The crew here is so sweet and nice! They all are always working hard when I'm in there all so friendly and greet you when you walk in. If they can't get something they go above and beyond to get the part!

They were more than happy to put my new wiper blades on. I went back today to have my back blade put on, even though I did not buy it from them. Awesome!

Two weeks back I ordered a wiper blade for my vehicle. The part was not in stock and needed to be ordered which wasn t that big of a deal. I was informed that once the part arrived they would call me. Unfortunately I never received a call and when I came into the store to inquire about my item I was told it was already sent back because I didn t pick it up in time. I explained I had never received a phone call and they told me they would refund my purchase. Now the issue here is they refused to refund the shipping portion of my purchase which I would understand if they had properly notified me when my item arrived. I can honestly say after my 3 years of living in Clinton Iowa this is the worst interaction I ve had with any establishment here.There is a lot more to the story here but I don t want to keep going on and on. Overall one employee here was a complete jerk on two occasions and I can easily say I will never be shopping at this location again.

I ve got my brakes done at a shop and they closed. That shop got my brakes from advanced auto with a warranty and they used my license plate number, well cause it closed they won t replace them. Because of the account being closed cause the shop closed so now I have to pay for brakes again. I think that the worse thing to do especially being a budget why should I have to pay again?

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, always willing to help. If they don t have it, they will order it quickly. The Manager Kerrie, is the best! A very quality parts store.

Just found out they accept used motor oil. They only take 6 gallons at a time & you have to dump it into their tank yourself, but it's good to get rid of it without polluting.

Had some issues with prices not matching what was advertised, and with the staff not knowing what prices were, but everyone working here seem well-intended, the store was well organized and clean. Would stop again.

Sells about anything that you need for your car but I would recommend checking out the other parts stores and price checking first
