Would like to give the young gentleman praise that was working this evening.. when my mom was at walmart the wind caught her door and broke the spring to where her door wouldnt shut, right at 5 o'clock when they was closing and everyone was gone for the day except for him, he was willing to help her with no hesitation and got her door to work for her.. wonderful young man

They were super fast. They told me two weeks and I got it back in 6 days. I m new in Iowa and went here because my insurance company. I was a little weary that it got finished so fast. I m scared it s all bondo. Truck looks great tho. Here s my negative. I have a broken tail light. They never called me and asked since we have your truck you want us to fix that for you. I would ve paid for it obviously however every body place I ve ever used does things like that. And body places usually do a nice cleanup in the interior. They got 10k with plenty of room. As everyone knows. I used to detail the cars at my house from my body shop my senior year of high school. Again for the work they did it looks great. So I would use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Super nice and helpful team, went above and beyond to help me with some minor body damage on my car and had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Had an insurance claim through Kahler. Very friendly and quick service! They also noticed when I was still waiting for Enterprise Rent a Car after awhile and called them to remind them to pick me up.Repair was excellent and done in just a couple days. Highly recommended!

Great repair on a 2014 Hyundai sonata (replaced front bumper, headlight and fender), like new and a quick turn around no complaints. Take your car here!EDIT: 3/22/2021Noticed my headlight that had been replaced was misaligned, pulled the back cap offs off both low and high beam and realised they didn't actually put the mounting bracket for my LED headlights I had installed back into the new headlight from the old one. Something pretty simple to do and expected.EDIT: 3/23/2021Received a call back and rectified the issue offering to pay for the brackets that had been misplaced. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was told due to staffing it would be the end of the week or the first part of the following week before they could get an estimate done. On Friday of the same week I received a call regarding some detail work that would wrap up the work on my vehicle. This was the first communication I received since I had dropped it off. They had gone ahead and done the work and never even contacted me or my insurance company with the estimate. When I went to pick it up the vehicle the hood was not aligned properly and had to be adjusted, it still isn't perfect. They had very poor communication and if I hadn't called my insurance company I probably would have been stuck with the entire bill. They even told my insurance company that I had authorized the work and that is why they didn't submit the estimate. I never authorized anything since I had never gotten an estimate for the repairs I would not recommend them.

I've had my car at Kahler twice. Despite some scheduling issues on my side, they went out of their way to get my car done early for Labor Day weekend. They kept me informed and answered my questions. They do great work as well, my car looks new again. I would certainly recommend them.

No one could be better than this body shop. Genuinely friendly and give excellent service. Took care of insurance stuff for a collision. Later I went in to get a part replaced underneath car that I had broken doing a tire change. He pointed out that the part wasn't really performing a functional purpose, and cosmetically wasn't visible. Also gave me a ride to rental company that failed to pick me up.

I have gone here for repairs on a few occasions. Everyone there is amazing, helpful and well priced. This is the most honest shop I have been to and I will always go back for my car's needs. For sure go here if you want things done right for an honest price.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Mick has taken care of our cars for years. I tend to hit deer! Recently he worked our daughter s car into their busy schedule while she was visiting from out of town. His team found the leak, provided videos, and fixed it! Mick, Tammy and their entire team is helpful and does great work. We will always use Kahler Collision for our auto body needs. Second time I had full bumper replacement work done. First time, the car was released to me as work completed with the bumper side clips broken. I pointed it out and insisted it be replaced, It was. This last time, both the side clips were not attached to the bumper. If you get work done there, check everything!
