I took a leap of faith to surprise my husband with a good used truck. What did I find at Gerdes Northend Auto? A great used truck at a super price and even better? The fantastic customer service that came with it! Paul took care of the paperwork, and him and his crew emptied my husband's rather full truck, boxed items, and transferred it all to his "new" truck. Look no further for your next used vehicle!

Excellent customer service. I was met on the lot by Paul within a minute of arriving. He was very courteous and got me into a vehicle within my price range immediately and worked with me on a great deal. I absolutely recommend checking out this place! Paul made purchasing a vehicle incredibly easy!

This place is based of credit and job info. So if your looking to buy a new car your better going to a dealership that offers warranty. We went here one day because we thought it was used cars. Went to see the vehicles and nothing is under 10k. They do not take payment so make sure u have all the cash or have a great bank that will buy it for u. Won't ever waste my time going here again

My wife and I got a great deal, and,a beautiful car there! I Recommend that if you see what you want at Gerd's ! You won't be disappointed!!! He is a great dealer! He also ,(test all cars ),to make sure they are good enough for his Business to sell.!!!

Thought this was a reputable place and trusted the lady, Michelle, there to sell us a safe and reliable vehicle. Well, thought wrong, was overcharged by $1200 and given a lemon that is unsafe. I m currently pregnant, have a 7yr old child already, and a fianc� with children as well and this lady placed us in an unsafe vehicle and refuses to make things right. Found the original purchase agreement inside the vehicle showing how much we were overcharged, as well as, she admitted to selling us the vehicle to benefit herself when we thought she was just trying to be a genuine person and help us out. Lesson learned, never trust a salesperson no matter how nice they portray themself and how well their customer service appears. My family has sent this business a lot of business that they will no longer be receiving anymore and we will be taking further action. DO NOT buy from this place, the reviews/star rating are/is deceiving.

Paul is personable and works to fit his patrons with the best car to meet their budget and needs. We have purchased four vehicles from him and will continue to go to Gerdes Northend Auto for our vehicle needs.
