Got a new vehicle we are in love with. Great price for an awesome vehicle. We hit the highway right away and went on a getaway without any worries because we got put into an awesome vehicle we can count on for our family! Couldn't be happier to finally find a car lot in the area that isn't a scam!! Thanks so much!

Everything was great at first until we ran into some issues with the car dying numerous times. Had a mechanic look at it and there were issues with the alternator, the battery and much more that should ve been fixed. Wasn t offered any compensation so we will not be buying anymore cars from them!

Just bought a Traverse from Wheels Unlimited. Wasn't our first purchase here & definitely won't be our last. We did some shopping around at dealerships around the area before returning to Wheels Unlimited for this purchase. They have never been a disappointment. Great service & reasonable prices.

Bought a car from these folks last Friday. It's my 16 year old's first car. The buying experience was decent. Two days after signing papers and handing over the cash, the car overheats. We put coolant in and was able to get it to our mechanic yesterday (Thursday). Today, the car has a new water pump, it will need to have new brake pads next week, and will need back end struts in the near future along with replaced fuel lines. My mechanic said he would be willing to talk to Wheels Unlimited to fill them in on all that is at issue, if it would help the situation. After this news, I made a call and spoke to the same individual that sold us the car. I filled him in on all that was happening, and asked if there was anything we could do to make this situation better. I was told that I had plenty of time to get it checked out before buying it. Was told they just get shipments of bunches of cars all the time and he kinda sold the car cheap and "as is". I was asked if it "runs and drives", and it was mentioned again that it was sold cheap and "as is". He did say we could bring the car back in for them to take a look at it, but at this point, I don't believe I can trust them to do the right thing to the car or with the the situation.Ultimately, I will have our mechanic, Beyer Motorsports, whom I trust implicitly to take care of the issues with the car. It will be a good car for my 16 year old, eventually. It will just cost more to fix the mess that we were sold.I am very disappointed. I will not consider purchasing any further vehicles from Wheels Unlimited, nor will I endorse their business to anyone who asks for my opinion when they are looking for a used car. I don't feel this is an honorable business to deal with.Unfortunately, I will chalk this experience up as a lesson learned and not one to repeat.

When I bought my jeep a year ago I noticed as I pulled out of the lot that they hadn't had an oil change in 4500 miles. I had that done. A month later it started acting up. Found out that it still had the same spark plugs from when it was new. So no tune up. Now, I noticed that the hood latching cable had snapped and instead of replacing all they did was tie it up with wire. It's ridiculous how much they didn't do to the vehicle. I would not recommend buying from them.

Made a really good deal on a 1999 Ford Expedition. There were a couple parts lined up to be replaced, but we were told it wouldn't need replaced right away; and even gave us the new part for the bad one.Only thing is the boss there misjudged the parts condition and only 2 days later the part literally snapped in two leaving a gas station. If I had been faster on the road and not in a gas station lot I possibly would have had a life-threatening crash. They did however replace the brakeline completely allowing for realistically functioning brakes as apposed to their old condition.Very nice and courteous people, just either one; they misjudged its condition or two; they flat out lied.Either way the not one part but 4 bad trail arms were replaced and I love this SUV.

I bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited in July 2014 from Wheels Unlimited for $7300. Within 2 months I was having issues with the a/c and heat. I spent $400 on a new water pump in October and within a month the engine needed to be replaced. I emailed Wheels Unlimited about my issue, hoping for atleast an apology or maybe some guidance on what to do next or who to talk to...they read my email and never replied. I am so disappointed in this place and every person I talk to who is looking for a used vehicle I let them know my terrible experience with Wheels Unlimited. Never, ever, buy a car from this place. I didn't do the "buy here, pay here" but if you are in a situation where you need to do this look elsewhere! I now owe $2700 and I pay insurance on this vehicle I can't drive. Wheels Unlimited, congratulations on running a business on the backs of young graduates and people in even worse situations than me!

I just recently(2/24/14) bought a 2003 Truck from Wheel Unlimited and I am loving it and it runs GREAT! The people there was really nice and supportive to me and my father in law Mr.Clayborn who bought a pick up truck as a Cash deal and he's loving it also, he drove it all the way back to Mo. right after he bought it with no problems, he was very happy with his sale. Thank you Wheels Unlimited Staff!!! Mr. Daniel & Mrs. Daniel

Got a car for a friend from here, it ran great and didn't need any repair except the usual over time stuff like a dead battery 2 winters later or a tire replacement. I liked the place and the staff were nice too.

Inquired about a vehicle and let employee know of situations where I d drive to look at a vehicle and it would get sold on my way there. He promised he would hold it for me and assured that it would be waiting. Almost to the dealership and I get a message from him saying it sold. Complete waste of my time, do not recommend. Highly unprofessional.

I'm giving them 1 star because I cannot give them any less. I brought my Harley in there and made the deal verbally I was to received 7500 for my bike the next day when I came back to sign all the paperwork. They decided to give me only 5700 for my bike when I questioned this I was only told they changed their mind. So obviously their word is not worth anything. Recommend that you not go there for a vehicle if they can't keep their word for one day pretty sure that for longer time period things would just get worse.

Drove 5 hours to look at a car that had been advertised on Craigslist. Upon arriving I saw that the advertised "some rust" was large patches along the entire drivers side and the metal between the back door and rear wheel well was completely rotted through. The rust was carefully painted over and pictures were taken to obscure the rust damage. After looking around the lot at other cars I saw that they too had similar spots painted over in the same manner. Can't say anything for for customer service since I barely interacted with anyone there but the advertisement of vehicles on the lot is dishonest.

I never purchased a car here but this is what I experienced. All of the vehicles are as is usually high mileage or otherwise in rough shape. However they are priced cheap. The one I looked at was actually below KBB price which should tell you it has issues. When I went to look at it I walked the small lot for 20 minutes before calling them to see why no one was around. They were inside, not on the lot trying to sell.

Never will go back. Was told a vehicle was only 2995, get there wanting to trade my suv, and they say 500 trade in and then say the SUV I wanted was 3200!!! False information and the guy was a jerk! Never will go back. Took my business elsewhere! Greedy crooks!

called about a van and said I would be there the next day and asked if he would hold it, he said sure. Few hours later he called and said he sold it. well good thing I guess, not dealing with a person that you can not trust.
