I highly suggest Andy for any questions or concerns. I had many issues throughout making payments on my vehicle but he made it right and took the time to speak with me and show the understanding I needed and made the situation right. DO NOT GO TO BYRIDER IN DAVENPORT IOWA. I went in March 22 of 2024 to find out my options with Jerry at byrider. I did end up getting a car that day. On March 24th the engine light came on. I called and got them to plug it in March 26th. They did nothing but clear the code, said it was a fuel emissions code and I probably didn't click my gas cap on all the way. Okay, new car to me, maybe I do need to do that. On the way home the light came BACK on. Called them immediately and they said "oh well maybe something is wrong, let's get you scheduled.." scheduled for april 3rd, they clean out the rusty fuel system and didn't change the piece I specifically asked to be changed out (autozone said the PVC valve). Well what do you know after taking 2 days off work already for this, the very next day April 4th the light is back on. Still haven't even made my first payment and the engine light has been on the whole time. I can't believe I allowed myself to be but my these snakes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for too long already. I wonder how THEY would feel driving 2 kids around with an engine light on for two weeks in a "new" car. They don't care about what they sell you they're just there for their commission.

Had a great experience today at JD byrider and the sales associate that helped me find my new vehicle Jerry. They were able to find me a great vehicle regardless of my low credit and give an opportunity to build my credit back up! Great low monthly payments! Highly suggest JD byrider if you are looking for a new vehicle!

I had scheduled a week in advance for an appointment to come get a car. We drove two hours to buy a car from this specific place. They failed to mention NONE of their cars on the inventory had a title. So they couldn t get me into a car that day. So I wasted a 4 hour trip, and over an hour inside the place, to be told you have no inventory after going through the whole process for a credit check and everything. Not mentioned beforehand, that I wasn t gonna have a car even available for me to buy!! Waste of time, gas, and effort. I ended up buying a car from another place that had no problems. Didn t even need an appointment. Do not trust this establishment.

I can not express enough the gratitude I feel towards Abby in the service department. When all hope had faded of getting my car repaired, she came through with flying colors and went way above and beyond for me!!! She took the time to care for my situation and was always very kind while trying to get my engine replaced. She took extra steps that other people wouldn't have done. She is a rare example of kindness and goodness in a world where most people are just out for themselves. Abby is the one to go to for any issues with your repairs. She is knowledgeable and a hard worker to keep people in their vehicles. She returned every phone call and listened to my struggle with empathy and understanding. Thank you so much Abby for being an example of a beautiful human with a great heart!!

Not professional the first week I got the car it messed up. Having trouble ever since I got it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone the only reason I gave 1 star is because they won't let me post it.

I was told I was denied for my income ok understandable... Then in turn received a letter in the mail from cnac stating I was denied because the "vehicle was for someone not on contract". I felt I was up for a parole review and unwelcomed during the conversation at the office with the credit department. They need to be transparent about their policies and not make false statements on the denial letter.

I think byrider just discriminated against me because of my job. Because I work for doordash does not give you the right to deny me. I make enough money. Everything else that has to do with the vehicle is my business, repairs , miles that's all my business. There exact words they can't give me a car because of where I work and I did not say that was what it was for. I'm gonna get in touch with someone to see about sueing because they are violating my rights. If anyone knows a lawyer let me know.

Nice experience, everyone was friendly and the process was quick and painless.Update. My car is a mess and whatever is wrong with it, it's never covered under their warranty. I've dropped a lot of money in a car that is already very expensive for what it is .

The sales employees were ON it didn't have the greatest standings in the past but they were willing to see past my past MISTAKES and gave me another chance they made sure me and my boyfriend Howard got to drive OFF in one of their very nice reliable cars my boyfriend purchased it great place to get a car upgrade whatever you choose so me and my boyfriend thank you all greatly appreciate the fact you were willing to work with us both sincerely Jamie and Howard the Chevy cruise drives like a Dream couldn't have picked a BETTER car!!!
