I can't say enough good things about my experiences at the NAPA Auto Parts store in Iowa! As a long-time customer, I have come to rely on this store for all of my automotive needs, and they have never let me down.The inventory at this NAPA store is incredible, and the new backroom was put together by the amazing crew from the NAPA DC from Omaha. The precision and expertise of the DC team keeps an efficient process for getting the parts quickly. They seem to have everything I need, whether it's for routine maintenance, repairs, or even those unexpected emergencies. It's great to have a one-stop-shop where I can find quality parts and accessories.What truly sets this NAPA store apart is their fantastic customer service. Joe and his staff is not only knowledgeable but also friendly and always willing to help. They have gone the extra mile to ensure I find the right parts and offer valuable advice. Their expertise has saved me both time and money.The quality of the NAPA products is top-notch. I trust their parts for the durability and reliability they provide. Very good store ! The employees are polite and have good knowledge if vehicles. Couldn't ask for a better Nappa store.

The folks that works their have all worked there forever. And they know their sh#@. Not to mention obviously the the quality of part you leave with is better then any other place in town except the dealership

They worked with me trying to get something working. It was an oddball project. They ultimately didn't have a part that would work, but the experience was one of the best ever. Would give 6 stars if I could. I'll definitely go back for future projects!!
