Want to give a shout-out to the team working in the Auto Service Center on Saturday (9/9). They were short staffed but still provided excellent customer service! Please be patient when you stop in for service. It's not a quickie lube, so you may have a wait. I would rather wait than have my car rushed. Great job team!

My tires were low all the time. I took my car to the Walmart Auto Center. While making the appointment the receptionist listened to what I had been experiencing with my car. For one thing, the "Low Tire Pressure" light had been on for a long time. The receptionist who I talked to initially just made the assumption that it was just that sensor. She said that that will be a quick fix. I told her "No. I believe it is alot more than that." When I arrived at their establishment, I found out that it was a small leak around the "bead"?..that one of the tires was constantly leaking air. And, I needed 2 new front tires. I hated that they just tell you what is wrong with your car; when they haven't even seen it. The mechanic who takes your car information when you get there is very knowledgeable. He did talk me into higher priced tires; and, a higher priced oil change that I was not planning on. But, I could tell he's been doing car repairs for many years and had alot of knowledge. He was extremely nice to me.

It took me six attempts to buy and install two tires! They flat out turned me away three times. Told me that they are not making appointments. After waiting for a half hour in line they came out and told me they were going to lunch to come back in an hour, when I came back they said they were going to lunch and had a car that was not waiting on line with everyone being serviced! They had three workers with 2 empty stalls and all three working on the same car! Terrible service!

Took my car in for an oil change because it s cheapest place in town. I had a very basic car (Toyota Corolla) and they cross threaded my oil cap causing a leak. I did not find out until my next oil change (elsewhere) when they saw the issue and told me. To fix the issues it caused, it would have cost more than what my car was worth. My dad and I both called Walmart and asked what could be done and they basically said it wasn t their fault. Glad I was looking into getting a new car anyways. Thanks Walmart for making that happen quicker than planned.Service: Oil change

Was turned away for an oil change 3 hours before they close. I called prior and they said nothing about being too busy so I drove there for nothing. Not the first time I ve had a problem with the auto center either.

Not enough people to run the service center at hours posted. Only way to get appointment is online. Otherwise there day is booked. Only open 7-3pm. Not 7a-7p as advertised. Ended up getting oil changed and 4 new tires at a local gas station. Not cool Walmart.

Thanks for the great job cleaning the fuel system and changing the oil in my car. It is a smooth drive again. Daniel does a good job estimating time for service and offering additional services.

Was tight on money for the month but I needed an oil change. At first I did not like the idea of going to Walmart Service Center due to the bad reviews I have heard but they had an 18 dollar special that I decided to take. Oil was changed and I was fine with that. Decided to do it myself the next time around, come to find that my car is leaking oil! And it is coming from my drainplug. Walmart was the only one to touch it from then to when I went to change it. Have yet to find out if its because it was overtightened and stripped (did not loosen very easy) or hopefully just needing a new rubber washer. Keep in mind this is a 2011 vehicle so the rubber washer should not be damaged so soon by dry rotting or anything. Not going back here again, would not recommend them for their oil change service. Needless to say, an 18 dollar oil change could end up costing me quite a bit of money in the long run which is why I hope its just the rubber washer.

I didn't even have any experience at all with this place. The only interaction with this is 5 phone calls that didnt go through and one that got put through but got hung up on.

Serve was good but it took 2 hours for an oil change......oh well, time to relax and enjoy the other people waiting for their cars. Too.

Very good service for tires and oil change . Personnel very knowledgeable about questions I asked . No high pressure selling. Good place to go.

Checked my car in at 9:15 am & didn t get into the bay until 12:50.. simple oil change, also they ran out of semi-senthentic oil so I had to get the most expensive package at no discount? Just head over to the local guy.

The people were really friendly but the wait was unreal I was there for almost 2 hours to just have a tire mounted

Oil and filter change along with injectors cleaning for $60 is fair. The woman at the auto care desk was needlessly rude and sarcastic, will go elsewhere next time.

This was a joke! Went to get the oil changed in my car but the auto center was CLOSED due to lack of staff!!! Are you kidding me?

Needs to have someone at register to answer phone I waited 20 mins for someone to answer and no one ever answers the phones
