On Nov/25/23 I was traveling and caught a flat tire so I pulled over to Casey gas station and a nice young lady was getting gas and she saw me and immediately came to help me change the tire.. I never got her name but we got to talking and she told me that she actually was the manager at Auto Zone in Cedar Falls, Iowa.. I thank goodness for this lady cause insurance company said it would be like 2 hrs at the least!!! She definitely deserves a raise

Affordable prices, service was good, and they replaced my battery quickly... but worker behavior was inappropriate. The guy asked for my phone number afterward, and overall I felt uncomfortable by the employees' conduct during my service. Probably will choose another shop next time.

I am a 56 year old lady and went in on Sunday and was going to buy windshield wipers. I wasn t sure which ones to buy and the store manager Arizona helped me get the right ones. I was short 12.00 and went to put it back when she said that she would pay the remainder balance. I told her that she don t have to and she said it s no problem and merry Christmas. And then put on the wipers. Amazing service !!!

The 5 stars are for Amber B alone. I love you girl, we didn t even have to walk in she was on a break outside and solved our problem like the goddess she is. She kept it real and solved my car problem without lifting a finger. As a young woman I hate going to auto stores, but it s safe to say I ll be back. Give this woman a raise!!!

Employees smelled of pot. Couldn't hardly do there job or focus on the computer. Took 20 min to get one part that ended up being wromg and took another 20 min to return the part

This Autozone has amazing people working at it. Everyone was so nice and willing to help.I broke down passing through Cedar Falls. The front hub was grinding, so I needed to replace it before proceeding with my trip. The hub wouldn t be available until the next day. So Ryan Debore brought tools from his home that would make the job easier for me. I have a decent amount of road tools and with sweat and blood I would ve likely gotten by with what I had. But what he brought made the task a piece of cake. All except the dang snap ring. The SuperDuty has a special tool for this and nobody had anything that would make it easy. Ryan even had a tool rushed over from another Autozone in Waterloo that I bought, but it really didn t help. In the end, he helped me and with some of his tools, we got it off. And then later, back on (another fight).This turned out to be a chore that either I wouldn t have been able to complete until I had the right snap ring pliers brought to me or had it towed to a shop had Ryan not gave me an assist. I will be forever grateful to him and this Autozone!!

We had a bad battery and were almost two hours away from home. Switching the battery was complicated by one of the posts being corroded on the old battery and stuck to the clamp. The employees were willing to take the time to help get the post unstuck so we could get the new battery in place. We appreciate their help very much, it saved the expense of an auto repair bill, towing, and a hotel stay out of town!!!

Had a tail light out and didn t have the money to have someone do it for me so I was going to try it. Went in there and they gave me the bulb that I needed and the grease (that I wasn t going to buy but guess I need so that s nice they helped). Then the manager who was there was willing to put the bulb in my car for me when I seemed unsure about how to put it in myself. Super amazing service

Clerk did not want to check our battery due to the cold. Went next door to Advanced auto parts and got the battery checked and replaced. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts!!

Meth-head lookin guy accused us of stealing a magnet that we bought from Advanced next door. We offered several times to show the receipt and he continued to be confrontational. He then scurried back into the store.
