Dakin was an amazing salesman and helped us find a vehicle we love for a price we could afford! Josh gave us the best deal we could ve asked for and they both made the process as easy as possible! We will always go to shores for our vehicle needs! Thank you guys!

I just dropped in to Shore, because I had other business. I asked for an oil change. Sense I was already in the system, check in was fast. Everyone had a good attitude and very helpful. They have always been helpful, but they have stepped up their game. Great Job

I had a warranty repair done on my vehicle at Shore Motor Company. They were very friendly and finished the job in the time frame they gave me. I was happy with that!

Shore was extremely helpful in a terrible situation! My husband and I were in a very tough position, and Shore helped us find a way Josh and his team are amazing to work with! The biggest kudos goes to Dakin who answered all our questions and was there for us anytime we needed!! Shore is the best!

Not real happy went in for screen not working everything else worked fine then when I received it the washer fluid sensor and the drive assist sensor aren't working. As I stated before both were working when took it there. And wires are hanging down around the foot pedals om pretty sure I'm missing the plastic guard piece that covers all that. When asked about things not working they stated that is was probably a loose wire. Ok the way I see it they should have fixed it. And the new digital screen wasn't the same as last one? Customer service get a thumbs up all were friendly

Scott G was awesome to work with! I called at 10 am wondering about an oil change and 15 minutes later he was at my office picking up my car for an oil change. They sent a link to pay the bill and then they bring your car back for you!

I took my son's vehicle to Shores for service. They found the problem, gave me the total amount of they were to do the repairs. I authorized the repairs and agreed to the amount. The car was ready the next day, which was ahead of their estimated repair completion date.Fully satisfied with their service!!! After doing the pre-approval online, I went in and the process was very fast, everybody was super awesome and ready to talk through anything that I didn't understand about the paperwork.They worked with me to make the price affordable. After putting the down payment down and signing paperwork I left that day with my new van! I would definitely recommend Shores to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Requested a single tire be looked for going low and ended with an $85 ticket for them doing processes to other tires not requested. No contact was made to add additional services. This is the second time additional services and products have been added to a request in the last two months. The first was an oil change in my other truck and they added air and cab filters for a $160 oil change. Will not be returning with any of my vehicles.

I was shocked that it took 90 minutes to finish my oil change.I was also shocked at the cost. It was my own fault that I didn't enquire about the price, but the $76+ cost was not expected. There was an added $26.99 for a filter.Not the best experience I've ever had.

The Shores team is always wonderful to work with! In my situation, they did what they could within their power, GMC was the problem. The team always treats me with respect and completes the tasks put before them.

This is mainly for the service department, but I am so pleased after some of the work that they have done for me. I got my first big girl purchase, which was a jeep renegade and my alternator went out in the first few weeks of having it then my jeep had a recall that I didn t know about until about a year later. Both times I took it to Shores and they did an amazing job within a timely matter. I had to leave a review after I got my JEEP back from the recall because they got it in and out super quick. Let me leave the vehicle there overnight since I didn t have a ride back in and my jeep is now running so smoothly.I m very pleased with the service and how well my vehicle is driving after having something replaced. Thank you for being a great place. I can trust to bring my jeep whenever I need a certified service appointment.

The staff at Shore motor company were prompt and very easy to work with. I scheduled an oil change, they got me in the next morning, picked my car up from my place of employment and returned it, and then I was able to pay online via a text link sent to me. So easy, without disrupting my busy schedule! I intend to continue working with Shore Motor company for my vehicle maintenance.

I drove from Des Moines for a brake replacement. The prices and service at this shop were worth the drive and at an affordable price point compared to anything in the city. I ll gladly make the drive for this quick, friendly, and stellar auto shop! Thanks for the quick turn around and getting me in on short notice!

Brought my '16 Ram 2500 in for a warranty work appointment. Couldn't be less satisfied with the experience. I've had this service department fail me in the past, but only in a minor way that did not outweigh the positives of the experience at the time, it was just a skid plate not being completely reattached after an oil change on my F150, easy fix. This warranty appointment was different.I did not receive a phone call letting me know my truck was ready to go after completion of the work.When I asked about getting replacement tires due to a bad ball joint and premature wear, I was greeted with completely vague answers and a lack of motivation to help. Honestly though, I didn't have my hopes up that this would work out in my favor... should have inquired about this at a larger dealership.And last but far from least, after taking the key to my truck and walking out to it I decided to take a peek at the right front undercarriage. A brand new upper ball joint! Good deal! A lower ball joint with the nut only hanging on by a few threads and a half inch or more from being tight... Scary deal! The manager had my truck back in and remedied in less than 20 minutes, but if I were not capable of looking under the truck myself who knows what would have happened down the road.I feel my safety had been threatened and this shop is substandard at best.Everyone has their own mechanic horror story and I get that, but I won't be doing business here again.

Dakin was a wonderful salesman and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. After driving a vehicle and asking me what I thought he then pointed me to my Buick envision. Once I drove it I knew it was the SUV I was looking for. I'm very pleased with the whole process, no one was pushy and felt comfortable the whole time and would recommend Shores for your vehiclRecently had an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. That was greatly appreciated
