Their staff is great! Fast service, store is always kept up very well. They will all do everything in their power to help you - even if it means standing outside in rain, snow, wind or sunshine! That is TRUE customer service!

Aisles are clearly marked. I was asked if I needed help. I said I didn't and was left to shop. That's customer service! Nobody was over my shoulder and hurrying me out the door. Thanks fellas for a comfortable experience!

This is the most wonderful place ever. This week was a horrible week for us. We had a series of unfortunate events trying to make our customers happy. We had a breakdown. The young man that was tending to the desk in an effort to help us, got all the parts we needed and instructions. I cannot praise these people enough. Its one thing to provide a much needed service. It is completely another when a person does it with compassion and helpfulness. Basically doing this with all his heart. If you live in this area and are not using this place as your go to store, then you are missing out on what its like to know people who are genuine. They really do care about what they do. Husband needed a new battery and they came out and put the new one in for him. Took about 15 minutes. Fast and friendly!

I had recently visited the store to purchase new wiper blades. The female who waited on me was very unpleasant and rude. I ended up getting the wrong size wiper blades so I had to take them back. I am so glad I waited to post this review as my visit to the store was so much different! The manager Edward took excellent care of me and even installed my new wipers for me! Thank you so much! The lady that was there today ( I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very nice and pleasant. After my experience today I will definitely go back.

Well this location is close to where I live and the place is always clean and organized. They need more employees.... I went in and had to wait about 15 min. before I finally got waited on. Their prices of many items are too pricey for my wallet. O'Reilly's is the best place to go.:-)

Staff was knowledgable, knew where everything was, and the store itself was in great shape. However, the service was awful. There were 3 employees working, 2 basic employees and a manager. The manager was extremely rude and tried to make my girlfriend and I feel like we were stupid. Would recommend this location if you're just looking to buy some auto products, but I'm definitely sticking with local businesses from now on for services.

My daughter and I stopped in Suday morning with some questions. Austin was so helpful and nice. He went above and beyond. What a great expeirience. We will definitely be back!

Nice safe place to do business during this nationwide health emergency.Got everything I needed and nothing I didn't.I always find the right parts and tools to get the job done right without breaking the bank.

I really like this store and the woman who run's it is so helpful and the guy with red hair I believe he name is Rusty are always willing to find out answers for me. They also explain as much as they can and very patient even tho I don't understand about cars or parts.

I bought 2 12 volt batteries a week ago for my scooter (electric wheelchair). the batteries now, after a full charge. Lose power after 2 hours of use. I plug them in and in 3 hours they are fully charged. From my experience of batteries. Batteries lose charge fast when they're going bad. Batteries charge fast when going bad. Now it is possible my scooter uses more power as it ages. But usually my scooter goes days on one charge with good batteries. I will never buy there again. The worker made no eye contact with me.

You have a gut there his name is Andrew he is a rude person me and five other pepole walked out because of him you will lose business sorry whont come back guse we all go to o'Reilly so pepole stay away if you want bad services and rude pepole to help you

Good selection, Everything is Retail plus prices. There Remanufactured parts have the Highest Return Rates of ANY OTHER AUTO SUPPLY STORE in Clinton. Sure they got a good warranty, but you'll have to Eat the LABOR AGAIN to take the defective Remanufactured part back off and install another

I have always had excellent service from this store! most of the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I was traveling out of state one time and broke down, I only had the clinton auto zone #. I called them up, they located a store close to me, placed my order for me, and had them deliver the parts to the rest area I was at!

This store location is clean, tidy, and organized. Nice employees when you can find one. There doesn't seem to be enough employees to help all the customers. And their prices are definitely higher than O'Reilly's Auto.

They should get zero stars! Waited in line, and the guy waited on 3 guys that came in after me. They other clerk wasn't doing a damn thing! Finally walked out while yelling a few choice words to these idiots! Another guy that was waiting in line before me walked out also! Went to O'Reillys, and was helped immediately. Will never go to AutoZone in Clinton.

The rude loud lady that works here will keep me from going back she yelled at a guy for helping me and not answering the phone and did this in front of me 1st off I'm in the store trying to make a $300 purchase and a phone is more important then the guy didn't get to explain or give me good service because he was trying to please her me personally would have walked out on her I normally get over information here and that day was a insult to me and the workers and this wasn't the 1st time I would give less stars but the guy tried to make me have a good experience still talking cars as I left
