These guys are honest and fair. Took my escalade in and they did the best they could to figure out what was going on, had it for a week. Narrowed it down to what was most probable to be wrong with it, but actually suggested a place that could test it to make sure it was that part before spending the $ on it without 100% certainty. Most shops wouldn t turn a customer somewhere else and would just say that part definitely needed changed. On top of that, they kept me updated a few times throughout the time they had my vehicle, AND even though they could have charged much more for all the labor hours that went into diagnosing and working on possible fixes, they only charged $240 when I picked it up. That s how you get repeat customers because most shops would have charged much more. I wish it were simpler and wish I had it driving when I picked it up, but they were fair, honest, and cool enough to recommend a place they were sure would be able to definitively let me know if it was the part they suspected it to be. Will use them again in future if needed.

Can't say enough about this place. Many years ago another shop told me I needed a new transmission. Took it here for a second opinion and $300 later I was back on the road.Another time I had a rattle in my exhaust. Dealership wanted over $200 to fix it and said they needed to order parts for it. These guys had it fixed on the first visit in roughly 30 minutes for $50.Service: Exhaust

I need a muffler made for a piece if equipment. They got it madebin 10 minutes while I waited. The staff was very helpful and polite. I'll be back with another in a few weeks.

I went in thinking my right rear brake and rotor would need replaced, and possibly brakes replaced for the rest. My muffler was also making a loud noise that needed attention. They looked the car over, drove the car, and confirmed my brakes were fine. They replaced the muffler and sent me on my way. The bill was MUCH cheaper than expected thanks to their honesty. They could've ripped me off but didn't. They are so nice and I feel so grateful!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in 15 minutes early for my appointment to check/ repair my exhaust leak. I was expecting to have to replace the flex pipe as it was leaking from that area behind the engine. Once they had it in the air, they found the flange in front of the flex pipe leaking. They installed a piece of pipe where the flange was saving me money and had me back out the door in half an hour.Very good service repairing only what was needed.

We took our Sebring in for the air conditioning evaporator and was so pleased we had the timing belt, an a lot of general maintenance done. Today I took it back for the convertible top and a window not working.They did not quit until everything was working great and the price was even better!So happy with their service. Stan and his team are "Totally Awesome"!!! I was out on Veteran's Way when my son and I heard a grinding noise coming from our Hyundai. "Scary then all get out"!!! We stopped by the Recycle Center. My son looked under the car, nothing. Called Bi-State on 53rd. Courteous "bring it"! Called AAA Action towed "Annie" away! Bi-State new back brakes, etc. Checked tires, liquids, etc. Great Group! I love to "talk" Stan loves to Cruise with his Family. I have Cruised with Disney 12 times!!! Thank You the "Lucas Family"! Took my Chevy in to Bi-State Muffler and Brake for a transmission fluid change. Arnie, the service writer, said that the fluid wasn't in stock but they would get it in a few days. Brought the car back and they had already ordered the fluid as promised. The price quoted was exactly what I paid and now the car drives great! I would highly recommend this shop to all my friends for maintenance and repair work.

Brought my car in for an oil change. got it back with over filled by a quart dirty oil, low tire pressure and he ripped my hoodlatch lever completely out ( it was stuck open asked him to spray some lubricant on it. He didnt he just decided to pull it as hard as possible to the point it is stuck in my door now) . used to be a good place. wont return. manager agreed my oil was way over full and drained some out after refusing to refund my money. zero stars. Nice people, poor craftsmanship.

Stopped in to have a rattle in exhaust system looked at. They got me in right away and 10 minutes later had the problem solved. I asked how much and they simply said no charge due to the ease of the repair.I ll definitely be back.

Very fast and courteous service. The price is always what is quoted and the salesperson is not at all pushy. Saved me a lot of cash by repairing what could be repaired instead of replacing...Everything is great and lasting a long time.

They do good work, but the last few times I've needed work, they've failed to call back or they're too busy. Bought a new motor through a different A+ place.

I took my truck here for brakes. They changed the brakes, told me they had flushed the fluid in the system, when i checked the fluid it was still the old brake fluid that I had in there. They removed the rear hubs to get the new rotors on and now both rear axle seals are leaking even though i requested that they review them. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for service.
