of there way to make room to fix my trailer. I was able to pick up my load just in time before they closed, if it weren't for these 3 gentlemen,I would've had to reschedule my load till Monday and missed out on miles and my home time. so again thank you guys and may God bless you, I highly recommend

From start (call to see when they could get me in) to finish (getting the trailer back) it was only a couple of hours with friendly staff along the way. Wish I could give bonus points as not only did they clean up the sawdust from the floor repair but finished the sweep job I had started!

Nick Kuhn was amazing man, I had some issues on my reefer, their schedule was tight even in the following week however he stepped in to help and fixed my trailer even without compensation! Keep up the great work guys

Came in for a trailer repair. Pulled the corner straight and welded up the cracks. Did fantastic work and had me in and out in just over an hour. Highly recommend these guys for any trailer work you need done. Fast and friendly business.

Place is incredibly friendly and helpful. They don't normally work on flatbed gooseneck trailers but knew I needed help and went right to work.

Worked me in on a very busy day for them for airbags and shocks. Had the parts I needed for my Reitnour in stock...put them on and got me rolling. Parts, service, and mechanics bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. A+

Came in right when the parts counter was closing. The parts man stayed over so make sure I had the right part. Shop foreman came out to verify that it was the part that I needed for the repair. Excellent customer service. Great place to do business.

Nice friendly people and plenty of room for truck and trailer. Only one out of the 5 people I came close to was wearing a mask but I had mine on. Definitely a place to go if need parts.

I arrived here to pickup a trailer that repaired... I know how it feels when ur ready to go home, but these guys looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I wanted to say something so bad, but I was strapped for time and had to get moving. In other words that customer service could have been a lot better.

Well my first experience with them is very terrible a job that should have took a few hours they charged me for nine they charged me for a guy to show up their look up a trailer for 15 minutes take his lunch and charge me two hours of labor which was $180 and he never touched the trailer because they're waiting for me to drive 4 hours with the parts for the guy to actually fix it when I got there the guy couldn't fix it so we just took the hub off put studs in it somehow they charged me over $800 in labor for simply taking a trailer hub off replacing studs putting it back on replacing tires that I had.

This is a drop yard for the place the hubby works for. Secure, well lit. The garage is always busy when we go in and out. Nice place.
