Had AAA tow my car from my house to a shop in Clinton and they sent Action Towing to pick it up. Dave was great, used soft straps to load the car and was very professional, really appreciate the care.

I have never gotten help like I did from Brandon when I was stuck in the half-melted, two-feet of snow slush in my back alleyway tonight. He got me out in minutes by knowing how to direct me with the car and pushing at both ends, letting me know that if we weren't able to do it manually he would use his truck. He was so professional, swift and skilled and a real pleasure to chat to while we got it done. Thank you SO much, Brandon and Action Towing. That was one of the best service experiences I've ever had, not just with cars Grateful to you all

Had to call roadside assistance for a VERY flat tire along the interstate. I was so scared to be sitting along the highway. I had never had a flat tire before and to top it off along the interstate! They dispatched Dave from Action Towing and he was phenominal. He was caring, quick and made me feel safe and taken care of. For being a single woman along the interstate I was in great great hands and would recommend Dave and Action towing any any time! Thank you so much Dave!

Extremely nice and professional! Was in the need of a tow from the airport after the blizzard. When all the other companies were busy and extremely rude on the phone even , this company answered and came a couple hours later . Turned out that they had a more powerful way of jumping the car and we were able to drive it home . They were affordable and the driver was VERY FRIENDLY!

Had to use AAA to get back into my running vehicle. Chad from Action Towing got the call and within seconds he had messaged me and gotten the pertinent info. He was on site in ten minutes and had me back on my way. If this is the service I can expect moving forward, they have a customer (and recommendations) for life.

We had to use Action towing tonight about 8 pm and the lady that answered the phone was KIND and professional! Brandon our driver was wonderful and KIND. In today's world very hard to find! Felt like I was part of the family! Keep up the wonderful service!

Wow, what a great experience today. John (I'm assuming the dispatcher) and Kenny were more than you would except in excellence. Thank you. I'm very happy that they are affiliated with AAA. I understand that Action Towing also has a highly rated service center. I can't possibly say better things about this company and that is pretty rare :) Thank You (Kenny, you are Extremely good at what you do.

I would never tell anyone to go to Action Towing! They never showed up. We set out there from 4am to 10:30am. We had to call another Tow company.

My vet died it would not take a jump or nothing I gave Action Towing a call 2 guy jumped out did their Magic got it started and followed me home even made sure it was in the Garage. And did not charge me even gave me some Good advice. 5 stars recommend them for sure...

I received phone call from a historical daughter just before Noon on Augie Move in day. (My wife and I were on the way to Augustana to move my daughter in for he Junior year. ) My daughter had a suspension issue and left her car stuck in the middle of a side street near Augie. I called My Roadside assistance and they dispatched ACTION TOWING. I was given a 45-75 minute arrival time. Chad arrived with his Tow Truck in less than 30 minutes. Had the car loaded and headed to GUSTAFSON FORD in Kewanee , Illinois in less than 30 more minutes. Less than an hour after he departed I got a call letting meKnow that the car had arrived at the dealership , Chad backed it indoors and unloaded it and was on his way. Thank you Chad and Action Towing for making what could have been a terrible day into a minor set back. Chad was in contact from the word go, was very professional as well as delicate with the Car . While geographically it would not make sense to use his services in my home area If you are in the Qaud Cities O would recommend them 200 times out of 100Service: Car towing

Car wouldn't start and used road side assistance through State Farm. Got matched with this company. Dispatcher called me and was very helpful and friendly. But the stand out is Stephen(sp?) The driver who showed up and towed my car. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Turned a horrible experience into something somewhat enjoyable.Service: Car towing

Action Auto gave us the best service! They went above and beyond the bounds of normal expectation for good service. We were towing a trailer and the tow vehicle had a wheel bearing go bad on a Saturday night. They came out and towed both the trailer and the vehicle. We original had planed to go to a different repair shop but when we found out that Action Auto also did repairs and that they had a secure area for our trailer we were thrilled to use them for our repairs also.We are in their debt for the repairs. They had a mechan come in on a Sunday to fix the bearing. So instead of waiting in a hotel until Monday or Tues we had our truck back on Sunday night! They did good solid work for a fair price. Their tow truck drivers were kind and friendly. I would like to thank Jared and Chad specifically. Chad came in to tow the trail on his day off. Jared was close to the end of a long shift and still offered to drop us off at a hotel. Everyone worked so hard for us. I wish I could recommend them to everyone. As a woman meeting strangers late at night, I truly appreciate these guys. Thank you all.

Honestly, these guys saved me. I broke down on I-80 between my drive from MA to OR. It was a Saturday at 5 PM so I was looking at minimum waiting until Monday morning for service. It was 90 degrees out and I had my small dog with me. To top it off it was my birthday! The owner towed my car and then offered to take a look. He found out it was battery corrosion. His mechanic was stopping in and was able to clean up my battery after hours so I could get back on the road. Amazing and friendly service! I was able to make it to Des Moines to celebrate. These guys were great! I broke down at the side of I-80 on my way from Oregon to Michigan and tried and tried to get AAA on the phone and nobody seemed able to help me. I managed to limp the car along the shoulder until I got to the Love s station in Davenport. I finally found the number of a couple tow truck companies and the one that answered quickly was Action Auto Repair and Towing. The tow truck driver was a nice guy and offered me free towing if I let them repair the car, too, instead of towing it to the nearest Toyota dealer (although in the end, they didn t take the towing charge off the bill, but oh well). I decided to let them do it and I am glad that I did. Not only did Brandon (the tow truck guy) drop me off at a hotel just down the road from their shop, but they fixed the car quickly. When it turned out to be the fuel pump, I did have to wait an extra day for the part to come in, but after hearing how long others had to wait for various parts for various things during this COVID summer (2022), I think that Action Auto did a good job for me and did it quickly so that I could get back on the road. I would highly recommend them either if you live in Davenport or environs or if you happen to break down around Davenport.

Brandon was honestly a really thoughtful person. Asked me if I needed sport car ramps which I did and went and got them without hesitation. Treaded my car like it was his. I actually left my car with keys in it on I80 and he took it to a repair shop and provided pictures and dropped my keys in a envelope at 11pm. Thanks again Action/ Brandon. Will 100% use again.

After having a tire fall off while driving down the interstate, we called Action Towing. They arrived quickly with the tools to get us towed. Their driver Brandon was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tow in the Quad Cities area.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
