Processing our hog, choosing cuts & packaging sizes was simple with help from employees. Meat was ready sooner than expected & they gave us time to pick up that worked with our schedule. Meat is juicy & flavorful. I wish they'd process deer.

Looked like a good selection of meat, but the one thing I wanted they were out of. Jerky price would have been good if the had any in stock though. My friend got some beef sticks and they were ok, they needed a little more pepper or spices.

My son had some pork chops from the Charlotte Meat Locker. He loved them so much that he now requests them for Christmas (he lives in Virginia)!
