My mother in law and father in law went there today and dude was afraid to even put the damn tire on the rim. Maybe yall should hire mfkas that knows what they re doing. And put the wrong size of tire on the rim. WOULDNT GIVE MONEY BACK EITHER, said yall aren t required to do that. Get your employees straight or don t run a company!

This place is a joke don't even know what size tires fit the rims an the lady at the front desk is very disrespectful an rude . They charged 40.00 for the wrong size tire that don't even fit the rim I brought in . What jokes they are

I won't. not go back there I stop in one day last month asked if they would check air in my tires they wanted to charge me to put air in my tires guy was rude as H I think he just wanted money for his pockets BAD SERVICE

DO NOT BUY A TIRE HERE!!! I purchase a tire from here and in 8 days it blew up on the highway. The police officer that showed up to the scene said we were lucky we had no fatalities. He was astonished that they had sold me this tire. He advised me that I should demand a refund. When I went in the ladies at the counter laughed at me, and were VERY RUDE. The woman at the counter also told me that I had waited too long to bring in the tire . Even though they close early on Saturday when the incident had happened , and are not open on Sundays . I went in that following Monday . When I bought the tire the woman said that some of the tires may not have been inspected thoroughly and if I had a problem they would take care of it. But as you can tell they didn't take care of the issue. I simply ask for the refund of the tire not the cost of putting the tire on. I was told this tire should last me about 2 years not 8 days.

Gentlemen was working by himself, quite a lot of work, and still was able to get me in, and my tires mounted before my drive back to Chicago. Quick, efficient service, extremely affordable (anyone that complains come to Chicago, I'll show you pricey), and quality work.I didn't catch the guys name unfortunately but he's an asset to the business, and if all who work here are like him, you've got a fantastic group of people. Can't say enough how thankful I was for the prompt service I received Saturday Aug 27th. If I ever need a fix or a tire in the area again, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jessica was absolutely wonderful ! I found an amazing deal on a rebuilt title car. She took the time with me to let me test drive as many as I wanted, was very accommodating, honest, caring and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle purchase was the best I could get. Went there with my mother to help her out. She needed a spare tire for her 20 yr old truck she did not want to buy a brand new one. They helped her out took old tire off the rim and put the new one on. The only thing they could not do was put the tire back under the truck. Over all very happy sence we were having problems finding some one to do it for a reasonable price.

Had good experience with this place until...I had a low tire, aired it up, kept going down. So I took it in. The guy could not find the leak. Wanted me to get a brand new tire (less than 6 month old tire). I said so you can not fix it? Nope. But charged me $20 for looking at it anyway. No service provided.Took to another tire place. Ten minutes later I left with a new valve stem. Cost me $10.

I wouldn't say they're great at all. Baught tire Friday and last night blew out before work. Only rate one star because thats to get my foot in for a review. Definelty should take Quality out of the name, nothing about that place is. The environment is dark, you can hardly see what your buying. Newly staffed, not the best people either. Rude, unprofessional family owned business. No warranties, so once your tire blows out your out the money. Your fault. Never again will I bring my business there, no wonder why they have only 81 likes, out of how many in QC? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to buy used tires, cars and who have better policies granted for their customers. This is not the place.

I give one star because it s required. I d rather give 0.Well I m not one to ever put people on blast but DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARTERS AUTO on Rockingham rd in Davenport IA. I was sold a disaster of a car. I was unaware of the issue because it is under the car. I later found out when I took it in for a noise. HERE ARE THE ISSUES THAT WERE NOT DISCLOSED AND I NOW HAVE A LONG ROAD AHEAD OF ME to make it right. Here s what is wrong.First off. Their a tire shop as well yet the cars alignment is bad. So my right tire is about to blow. Not to mention I have three different tires on the vehicle.Second. The wheel barrings in the rear are both loud and need to be replaced.Third. THE MOST IMPORTANT OF IT ALL. THE car was in a front end collision. I was told they fixed it and it was minor damage. They lied to me because not only is there major front end frame/unibody damage but multiple credited professionals have said the VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE AND IF I WERE TO BE HIT ON THAT SIDE THE TIRE WOULD BE WHERE MY FEET ARE.Yes. I learned a lot about what has happened and what is yet to come. I have got lots of criticism about how stupid I was but I just trusted someone and they were obviously only thinking about the cash in there pocket and not that a life could be hurt. I want to spread the awareness for anyone who may see something from them in the marketplace or online because this is absolutely ridiculous and breaks my heart people have to be so cruel. I was so so excited to have to car I ve always wanted to only be took advantage of. I m now out a car till something is done and I feel what is right has been done.Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my concerns. Have a nice day.

needed to get a odd size tire and they had it. very helpful and not that expensive. It was a hot nasty day and i got dirty looking for the tire but what was I expecting in a tire warehouse. Good all around

Pulled my old tire off the rim and mounted a new tire all in about half an hour. Outstanding service. Will definitely use their services again.

I'm from Des'Moines and my wife was in Davenport on business. She got a flat driving down a road. I nice man stopped and changed her Tire to the spare and then called Carters and told them he was sending her down and not to close. She said the gentleman who helped her was very nice and had her up and going in no time. Thank goodness there's still good people in the world.

Pulled in there with a tire going flat they refused to help me There was a $50 minimum charge today I will never use your service ever again been a long time customer NEVER again will I use this place tried to call there nobody would answer the phone

Purchased 2 used tires. Inside show room was dark and dungeon like. They do not install tires at this location and parking was sketchy

i tried getting ahold of someone there for like 3 weeks no one ever answered the phone so i drove all the way over there and there was only a woman answering the phone nobody working there was told they couldn't do our tires because nobody was working will never go to that place again and I suggest no one else does either

1st off,the place is a dump,2nd,very sketchy crew,,the building needs shut down,,the (bbb) should pay them a visit,,now we bought a tire an ends up bad,the person with the monsterest weave tells us ,,no you didnt buy a tire from me,,called us a liar,even when we had a receipt,,the dont balance tires ,easy way to sell a tire i guess,,overall,,il give them a minus 5 star rating,,at least nicos tire knows how to run a business ,,,,if you wanna good tire,dont go to carters on Rockingham rd,davenport iowa,,,this is not tim Mosley, hes a close friend of mine,,

I'm not sure where these other post come from but they are totally mistaken because I've went to the savage yard and the tired shop and I had horrible experiences, they were rude and unprofessional. I have not been to either one since and I would not recommend them to anyone else!!!!!!
