Excellent customer service! Thank you Josyah for cleaning and restoring my headlights! The before and after is amazing! I am so happy with how my headlights came out looking brand new! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Great customer service. They were very quick and friendly. Be aware not all Jiffy Lube coupons work at all locations. They did not accept the coupon that was emailed to me.

I m from out of town and stopped by to get an oil change before getting on the road. Aidia was awesome. I probably spelled their name wrong but they were great!! Answered all my questions, taught me a few things I didn t know about my car and wasn t pushy at all about offering me additional services or upselling me! The service was quick, professional, and very friendly! I would definitely recommend and return anytime I m back in town!

I've been in Iowa for 9 days and I'm always impressed with the courtesy of Jiffy Lube employees .. 3 young men and the young lady and whomever that was under the truck .. thank you for your sincerity and a job well done as usual..

Very satisfied. While there another customer came in and the techs told her she was over 1000 miles early and everything still looked good. Could have just charged her but didn't!

Got in for an oil change without a wait at 10:30 on a weekday morning. Friendly staff, didn't try to hard upsell me on tire rotations or filters, and gave me a thorough explanation of upcoming maintenence on my vehicle. Was in and out in maybe 20 minutes!

Been here twice to have the oil changed on the company truck and it s been a really good experience. Adam and the rest of the crew handled themselves very professional and were very courteous to myself and the customers that were there, I would recommend this particular Jiffy lube to anyone. Awesome crew! Came in with no coupons and expected to overpay, but got a fair price with a breakdown of exactly what I was paying for instead. All three of the workers were very nice and were great at what they do. They were also fast despite how busy it was. I would definitely recommend this location!

The crew at this local jiffy lube was very courteous and knowledgeable about their craft. Also I appreciate it they were not pushy about selling extra items such as wiper blades and air filters. Avoid if possible. I was first in line when they opened at 8 AM as I had an out of town business meeting ahead of a trip for the weekend and needed the oil change. It seemed to go ok and I paid $107 and left. But by the time I got to Altoona, my engine light was on. I pulled over and called them, not knowing if they forgot an oil plug or what & Josiah's advice was to just pull in to a Jiffy Lube and they could try to figure out what was wrong. Looking at another 90 minutes of driving, I decided to return to have them look at it as they created the issue. After putting in the code reader, he found that when they took out the engine air filter to try to sell me a replacement, they did not close the compartment completely. Josiah literally pounded on it and then the light went away. No apology, no price adjustment for the hassle of doubling back. He dismissed it as a small easy fix. Back on the road, I decided to listen to some music and my Infotainment screen popped up a messaged that the SD card was improperly disconnected/removed. I had never seen this message before. I decided to keep going and have my dealership check that out after the meeting. Bottom line: I was not impressed and will sit in line at the dealership or schedule ahead with Tires Plus for more reliable service in the future.The best part of the experience was the diligent guy who washed the windows and vacuumed the front floorboards. They looked great.Service: Oil change

They will show you everything your car needs and maybe some things that you don't necessarily need but, that's their job...to sell you. Buyer beware and know your stuff or you might buy a new air filter every time you go in. They did an oil change, replaced brake light and turn signal, light, air filter, aired up tires and vacuumed out Jeep. Great job. I went in for an oil change and wanted my tires rotated as well. They said the wheels were too rusty to do that and it wasn t safe. I took it to a different place instead and they were able to do it no problem. Really disappointed that they probably made that up so they could get done faster. The picture is what my wheels look like and my tires have now been rotated. Very disappointed.

I recently used the Clive location. Josyah and team were friendly and efficient. He was terrific at explaining additional items/services I needed but not at all pushy. He may be one of your better managers I ve encountered. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for oil changes and more.
