Brought my Vehicle in to have the rear pads and rotors replaced and Jason did a great job of helping me out. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be replaced clearly and gave me great pricing! Would definitely recommend going in to see them as they really care about your customer satisfaction!

The guys at Midas in Clive were friendly, honest and quick. I enjoyed some good conversation in the lobby while waiting as well as some featured discounts. They brought a concern to my attention without being pushy in regards to trying to have me fix it early just as a heads up. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

I came in to get my brakes checked. Jason was very helpful and kind. We were able to get in for the repairs we need right away. I appreciate him and his crew for getting what I need done quickly and efficiently.

Super great service!I had hit a giant wooden box on my way into Des Moines & the skirting under my car was dragging. As soon as I arrived they were able to see me & though they weren t able to fix it for me (it s a specialty part), they did take it off for me & tell me exactly what to do next. Highly recommend thank you!!

I don't recommend coming here they were going to charge me 900 for a part that only costed 20. Go to a dealership they will do it much cheaper. On the bright side I told them not to work on it I'll take it elsewhere, and when I came in today they told me they already fixed it so they ended up giving it to me fixed for free still had to pay a 150 dollar fee for them to diagnose it but I'll give them a Lil credit for not forcing me to pay for the whole thing after I told them not to work on it.

They took care of my brake job at $700 less than the dealership. The job took as long as they said it would and they were very clear about what the job entails.

Had my rear breaks squeaking, they said I needed new pads due to them being worn out. After they were out the pads were actually fine. They did not put the new ones on or charge me. People working here are professionals and very honest

the best place and only place I will go to for my cars needs. Jason makes having to wait for an oil change a fun time, everyone is super friendly, and knows what they're doing. Double the stars and give it to the next :)

Misty and Chad provided excellent service, walked me through the needed repairs, and explained what was going on every step of the way. It s never fun to have extensive car repairs, but knowing that honest and competent professionals are taking car of the situation will keep me returning to this Midas shop.

Super helpful at the last minute, very friendly, will definitely be back. I heard a rubbing/ banging noise on my way to work. They got me in right away and took care of the issue. I recommend them to everyone.

Traveling through Des Moines on my way to Indiana when my engine performance was dropping precipitously. The issue was bad catalytic converters. They bent over backwards to help me out on a late Friday night so I could get home and not be stuck out of town over the weekend. Kudos!

Called this morning for a alignment service I needed and they got me in immediately the same afternoon, and while sitting inside waiting for it to be done I asked about their oil changes and the price was too good to resist and then they told me they would also be able to do that the same day as well

Highly recommend !The best car service experience. Had an AC issue and dropped in to see if they could take a look. Last minute and they were very busy but they took the time to work and resolve the issue very quickly. Very knowledgeable crew Jay, Nick, Austin and others. The nicest and most honest group.Thank you again for a terrific visit .

Not a great experience. Had an appointment at 8:30am. We were greeted and told an hour and a half to have my car belt replaced and transmission fluid flushed. Around 9:30 they had yet to start on the car. We asked for a ETA on completion and they told us 1 hour 1/2. We left and came back after 11. They had my car up but it still wasn t done. We sat down another 20 minutes and no one touched the car the entire time since we returned. The kind manager Natalia went out twice and asked them how much longer until it was done. She apologized profusely as she noticed what we were that we weren t being given proper attention or care. Finally after arriving at 8:30 in the morning we got to leave at 11:40am. We also got charged 200 dollars more than what I was quoted on the phone before making the appointment. Extremely terrible service and I don t feel comfortable with coming back.Service: Transmission

Marcus the store manager, helped us out big time. He noticed we still had good oil in the car, and that the only issue was our maintenance light hadn t been reset. He was very HONEST. Super grateful for Marcus!
