I got my oil changed and a new filter was installed. I just got the oil changed like 2 weeks ago from another place, but noticed the old dirty filter was still on my truck. I was a little hot, will never go there again. I also got a new set of tires put on as well. Very good service. I've been here before quite a few years ago, but overall so far happy with the service today. 1-12-2024 (<>)(0) I am not gonna mention the place that screwed me on oil filter, so if you're wanting to know look at my reviews, so you may not have it happen to you one day, and you too will have been screwed. I hate to think how many more that happened to out there, but they never checked. Bye 4 now still annoys me if I think about it. I got me a full set of tires too..I got a coolant flush and fill today. Bad radiator cap also 1-17-2024 took a little over an hour, but it was overheating in late summer with AC on, so I've had issues in the past, in the winter so I thought why not get her done..Battery tested bad got from autozone maybe little over a year ago unreal. So i went ahead and got a Die Hard, used to always get one, and positive terminal.bye wrote to much already. Oh I almost forgot lol had to include a couple photos for your viewing enjoyment since since you read all this. A guy that just got here and sat in the chair and good night Irene lol..Bye

Called on a Saturday inquiring about an alignment, the gentleman on the other line was extremely upbeat and friendly - which was such a wonderful surprise in a world full of meh in a lot of customer service roles. They had immediate openings that day, but we opted to make an appointment for the following Monday. Got in and out with no issues & best of all in person the employees were just as kind as they were on the phone and honest about the car and what it would need in the future. Highly recommend this Firestone and will be back for future needs! Keep up the great work and awesome customer service!

I come to this place 7:30 am in the morning and at 11:00 am they gave me quote for jobs that I wanted and they said they could do it, at 3:30 pm they said they couldn t do or not willing to do half the job they promised they could deliver, at the end they fixed and did the easy jobs and wasted full business day on my account unorganized and less than amateur job, stay away from this placeWork order #274459Date:03/28/2024

Easy to make and reschedule my appointment. The waiting area is clean and well lit if a bit small, could use some more setting. The employees I spoke to were considerate and explained things when I had questions. I have no problem with going back.

They got me in promptly for an oil change on my truck and they also diagnosed a check engine light which they were able to fix in about a half hour. The best part is they worked seamlessly with my fleet manager to get extra repairs approved. Great experience.

Dave at Firestone is wonderful he spoke with me and made my concerns about my car important. I paid for my car drove away and a couple days later I was smelling antifreeze. I came back to Firestone. Dave was not in so I spoke with Jeff who told me to stop by to have a look we found a hose that was spaying antifreeze Jeff put a different clamp on it. He then told me if I had any other problems to call. They re the polite, understanding, caring in a great place with reasonable prices to take your car thumbs up from me

We brought in our Nissan Morano, you looked at it and came to the conclusion it was the heat shield. The next day we heard the knocking still so we brought it back in. Again you said it was the heat Shield. I took your word and went under and tried to tighten. But it wasn t the heat shield rattling I found some YouTube video and sourced myself and found an issue involving the AC Compressor/Pulley.My car started smoking in the way home and I smelt burnt plastic and now have to deal with this at an even worse state. Their $10 Diagnostic test is just that. $10.

I was traveling from Colorado to Wisconsin when my radiator went out. I called and spoke to Dave the shop manager and he was so nice and welcoming. He was able to get my truck into the shop the next day and his techs were able to swap out the radiator in 2 hours. They had me back on the road before I knew it. They were amazing. The shop was very clean. The waiting area was very comfortable. I had an amazing experience here and I highly recommend them if you are traveling through and your car breaks down or starts making weird noises. Heck, even if you live in the area this should be your shop! They did an amazing job! Thank you Dave and crew!

I was a walk in and they were able to service my vehicle and get me on my way very quickly and the front desk person was extreamly friendly and expalined everything to me.

(See pics) DO NOT GO HERE. They damaged my wheels when I bought new tires & they refuse to pay to repair them. I even bought all the bells & whistles along with my new tires. There are so many other places you can go where they will stand behind their work.Service: TiresService: Tires

Sunday service doesn't exist. Waited out front for 30 mins. Just needed a weight for my tire.Not a soul in sight but everything says "open"

The last oil change that happened to my mother's Dodge nitro made it start smoking both inside the cabin and the under the hood, and just today, we had to leave it behind in the 16th and Broadway McDonald's parking lot, and my grandma had to come get us to get to my doctor's appointment on time, as well as the grocery store. When we got back, we were intending on bringing it here, but the power steering was completely gone. Come to find out that the leak wasn't oil, it was the power steering fluid. HOW IN THE HELL DOES SOMEONE MESS UP AN OIL CHANGE SO BADLY? Now we have no car. The mechanic who did the work/did the inspection, I think his name is JT, messed up something and now we have no car.I can tell you this, you won't be getting our business ever again. I'd give 0 stars if I could. (And don't even try to make this right. Our vehicle is going to the lakeside auto recyclers today. And when we get enough for another vehicle, we sure as hell won't bring it to this establishment.)

I called Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday for a nail in my tire. I showed up early. Waited 90 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. Waste of time.Follow up, I took my tire to a local repair shop. They repaired my tire, no problem. Firestone just wanted me to buy a new tire. I will not be going back.

I had a 7AM appointment. When I arrived two gentleman were unloading tires from a semi. They saw me pull in (the parking lot isnt large enough that they COULDNT see me pull in) and go into the lobby. I waited 10 minutes and no one came up to speak to me. Also....every single bay had a car in it already so there is no way my oil change was going to get started anytime soon. So I left. What I find odd is Jensen Tire is literally right behind Firestone. Can you afford to have poor service when your competitor is a stone's throw away?Service: Oil change

Very reliable, affordable, and honest. We've been taking both our cars here for over five years and have always had excellent service. Perhaps my favorite thing is the time every winter when we have a horribly cold few days, our tire pressure tanks, and none of the free air pumps around town work because of the weather. I just call Firestone, they have me pull up and then they check and pump up every tire and have me on my way in 5 minutes. Thank you!

We had an appointment at 3, just now leaving and it's 7. All we wanted was new tires, they brought the car in at 5:40 to start it. There's only 5 chairs for customers to sit in we had to stand most of the time because there was so many people waiting that had come in at 10 am. ( They have more than enough room to get more seats for customers) All of the customers were complaining about waiting. Most of the customers were having major problems and had to keep coming back for them to fix the same issue. My bf watched them and it seems like they go back and forth between cars. They told us they had all the tires in stock but had to wait for 2 to come in. They gave us a discount but still would not recommend this place. We will never return.

It took a little longer than expected but they did a great job on my car. It runs really well. They even fixed a couple of things at no charge which I really appreciated!

Went in to have a tps sensor replaced on my vehicle and have another tire repaired that was leaking off of another vehicle. They got me in quick which was great but repairs did take a while. I was fine with the wait because I know sometimes it happens. They repaired the leaking tire and put in a new tps sensor in the other. I paid and left but the low air pressure warning never turned off. Went back and had them check it. They put the wrong sensor in. Again no big deal because mistakes happen and I get it. When I was told it was fixed I went out to leave but seen that my wheel had been damaged. Manger wasn't there but they took pictures, I took pictures and I was told they would make it right. This was on a Saturday. I returned Monday afternoon to show the manager the damage. Once again I was told that they would make it right and fix or replace the damaged wheel. I've called and was told they have a call out for one but have heard nothing since. I've stopped in and once again left my information with no update. This is two months later I still have a damaged wheel. I will never go back

Was able to get my car in right away for a nail in the tire. They couldn't repair but found a replacement quickly. I purchased the tires there originally so it was really cheap to replace. Was fixed quick! Employees are knowledgeable and friendly!!

Chris and another technician on staff went far beyond expectations. I needed emergency service while visiting a relative in Council Bluffs. I contacted Firestone and between Dave and Chris they got me in! Unfortunately they could not do it right then but I could get it there and they would take care of the next day - while I was at a wedding. I planned to pick it up when we returned (or Sunday). Though they had trouble, they were determined to get it done. Chris personally made a trip to the parts store because they were not getting the right part. They worked a lot of extra time for me. They didn't just work on my car - they took care of me as a person. That greatly reduced the stress of the situation. They were highly professional!

Used to be my go-to shop, but now multiple appointments in a row they've "forgotten" to do the work holding onto cars for days to accomplish <1 hour of work. Nothing but lame excuses. Parking lot is so backed up with pending work you can't park, pull through, and can barely get turned around. No longer worth your business.

Earlier this month, my husband, two children and I had loaded up the SUV and were headed to a big camping extravaganza in the Black Hills, Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. By three hours into our trip, we had already jump started our car twice. As we headed towards Council Bluffs, we called several auto shops to no avail. I finally called Firestone, and explained our situation and asked for an appointment that afternoon. The manager was super kind and told us just to head their way and he would just help whenever we arrived! He said, I don t want to hold you to a certain time. Just get here safely when you can. When we pulled up, every single one of the bays was full, so I could tell they were really busy. I was worried that we may be there forever waiting, but he worked us in and determined we needed a new battery. We went to grab lunch across the street, and by the time we came back, our car was all ready to go! We didn t have a single problem the rest of the trip! We re forever grateful that they took the time out of their day to help out a family from KC. Thank you, Firestone!

If I could leave 100 stars I totally would!!!! My daughter's wheel completely fell off and after being towed to the ONLY place open. Even though the mechanics were COMPLETELY SLAMMED!!!! They absolutely gave us the best service!!!!! They worked with us and helped us so much!!!!!! We were there for several hours and my grandson was running amuck and they never got upset!!! Dave was AMAZING and not bad to look at. So if you need serviced go to Firestone and ask for Dave.

Went in on a Saturday and dropped off my girlfriends car. Was called a couple hours later saying they had it in and reviewed the inspection over the phone. As I suspected they said she needed an air filter but declined because I do that for her. I changed it later and it was dirty. He also said he listed a couple items due by mileage but cause he didn t have previous history wasn t sure if they were done but listed so she could check records. We just moved into town so I ll be back.

Not friendly,went in asked to check tire,@ 9 a.m,if needed a new tire? Wouldn't be able to say till at 7 p.m. at night,slow service, rude, quick repair,but would take all day to analyze,.
