Richard, the Express Oil Change mgr, along with his team, was excellent: I was in and out within 15 minutes, max. No drama. So professional! (No need to go to other places that say they need "1 hour for an oil change"!)

I've worked with car-x over the past 4 years with countless items on my old and newer vehicles. The team there is knowledgeable, honest, and timely in their work. I've had multiple of their guys work on my SUV and truck and never had a complaint. The manager, Tyson, will give it to you straight and not recommend unnecessary work. Finding a mechanic to completely trust is hard, and I certainly will never go anywhere but the Clive Car-X location as long as I live here.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Quality of service has gone down over the last year. Employees holding dragged out conversations or multiple employees sitting and vaping instead of helping customers. Line at their competition is long but there is a reason why they have no line at this Car-X

Walked in because my car started rattling on my way to Chicago. Only place in the area that would take me in without an appointment. Super quick and efficient and was able to get right back on the road. Best part, were the guys were very nice! Awesome service

They are great! I get my oil changed Everytime, they are great. Really nice fast and quick service. I trust them with my car and it's pretty new. They always make me feel comfortable and knowing nothing about cars they are always really good at explaining things to me.

Highly recommend!!! I ve been getting my oil changed here for over two years. A couple of weeks ago I had an oil change and they recommended getting my front breaks replaced based on a quick check. I returned a couple of days ago to get my breaks replaced and after looking closer they said I have another 6 months to a year with my current breaks. Very pleased with their honesty and great service.

Always have positive experiences with oil changes and recently had a bunch of work done on one of my cars. Friendly efficient service, not over priced! Chris was very helpful and took the time to talk me through the work that needed to be done! Thank you!

Poor experience - called ahead and was assured that they could get me "in and out" no problem. All I needed was a simple headlight replacement, waited 15 minutes only to find out they didn't have the headlight I needed. They then informed me that it would be at least 20 minutes before they had it plus the time to install it - that's the whole reason I called first as I didn't have a lot of time to do this. When I told them that I'd have to leave I got the cold shoulder and they were downright rude about it.

We bring all our cars here and Chris is amazing! Always has a smile, his personality is A+ and his jokes are the best! Love how fast I get in and out at a great price! Definitely recommend !

I have brought my car here for a few years now. The service is always great and super quick! I brought my son here as well to ensure he's well taken care of, every few thousand miles. As long as I'm driving, I'll choose CarX!

My favorite place for an oil change. Fast, friendly, and the prices are very reasonable! Plus, they've never tried to upsell me random extra repairs. My kids are usually with me, and I can trust that they won't be waiting for long periods of time.

Came in for an oil change and left with a $1,300 bill because they fried my fuel pump. They refused to pay for the fuel pump replacement and said it wasn t their problem. Terrible service will never do business with them again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Not only were these guys fast, they checked two other boxes. One, they had the weight of oil I needed, and two, they used name brand oil. Some places use oil you haven't ever heard of. Take care of your whip and it will take care of you. CarX is my new go to for oil and anything serious as well.

CHRIS! CHRIS! CHRIS! This guy and his crew are awesome. I m a single mom trying to deal with lots of car issues for my and my daughter s car. He helped me out and got me a really great deal! The whole team was super professional and told me what things I needed right away. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Quoted $60, I said my vehicle takes 8 quarts, quoted $80, charged $95. Smelled burnt oil for 3 days.PSJohn the area manager and Kris the facility manager went out of their way to correct my inconvenience. After talking and listening, John's offer is much more than adequate for me to change my rating.

The manager was friendly from the moment I pulled in. He noticed my car had some issues just by driving in and out of the garage (which I had been procrastinating getting fixed). Not only was my oil change quick, he was able to get me into Car X to get my front end issues fixed! Thank you Car X Express and Car X!

Oil is oil but it is the customer service that differentiates Car X Express. Chris in particular is awesome. You go for oil change and him and his team look at many things and gives you the advise appropriately. He treats you like he would treat his family members and he is the reason I go there everytime I need oil change or an opinion on my car issue.

CarX Express Oil Service in not about quantity It's about quality and that's what they represent. I will never go back to Hyundai Dealership again. My family and I thank you for allowing us to feel safer on the road.

I ve never been more impressed with an oil change service. This place has excellent service! I don t know if I caught them at a good time but I was able to get in right away and got out in less than 20 minutes. I totally recommend this place!

Chris at this location is terrific to work with! I got in right away for an oil change and it only took about 10-15 min. Highly recommend for fast and efficient service, will be back.

Got my truck back to work after the oil change. To find out I had all 7 quarts on the ground. Thank God my Fiance noticed it or I could have drove my truck and blew my engine. So I had my fiance take me there in the morning to let them know they did not put my oil filter in currently and all 7 courts are out and on the ground. The manager obviously thought I didn't know what I was talking about and told me to go ahead and pull my truck in. I told him how can I do that when my truck has no oil in it .why would I drive my truck if I had no oil in it this is my ride that brought me here to let you guys know . Told him it needed towed. They called one . Obviously it wasn't a big deal to them . Took them 3 in half hours to get it towed. To be towed one block down the street.

My compan, Iowa Audio Video has used Car X Express to handle our fleet needs for over 15 years. These guys always take care of our needs and provide us with fair honest pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
