If you re looking for a great car buying experience that s hassle free and no pressure see Dylan!! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He s someone other salespeople could take some notes on how to treat people. Our new vehicle was ready on time with everything done we asked for and no surprises. Everyone we encountered was great. The experience in purchasing our Sienna was very smooth and we are definitely happy with the help we received from Chad and Tara to make this a pleasant experience. Everything was handled remotely in one day and the vehicle was delivered the next day (300+ miles away). We couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Ben, and Chad were great to work with. This is the second new car I have purchased from Billion Toyota. In today s tight supply they have the relationships to find the Highlander hybrid in the trim and color I wanted. They got it for me in a week, just like the Camry. The loan terms were great, and delivery was smooth. Will be back for a third.

Was told there was a mandatory 3390 added into the price for a warranty that I neither want nor need. Blatant cash grab where the dealer will make an additional 3k for some snake oil they added to the car.Bait and switch doesn t work for me

Worst experience! Took three attempts to get my tags though the DMV. Finance had difficulties getting my taxes correct. DMV won t issue tags, when the taxes aren t paid. Wasn t allowed to pay them upfront to bypass the dealer ship. Still ended up paying a $1000 more than they quoted me.

Called about a vehicle was told they found it but it has Valpro protection put on it already so I have to pay $3390 for this I don t want it and would never get he said all hybrids come with it I m not stupid my best friend runs a dealership I talked to him about it he said no they do not the dealership puts it on I already have a hybrid and it don t have it on it. To make it even better he said no big deal may people want that vehicle so someone else will buy it. No wonder why dealerships don t get repeat customers sorry I take that back Rick Backua in Stockton and Freeport he s the most honest dealership I ve ever used but they don t sell Toyota or I would be buying from him.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Billion Auto-Toyota of Clinton! We needed to purchase a van quickly and like everyone else, we were having a hard time finding one that was available. Once we found the exact one we were looking for at Billion, Justin was so helpful! He is so kind and quick to respond with answers to any questions. Chad the manager was great to work with as was the whole staff. We were so thankful for their help and flexibility with our schedule. They were amazing!! I would highly recommend working with them!!

It s too bad how far this place has gone down hill since it was McEleney s. No cars in the showroom, and nobody seems to be working. I m in for service, and tried to ask one of the sales team members for some information about an upcoming vehicle. He was sitting down chatting with another employee (as he had been doing for the last 30-45 minutes that I was there), and seemed put out that I would be so bold as to have a question about a vehicle. He had no information to give me, but instead of taking any contact info to get back to me, he basically just gave me one word answers and told me off like I was wasting his valuable sitting time. Unbelievable. I guess they re not that interested in selling cars here anymore. Don t waste your time.

I found the car I wanted online. It was at billion auto in Clinton IA. I am in SD. Justin, a very helpful sales representative, did everything to have the car delivered to a local dealer (for a nominal fee). A very pleasant experience overall and quite painless. I would recommend.

I had inquired about a car and every monday after thatsomeone from the dealership kept calling and texting mewanting to know if I was still interested or not, I felt thiswas totally uncalled for. There sales department is WAYto forceful. Stay away.

I live 90 minutes from Clinton and there was one particular vehicle I was interested in that I saw online. I called in was connected to Sam Fierro. I explained to Sam that I had concerns about driving 90 minutes to find out the vehicle was not what I d hoped. He squashed those concerns by making a detailed video of the vehicle s exterior, interior, features and details, and sent it my way. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns effectively so I was comfortable enough to make the trip and I m glad I did. Sam made the deal work so that I had a monthly payment I was comfortable with. He was personable, professional, and gave me great customer service. He even bought me Jimmy Johns and had it delivered since our appointment was a long one that crossed the lunch hour. Thank you Sam and Billion!!

Very new to the state. Moved from Arizona .My sales rep was Ben .I would have to say he went up and beyond from what I had expected. He made the transaction smooth where I didn't have to worry at all .I would highly recommend Ben at the dealership. Manager (Clint) also made my experience in purchasing a new truck great as well .He wasn't rude or disrespectful .Ben and Clint was professional, respectful and cared about my needs first. I had an unfortunate buying experience at another dealership. I inquired online about a vehicle and got paired with Russ Bishop in the Clinton store. He went above and beyond to make sure things worked out good for me. We had a rough start, but he was excellent with communication and making sure I had a vehicle to drive while waiting for mine to arrive. He truly cared about my well being as a customer and didnt make you feel like you were just another sale. I highly recommend Russ for any of your buying needs.

I bought a 2011 Honda Pilot on Saturday 6/4/22 and I loved it when we went in for a test drive and I was like I know it has everything I wanted in a car I traded my car for it and my car was 2016 Chevy equinox it was just to small nothing was wrong with my car at all and it had really low miles but I traded it for a bigger car well since Saturday I have had my car in the shop twice I only had my car 3 days total I m really disappointed it had a check engine light that popped up 2 days after I got it and then a problem with the battery or alternator today and now it s back in the shop I feel like they are just clearing the codes and giving it back to me I am so sad and now I really don t know what to do and I will not be getting another vehicle from them if this is how it s gonna be and I will not recommend anyone to go thereIf the stars had a zero star that s the one I would be putting but since I can t I give them a 1

I worked with Chad Housenga Extremely not happy with the result, was waiting on my car for 3 months after I submitted a deposit. Then recently I received my deposit back without any notice from Chad Housenga. Only after few attempts in contacting him he said that he will not sell me a vehicle. So wasted time, 0 in customer service, and I have to drive on enterprise rental Would not recommend to anyone!!!!
