I drop my truck 275 truck center to chech inThey didn t update me what they find it after 3 days I came and told me they fixed itI paid the amount that they reported but I am not sure what they did because my truck still some issue

Jeff was super rude and unprofessional kept me there for 3 hours and refuse of service at the end wasted my day all I needed was a coolant tank replaced which I had it with me he said he will get my truck in the shop in 30 minutes but 3 hours latter his attitude was so unprofessional anyway I end up replacing the coolant tank myself at the TA .

I checked in around 8:40 a.m. I was told they would call me when they're ready but they never did. so I walked inside around 12:50 p.m. to see what was going on. Once he seen me walk in then he said to park in the bay I thought once I got in the bay they would start however I sat there until 2:00 p.m. and was told that they would possibly have a look at it around 4:00 p.m. and they close at 5:00 p.m. which means they intentionally had me sit there all day with no intentions on working on my truck.It would have been nice to communicate and let me know that they would not be able to get to my tuck the same day instead, no one spoke to me and to be honest I think it has to do with race every good review is a white person. I would never go back terrible customer service.I had to give them one star just so I could put a review otherwise I would have never gave them a star.

I had a box truck that they looked at. The repair bill was 15k and Jeff offered to find some one who would purchase it for parts (new transmission, perfectly working lift gate etc.) I called mutliple times to find out what was going on and could never get a call back. I ended up finding a company that was going to buy my truck for $2850 dollars. Before I could get the title to the company purchasing my truck I got a call from a tow truck company that said that 275 Truck Service had abandoned my box truck in the parking lot of the TA Travel center next door. The tow bill was over $3700 dollars and no one at 275 will talk to me or call me back.They literally moved my truck to the parking lot next door and left it abandonded. The TA manger even asked them to move it and the refused. Stay away from this place.

This place abandonded my box truck in the TA Travel center next door. Jeff, the manager, would not reply to my calls or the manager from TA travel centers request to move it.. My Freightliner box truck got towed with over a 4,000 dollar towing fee. The only way I found out about it was that the tow truck company tracked me down through the vin. Now tey wont retirn my calls to resolve this issue.Run, dont walk away from this place.

The guys who work there are so nice and polite. i needed my truck towed 8 miles away to the shop they got me a deal from a tow company they deal with. My truck arrived by tow truck straight into their shop and got worked on right away. It's family owned, and have a reputation they always keep 100% great work. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had In frame Rebuild done . I also had the front seal Done. Not only did they do a good job The owners and their entire staff Were very personable And just great people. Their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable And a go get him attitudeThey have not only earned my business They got a lifelong clientThanks guys I appreciate your professionalism

Had a leaking differential, they got to me within a few hours. Pulled it apart while I stayed in the truck. I know, that shouldn't seem like a big deal, but you go try sitting in a waiting room for hours with a 110lb dog that just wants to play fetch. They didn't make me suffer through that mess. They were actually really cool. Explained things in ways that I can understand, I'm not totally incompetent, but close! There was a hiccup with a part that had to be ordered. They pushed my truck out of the shop, I slept, they had her done first thing in the morning when the part arrived.THEY DID NOT OVER CHARGE ME OR SCAM ME OR F ME OVER OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. THEY WERE HONEST AND FAIR.

Took my boat to their location just north of Lake Manawa to have it detailed inside and out. Jason there did a outstanding job. Made my boat look better than new. The shine on it was incredible. Thanks again.

We had our wheel bearings done on our boat trailer. The service was just what I was looking for. Honest hometown business that was professional and work performed as expected. This company was a referral from Council Bluffs Hitch since they could not do the work for us until November. Thank you!!

Professional,honest, good value Levin is the Man!He walked out of his office to cross the street to see my truck issue and (it was after hours) You know someplace work clock to clock. But Levin listened to my issue walked across the street to see whats going on , thankfully it wasnt smth bad i tough my differential is leaking bc i had oil everywhere ( spare oil bucket was leaking car hauler trailer).Thank you Levin keep rockin brother stay warm:)

Visit this shop if you wanna get ROBBED!! They first held our truck for 4 days to fix a coolant leak and ended up charging us $3300. Upon leaving the shop, truck started giving issues again within an hour despite 4 days of job and a bill of $3300 which is a shame. So we went back and they gave us an estimate of $350 and finally charged us $700. Later when we inspected our truck, we found out that they didn't do even a $2000 worth of job. Moral of the story is...DO NOT USE THEM EVER !!!

Couldn't ask for better service. Qualified mechanics, friendly family service. They got me back on the road quickly with a network style resource like I am used to. . Easy in, easy out. Truckstop across the street

Had them clean my truck after the other driver had a dog in it. They did an amazing job, above and beyond what they charged me for. Very happy and planning to bring all the other trucks there as we add more drivers.

the first time I used 275 truck they fixed brakes on our f700,got fixed the first time , 3 other shops failed to fix brakes. the 2nd time fix hydraulic leak , fixed write away great job. 3rd time fix front end and D.O.T inspection, fast repair , fair on price ,nice people and always help full . thanks again from davids electric

Told me my truck was fine and I should just drive it which resulted in me having a blown engine 8 miles later and a 4700 dollar engine swap. Their shop is pretty messy also.

These guys have no idea how to repair trucks. Extremely bad diagnostics on my semi truck Kenworth. They changed valve that was working properly and after that they found the real problem. paid 560$ instead of 150$. Will not recommend that place.

No one to talk! Someone said wait and i was waiting and waiting till i had to go TA to fix my truck, I really want to do business with local businesses but some dont care for customers.When they r like that i do not trust to bring my trucks in here.
