Blake is honest and takes the time to explain everything to you and make sure you're educated and on the same page. Also very fair and reasonable prices. I will be referring anyone needing a mechanic to Fairway Auto!

I have old cars. They break down. Fairway Auto Care Center has been really honest with me about the state of my cars and the repairs they need. It is really nice to know that you are not being lied to in the suggested repairs.

Horrible service . Wouldn't recommend to anyone . Bought a car there. Kept giving me different days that it will be ready. Just for it not to be ready . So I got my money back. Got a different car just for the "printer" not to be working. So I still don't have my title to the car. Unprofessional

I am extremely ignorant about anything car-related. That's why I appreciate Fairway Auto, where they always explain to me if a repair is necessary and why, as well as give an incredibly reasonable estimate, which they always stick to. It feels really good knowing I have a place to trust my vehicle with! The people there are always friendly and professional and do their best to make getting your car worked on a good experience. One of their newer features is the ability to text you information about the services provided and suggested, so that (if you're like me and have no memory of what was recommended at the last visit) you can just pull up your phone and see what needs done. I feel very confident in recommending Fairway Auto.

Took my car here for the first time and was blown away by the service- they were quick, upfront and reasonable about estimates, and honest. They did a great job on my vehicle and I plan on returning the next time my car needs something!

I've been going to Fairway for the last 8 years. These guys do absolutely amazing work. They are upfront about everything and if something unexpected happens, they are always willing to give you a deal to help offset the cost. I absolutely love that they will send a picture or video of a problem and take the time to explain it to you. I've had nothing short of great experiences from these guys.

I had a tremendous experience with Fairway! They replaced my power steering motor and rack in a very reasonable time at a very reasonable price. I received regular, unprompted status updates and got my car back a day earlier than estimated and below the estimated cost. Fairway Auto went above and beyond to replace a bearing and hub on our car. There were several complications and they worked hard to get the job done. They were diligent, responsive, and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Was on a cross country road trip with my boo my alternator went out and the guys at Fair Way fit us in the DAY OF and send us on our way two hours later. Were very accommodating and professional. We had to find a new mechanic since moving. It's a pretty high bar because we genuinely liked and trusted him. Someone recommended Fairway. They've worked on our car, truck, and van. Everything works great, they are honest, and amazingly fast. They communicated estimates and were very accurate. Thankful for finding trustworthy folks who do good work.

I highly recommend Fairway Auto Care Center and Rob! After the AC stopped working in my car I contacted Fairway as they offered service through my warranty. Rob was personable, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He did everything in his power to get my AC fixed as soon as possible, including taking on the headache of dealing with warranty restrictions so much so that I didn't have to pay a penny out of pocket. He went above and beyond and I will most definitely be going to Fairway Auto with all future maintenance needs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I've been taking my vehicles to this shop before the current owner (Jeff) took over....when Bob Whittle had the shop. Safe to say I've been going to this shop for over 10 years now. They are affordable, honest, and do a great job.! Jeff's always been good to us!

I had taken my vehicle in to get it inspected at another place in town and they listed that I needed 6 different things replaced that would have cost almost $2,000. I brought it to Fairway for a 2nd opinion and oil change and they called wanting to know why I brought it in because nothing needed done besides the oil change and the door lock issue I was also getting fixed. Out of the 6 things the other place said I needed done only one was even kind of an issue. They said it was leaking a little but probably wouldn t get any worse and wasn t worth fixing yet so recommended to just keep an eye on it. Very honest and trustworthy place.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I trust them 100%. They do my routine oil change and in the past few years I have brought three problems to them (sticky gas pedal, broken air vent dial, and a broken door lock) and they ve fixed them all. Blake is awesome, I trust him. Im the type to go to the auto store for blinker fluids, doesn't stop Blake from explaining to me in detail what wrong with my car and how hes going to fix it. Could ask me 5 minutes later whats wrong with my car and I would just be like "The front part, under the..... cap. H,he had to change that and..... do a thing." Blake also has no problem in telling you why what costs what. If you let him he will involve you in every process every step of the way.I dont need to know how a thing does what it does. I just need to know if you can fix, but I'm glad he makes me confident that he can. And if you want to know how he will surely tell you.

I've had 2 major repairs done here and both times have felt that I was treated fairly and honestly. On the first visit when Jeff called to let me know what the problem was, I requested a headlight be replaced when they were doing the other work. When he called to let me know it was all ready, I asked about the light and he said they forgot but would get it done before I picked it up. When I arrived and went to pay, I noticed that they hadn't charged for it. When I pointed it out, he said they weren't charging for it. What a nice surprise!

They replaced the control arms and a gas valve. Did an excellent job. Very helpful and took the time to explain everything! Will highly recommend them to friends and family!

I am from out of state and my F150 had overheated and I needed it checked out before I start my 800 mile trip home. I took my truck to Fairway, explained my situation, what I thought might be the problem (turned out it wasn't, that's why I need a mechanic) and told Jeff I needed it checked out for my trip. This was Monday morning, he told me to bring it in Tuesday at 7:30. I dropped the truck off as instructed, got a call about three hours later and he stated the truck check out okay but in their inspection found a tie rod end was loose (worn). He fixed the tie rod, changed the oil and filter, replaced a headlight lamp, checked the truck out thoroughly, topped off the coolant after pressure testing for leaks, etc. I got a call around 1:30 and the truck was ready to go all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Jeff and Fairway without hesitation. Thanks for helping a Texan out of a jam.

This is absolutely the most quality place to go. The staff is completely honest. They will never misquote you, overcharge you, andThey operate with honesty, integrity, and I always feel like I am getting the best service I can get. I never hesitate to return here. Is always the spot that I will go first. If I had to get a second opinion on anything this would be the place I would go, or call to make sure I wasn't getting the bad end of a deal from anywhere else. I would trust them to send me somewhere else if they could not give me the service I needed. For instance where I thought I needed an oil change, it was just the gauge light that just came on and instead of charging me they were honest and told me that I did not need an oil change and to return when my car reached x amount of miles. It is the absolute most honest place in town. And I'm a girl, who knows nothing about cars, so to know I'm not being taken advantage of is an smazing feeling.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I had my 96 Chevy truck towed here due to the truck not starting. I was told by Jeff and the mechanic Mark that the truck had backfired and busted the plastic intake plenum into pieces and the distributor cap and rotor may be the cause of the truck not starting. The quote originally was 300 dollars + tax and as of today Jan 18 2013 the vehicle is still in his care and has been in his care for 3 weeks now and I got a phone call on the 17th asking for another 150 to fix a noise that has occurred after they successfully started the truck. My truck has been there 3 weeks and no telling what has happened to it. It takes 30 min to an hour at best to change out distributor cap and rotor why 3 weeks? I am calling them today to tell them to put it back together and I will have it towed to dealer for further investigation. I tried to help a small business out but It appears I have been screwed. Be careful out there is all I can say because a partial tune-up and a piece of plastic should not cost 450 dollars.IMO! I am done with this place. Please be advised.

Jeff and crew have ALWAYS done a great job. I have taken multiple vehicles over multiple years to have them inspected for prospective customers and they are very forthcoming about what they find and what they expect for THEIR service customers. Its a very fine line sometimes and they ALWAYS handle the situation fairly and with respect for everybody involved. Always more than trusted Auto care for me since 2009.initially says around some dollar and at the end it will be much lower than what can be, finds additional faults while fixing the said one and fixes for free many times if they wont take much time.Very reliable and Trusted, his recommendations if not in his scope are also most experienced mechanics.

For all of you out there that are looking for a place to take your vehicle for service this is the place. I ve taken my car for service at places where they use scare tactics, and outright lie to you. This place truly cares about your vehicle like it s their own, and are very transparent, and don t lie to you. I will be back for my future car needs. Thanks again, it s nice to see a shop out there that cares for its customers and their vehicles.

I went Fairway Auto care Center to repair Sway bar End ,Tie Rod End and replace Belts.He took from me $665, in which Labor charge is $332 and parts are $290. I gave my car drive condition.After he repaired,wheel alignment was not proper which is very weird.I couldn't drive even. I did my wheel alignment and spent $96.00.I don't recommend to anyone because after you repair you can't drive and you need to fix different problem.Note: They will create another new problem.

Great auto shop, they service all my vehicles. They are not the cheapest but the do a great job and are very honest and trustworthy. They have worked with me on a handful of occasions. Couldn't reccomend more.
