Step dad bought a car here 2 years ago with absolutely no issues. I was referred here by him to buy a truck off the lot cash in hand. The large woman behind the counter refused me a test drive unless she could copy my drivers license and insurance cards although not doing that to my step dad. This is discrimination and businesses like this should be avoided at all costs. Don't waste your time

Bought a 98 durango from here, about 5 years ago. the Owner and his wife were amazing and willing to help.. that durango made it almost 5 years and would have had lasted longer had, I not let friends "fix" it.. anyways it had issues. Like rust and I knew this but, I wanted it and bought it.. best Suv, car, whatever hands down. I'm so sorry it took this long to write a review. But thank you.

Bought a Chevy trailblazer off the guys lot, paid 3600 cash and after 3 months of having it, ended up losing the entire power steering lines, the fuel pump and in the end after spending all the money to repair those issues, the transmission blew out. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND as most of the vehicles he has are all junkworthy vehicles and are completely unreliable. Would be better going to a different dealership as far as your comment sir, I gave you an opportunity to make it right and you basically told me there was nothing you're gonna do to correct the problem, I find it hilarious that I post a review and now you change how you speak. As for giving you another chance after the way you handled the situation I've chosen to go to a different dealership and am truly glad I went to ,1st credit Auto sales in mason city, was thoroughly impressed at how he was able to get me behind the wheels of a vehicle that isn't salvaged and runs and starts up with no issues. As far as I concerned Danny at the aforementioned dealership has my business clean and clear.

Went to look at the 2012 jeep compass listed at 5995 with extensive hail damage and possible flooding. I did some research found the cost he was asking was way too high.The unwillingness to negotiate on a fair price was ridiculous he was very defensive when asked simple questions about parts needed and other normal questions when buying a vehicle . He even went as far as to state he knowingly sells vehicles with transmission issues he puts a note on the side of the sheet you sign "knowing of the issue" so he isn't at fault. Used car dealers don't get honest in time just smarter use caution shopping here.

Bought a Honda CRV from them ran great for first couple weeks, the the hidden issues came out and have put so much money into it already. Motor has seemed off since day one and gotten worse. They refused a carfax. Prior salvage which was evidently barely mentioned. Never buying from here again!

I have bought two cars from this place. The first one only lasted a year and a half, during which time it required constant repairs. I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and bought another, nicer vehicle from them. They refused to haggle on price. Both cars they had told me they put new batteries in them. Both cars the battery had gone bad within a couple months. I find this highly suspicious that two supposedly brand new batteries would go bad in that amount of time. And now I m questioning the other repairs they said they made. Within an hour of buying this new car, the change oil light dinged at me. They hadn t even changed the oil? While albeit not an expensive task every other dealership I ve been to changed the oil on every vehicle.Update: only a year after I bought the car the engine has gone out. The mechanic I took it to suspects that something had been done to the vehicle to hide this issue.

If you ever see a vehicle you like from here , Google nicb and use it's free vin lookup and you will see most vehicles are salvage titled or been previously stolen , don't be scammed know what you're buying people

Drove 30 minutes here to look at a couple vans and we got there and were met with promises that "All vehicles went through a rigorous 1 hour mechanic check" and "drove for 300+ miles for testing BEFORE BEING PRICED!!" With in the first 5 minutes we got some of the rudest customer service I've ever seen! They pull a van around that was CLEARLY not in good shap we began to ask questions about the problems! The old lady than look at her co-worker and said "They are just trying to Jew us out of money" right in front of us!! Very Disrespectful people

A week after I bought my trailblazer the brakes went out thank God I was able to stop without hitting anybody cuz there was no parking brake it had a frame damage which they said they didn't know about but I don't see how you can miss it if they put new struts on the front of it and you can tell there was a front end collision at one time or another let's just say I'll never buy a vehicle from them again. I'm had it 6 months and today Christmas Eve 2020 my transfer case went out. Also To the frame is rusted halfway through.

We and extended family have now bought 3 cars from C&C. I really appreciate the care that they use in selecting cars for their lot, and the inspections and repairs that they do before the cars are offered for sale. They sell fairly priced, quality cars.

Went here to look at a car I was interested in. Salesman went down 500 from sticker price. It had low miles for year, 108K on a 1999. I thought I might be getting a decent deal because they look over the cars they have so carefully, supposedly. Mechanic hit me with $2500 repair bill afterwards, radiator leaked, water pump was going bad, accelerator cable frayed, bad head gaskets. Oh yeah, I also had to replace windshield wipers and leaking back tire. So, in summation, I spent more in repair bills than I did on the car. Beware if you buy a car from these jokers!! At least have your own mechanic check over THOROGHLY first.

Complete bs tried to sell me a vehicle as good running daily driver and needless to say it had a almost shot computer on top of other issues.
